Just a touch of humor...
In light of the really sucky, boring days we've been having, I've decided to tell some of my mom's interesting, true stories.
Once, when I was grocery shopping with my mother, I was looking for the cherry kool-aid mix and couldn't find it, so I asked my mom, "Hey, where's the cherry?" She looks at me and says, "I don't know. It's been so long-- probably in the backseat of a car somewhere..."
Another time in JCPenny's, me and my friend were looking for strapless bras to go with our strapless dresses. My mom looks over and sees one and says, "Hey, I've got that one!" and proceeds to flash the left cup of her bra to prove it.
I was talking to her once while she was making my sister's lunch for school the next day. She pulled off a giant lettuce leaf, stuck it on her head, and claimed to be a vegan warrior.
Once, the principal walked in on her while she was dancing around with a couple of fifth graders singing, "It's gettin' hot in here, so take off all your clothes,"
Just a little humor to brighten your day ^__^
