*bows* Sorry for the delay
I was suppose to post journal entry #3 but i didnt have it typed out...or finished...but now i do! So here it is!
Journal Entry three:
The rain has stopped, but left the ground quite muddy. It should dry soon till then I’ll continue writing my story since I wondered off the last time.
As I was telling you before I so rudely interrupted myself, I had been leaving among the demon tribe quite peaceful till one day another demon had appeared. The people were in a frenzy trying to prepare a place for him, but it would seem that he had a taste for finery, which the people did not have much of. So in the end he settled for the best that the people could provide him with. The best house, clothing, food and servants. T was even asked to give up some of my servants, I did only if they wished it, but none did so I still had the best servants. This obviously made the demon mad, but he kept it to himself.
One day I went for one of my many strolls, that I encountered the new demon. Up close he was quite young around his early twenties in human years. He was tall, well built body frame, pale in complexion, had blood red hair that reached up to his shoulders, and his eyes were orange. Upon seeing me his orange eyes darkened into a bronze color. Slowly with strong and confident strides he approached me, being a full demon, he was taller and so he stared or glared down at me. His voice was quite low for a young man; then again he was a demon. There in his presence I stood very still and calm, for I had no interest in him, but he did in me.
“You must be?” “Reath.” “Reath, huh, such a name for a half-breed. So you are the half-breed who killed your own family?” I looked at him clearly confused by his question. “Now why would I do that to a family that I cared for? Why would I be so cruel as to do that…?” “Kuron, my name is Kuron. You ask me why? Because you have demon blood in you, but mingled with it is mortal blood as well.” In a disgusted expression he stared at me.
“Why is it that you, a half-breed, should have the best servants? I’m of pure-blood they should be mine! You hear me? Mine!” It was clear he had hated me for my origin and servants, such greed. I quietly stood there with a smile plastered to my face. “Why do you smile at me?! I will kill you if you don’t give me your servants!” I watched him as his anger grew and it was quite fun watching him turn red. His breathing had become shorter as the seconds went by. Then without warning he attacked.
One minute he was three paces way and the next he was no less than three hair splits away. He quickly threw a punch onto my stomach, causing me to double over. Just as my breath was returning, he decided to kick me in the face; luckily I managed to dodge his attack by dropping to the ground. In the process I grabbed his leg and pulled him down, then dragged him under me as my other hand made a precise contact with his jaws, breaking it. He howled in pain as I went for another hit, but pushed me off onto my feet. In one swift movement he was standing again eye glowing ominously. “You think you can defeat me?!” He ran at me ready to kill, but as he did time round me seem to have slowed down. I had all the time in the world to just watch him, but I was tired of it. I wanted it to end.
He was getting closer by the second as I just stood there watching. I felt my smile return as it infuriated him all the more. “This will end here Kuron. Stop and leave alive or die by my hands?” My words had no affect on him as he screamed, “Fuck you to hell, half-breed!” So he made his choice. “Death it shall be then.” Concentrating, I conjured up two large slabs of stone opposite of each other. It was positioned between us and as he got near it I put my palms flat together in prayer style. As I did this he slabs closed in on Kuron…SPLAT! His blood went flying everywhere and some landing on me, still warm as it soaked into my clothing, he was dead, squished to nothing more, but a bloody pulp. As if nothing happened the slabs crumbled and went back to the earth taking what remained of Kuron with it.
I was covered in blood, demon blood, and it made my skin tingle with delight…I was part demon and blood stimulated my senses. I had to rid myself of the blood before my demon side took over. In a rush of fear I ran towards the nearby river. There I washed my clothes as much as I could, slowly regaining my thoughts. I had just killed a demon and I didn’t feel any regret or pity. ‘What have I become?’
I returned to my house and went to bed, though sleep evaded me. Every night I would be haunted by the image of Kuron’s death and the feeling of taking life. I did not like the feeling, so soon after I had kill Kuron I decided to leave the tribe. I wanted to be away from Kuron and the images of his death. On the third day I left with what little belonging I had and some extra clothing that the people gave me. I thanked them for their hospitality and left, not looking back.
I have never returned to them since that day. I do not know if they still live there or if they were destroyed, but one thing I know is that they were kind and caring people. That is how I left the tribe people and how I killed my first demon. It still haunts me, but not as much as it use to. I hope u enjoyed this little tale of mine, but I must be off wondering again for never can I stay in one place too long. I seem to attract attention, funny really went in life all I ever wanted was to live in peace. Life does seem strange, but I’m not complaining, it keeps me interested. Now off with you.
This is all of Demon Diary for now. The next part may take longer to write but i will do my best to continue it. So what did u think of it? till the next update!
Pic of the Day!
