   ummmm?
hey there, how have you been?

I,m still getting used to the new bed, so I slept in fits and starts... *yawns* oh boy...

On the good side: IT'S SNOWING!!!!

*dances and sings and snow falls even more XD*
Good thing I didn't try that in Mauritius, I'd have produced thunder and lightning.... ROTF...

So the world is white and pretty... and cold too, but i don't mind the cold. You can always add more clothes on you. BUT when it's hot....well, there's not much you can do except lay down on the floor and weeze like an old dog. Can't take off your skin, see?

OR, if you've got it, you can always fill the bathtub with cold water and stay in there until someone shouts at you. XD

Celeste.

   Manyana
nothing new, just a little something to cheer up my friends ^_^

-----
Spanish singer Julio Iglesias was on television with British TV host Anne Diamond when he used the word 'manyana'. Diamond asked him to explain what it meant.

He said that the term means "maybe the job will be done tomorrow, maybe the next day, maybe the day after that. Perhaps next week, next month, next year. Who cares?"

The host turned to Irishman Shay Brennan who was also on the show and asked him if there was an equivalent term in Irish.

"No. In Ireland we don't have a word to describe that degree of urgency," replied Brennan.

----

"It's been an even worse week for another guy with a mustache. Saddam Hussein is now roasting comfortable in hell. That, or he's in baby oil wrestling a pile of 72 virgins. I guess it depends on who you believe." --Jimmy Kimmel

-----

"The president now says the government has the right to open anyone's mail at any time without a warrant. How crazy is that? President Bush finally decided he wants to read something and it's our mail. How about those memos on your desk?" --Jay Leno

   Tralalalalalala......
Cleaningfest is OVER here.... ^_^

Now i can finally sleep to my heart's content! Tomorrow I'll move to my new room; I have already stashed all of my stuff there except for the bedding; I'm too lazy right now to put something on the mattress before I collapse. So tonight's my last night in my old room.... no regrets though, i like this one better.

I got the preliminary results!!!!!! To date, I have 4 'B's of various values, and 1 'A'!!! Too bad the uni changed its policy about giving 'A's to students; I have the nagging feeling I'd have had a couple more if not for the upgrade of the grading level. Oh well. I haven't failed anything, and this is WOOHOO!!! ^_^

A prospective roomate visited today; she seems nice and upbeat and energetic (hope this rubs off on me) and I think she might take the room I will vacate... *crosses fingers*

Hmmm... I also posted a new poem on fictionpress. It is called 'The Arc of Days' If you wanna read it, PM me. Or if enough ppl shout together that they want to, I'll post it here. ;-)

G'night!
Celeste, as hyper as Yuffie, but not as.. well, Yuffie.

   Re-cycle
Thanks Mota ;-)
At least now I know I made someone smile....

Well, today was quiet; did the usual cleaning thing and I'm happy to report that the place looks less like a tip ^_^
Oh, before I forget, I changed the song, you ABSOLUTELY have to listen to it. I don't have the lyrics... but it's a beautiful song ,I promise.

Also posted a new poem on fictionpress, for those of you with my account link, go check it out. ;-) Oh, and i did send a new page for the manga after all; i'll tell you when it'll be available. It' still ramblish, but that should change with the new pages I'm working on!

A totally random post today, ne? XD

ok, let's get more organised, Celeste!
Well, the weather is still warm-ish for the season: 3°C tonight, so all the snow will have disappeared by next morning :-( Weird weather, but ppl here like it. It enables them to go out shopping, and also, they don't have to DIG THEIR CAR OUT OF THE SNOW XD

I have to admit that this cannot be fun, esp if it's freezing... hence, my decision not to own a car, or to drive one; too much of a bother, I'm just too lazy.

However, that's a good thing for the environment! Oh, speaking of the env, i'm trying to recycle some stuff that can be... like bottles, plastic, paper.

What about you? Do you do any? If yes, any ecological tips to share with Celeste-the-recycling-newbie?

2nd post of the day- Applied Maths that MAKE SENSE
Seems like many ppl are depressed/sad these days... *hugs you all*

Here's a little somthing to cheer you up ^_^

Applied Mathematics

ROMANCE MATHEMATICS
Smart man + smart woman = romance
Smart man + dumb woman = affair
Dumb man + smart woman = marriage
Dumb man + dumb woman = pregnancy

OFFICE ARITHMETIC
Smart boss + smart employee = profit
Smart boss + dumb employee = production
Dumb boss + smart employee = promotion
Dumb boss + dumb employee = overtime

SHOPPING MATH
A man will pay $2 for a $1 item he needs.
A woman will pay $1 for a $2 item that she doesn't need.

GENERAL EQUATIONS & STATISTICS
A woman worries about the future until she gets a husband
A man never worries about the future until he gets a wife.
A successful man is one who makes more money than his wife can spend.
A successful woman is one who can find such a man.

HAPPINESS
To be happy with a man, you must understand him a lot and love him a little.
To be happy with a woman, you must love her a lot and not try to understand her at all.

And for those of us who work...

Drawbacks to Working in a Cubicle
1) Being told to "Think Outside the Box" when I'm in the darn box all day!

2) Not being able to check E-mail attachments without first seeing who is behind me.

3) Fabric cubicle walls do not offer much protection from any kind of gun fire.

4) That nagging feeling that if I just press the right button, I will get a piece of cheese.

5) Lack of roof rafters for the noose.

6) My walls are too close together for my hammock to work right.

7) 23 power cords, 1 outlet.

8) Prison cells are not only bigger, they have beds.

9) When tours come through, I get lots of peanuts thrown at me.

10) Can't slam the door when you quit and walk out.

11) If you talk to yourself it causes all the surrounding cubicle inhabitants to pop their heads over the wall and say "What? I didn't hear you."

12) If your boss calls you and aske you to come into his office for a minute the walk there is like a funeral march... people hand you tissues as you pass and refuse to make eye contact.

13) You always have the feeling that someone is watching you, but by the time you turn to look they're gone.

Cheers! ^_^_

   here and nowhere
Thanks for all the comments ;-) Alchemic flame, yeah, we don't understand why Vincent loves Lucrecia, but then love is blind, and usually, the heart has its reasons that reason descries. *sigh*Yeah, I'd have him too in the blink of an eyes, if he doesn't watch too closely since i look like death warmed over lately, all pale and tired and colourless and lustreless. Remind me to post a new pic of myself when i get back on track.... I hate what i look like right now.

Oh, and it snowed today! ^_^ I used your suggestion, hollow, but i sang too, so it must have something to do with it! XD

WEEKENED! Yay, TGIF! Still got stuff to do, but I don't really mind, it's mostly details now.

On the other hand, my university administrators are getting obnoxious, like BAD. I'm too stressed about the subject to talk of it here, but as soon as i clear things with them, i'll let you in on all the scrumptious details. Those jerks.

Duh, Fanfiction has finally sent the notifications. Those of you who've added me to their alert list should have got it by now. apparently, all that delayed traffic was due to some earthquake somewhere O_o)* go figure...

I'm currently writing chapter 2 of 'Pillars of Destiny". As for the manga... well, I'll leave it be for a bit. I intend to finish it of course, but there's nothing urgent, is it? It's not like suspense or whatever; i mean, the style is set to make ppl cry (esp. AErith fans) so it's not like what's happening in the chapters. I must say, chapter 1 of 'Pillars' was pretty intense with a gun fight and suspense at its ending.

Chapter 2 will solve the suspense and identify the main character. I also plan to introduce some of the major themes and put the plot and subplots in motion pretty soon.

I think that's all i gotta say right now...

G'night!

   Snow, just snow!
I'm almost done with cleaning my room and the broom cupboard! hooray!

I've been moving some furniture again today (i hope the ppl downstairs don't hate me too much :-P)And been sorting out last term's notes and whatnots. Give me three more days, and it should be all done at this rate!^_^

Else, it's been pretty quiet...

Legacyof, I totally agree. Japanese ppl can be mean sometimes. BUT on the good side of things, if you'Ve got a cellphone (top notch one)you'll soon be able to play Before Crisis!

Tomorrow's uni again, oh, such fun :-|
Maybe i'll get out early this time? bloody not likely... I hope it snows though; i had the most agreeable surprise on Tuesday night, as i got out of the buildong: Snow! big, fat white snow flakes! ( this explains the snowflake ref in the sneak preview ^_^)

So pretty! lol, I would have danced, if i had not been so busy watching my steps on those gosh-damned pavements. However, it's all melted now :-(

Dear friends, there's something very wrong with the weather right now; I'm in Montreal, CANADA. it's the 11th of January, and there IS NO SNOW AND IT IS WARM. I am still wearing my Fall coat and i feel too warm sometimes. Bloody hell, we're officially in winter and it feels like early autumn. :-|

How is it at your place? anything out of the ordinary?

Celeste, wishing for snow again.

   Angels don't lie.
and hop, another chapter submitted for 'After the End'! ^_^

Of course, Fanfiction hasn't sent out notifications yet, so...

Sneak peek!

The voice that haunted him spoke those words, as softly as the first winter snowflake landing on the palm of his hand. Somewhere deep inside him, something throbbed painfully, clenching in sadness and grief. Vincent didn’t think he had a heart anymore; it had been broken beyond repair, and he was less than human now; it could not be put back again.

However, he could still remember cherished memories, remember what it was like to feel with his heart, his soul. Remember his love for her. He alone remembered her now… he alone remembered her soft voice and exquisite beauty. He summoned from days past images of her in Nibelheim, at the spring equinox, laughing. Full of life and passion, open but oddly distant with him at times. Why Lucrecia, why?

Chain of Memories and Final Mix
Today was OK, except that I ache everywhere... University was cool, there was more note-taking this time, less time to zzZZzzz. I did nod off once or twice, but that was in history of French Canadian literature.... i think you understand why :-p Exceptionnal Students was GREAT. I love that teacher, even if he's a bit on the flustered side. but he's funny, he's got a good heart, he's open and receptive, he knows what he's talking about....! HE'S A GEM!

Hmm... lol, dizzy my dear lil sis, and to all of you who didn't know and were wondering, Final Mix is a new KH game... which covers the period between KH1 and KH2. My only KH wallpaper is a final Mix wallpaper, btw.

Final Mix basically explains stuff that you wouldn't necessarily know if you haven't played KH:Chain of Memories. And adds some interesting bosses too, as you have seen :-| Boy, *evil grin*, I forgot how much i love that game too XD Pretty colours, lots of light shows, cute fuzzy disney characters who hit HARD, a sweet love story, RIK(K)U !*embarrassed cough* can't remember if it's with one or two 'K's :-p

Now, KH:COM was on Nintendo, so don't panic! XD THAT'S the reason you have missed it.

I know there a vid somewhere of all the cutscenes of KH:COM, on Youtube i think, but it's LONG. Like, 2-3 hours!!! o_O)* plus, I dunno if it's still there. And you might also try Google Video; they're not half-bad, you know...

The song I have posted up there? see it? Well, it's the Final fantasy: the spirits within movie song. It's REALLY BEAUTIFUL. I love the music in there (so... Everything!), and LAra Fabian sings wonderfully in it. Such a powerful voice... and the lyrics, ah! the lyrics.... *shivers with delight* Next time, I think i will put on a Des-ree song! how about that? She's got a wonderful voice too...
