Eh?
One more year till I graduate! I now know I MUST get into university. I don't think I should be growing up in this type of enviroment. Anyhoo, I was on youtube and i found this video about degrassi. I thought it was funny.
Yay!
I still haven't fixed the site. I am usually doing homework.
We had just finished King Lear in English. I like this play. For those who don't know, King Lear is a Shakespearean play about Lear. He had decided to dived Britain to give a peice of land to his three daughters (1st Generil, 2nd Reagan and 3rd Cordelia.) The one who flatters him the most (by telling him how much they love him) would get the most land. So, he asked them from oldest to youngest, so that his most favoured daughter and the youngest, Cordelia would get the most land. So, the elder sisters told Lear, that they basically love him more than they love their husbands. But, Cordelia didn't buy into their flattery and basically told Lear that she would love him as much as a daughter should love her father, and that got her exiled from the kingdom. The Earl of Kent tried to explain to the king, but he got banished too.
This play also had a subplot. The Earl of Gloucester had two sons; the ligetimate Edgar, and the illigetimate Edmund. The plot was that Edmund wanted Gloucester's inheritance because he couldn't inherit. He didn't like that because it wasn't his fault that his mom had him out of wedlock. He decided to take matters into his own hands.
My favourite character is Edmund. But then again, I'm a bit biased. We had to do this thing in class, where we pic hollywood actors and actresses to play the characters, and I choose Hayden Christensen for Edmund. I just think he would make a great Edmund! Plus, he's super cute! I choose Adam Brody to play Edgar. I don't like the OC but for some reason, I could see him playing him.
Anyways, enough about school. On Saturday, I'm going to a battle of the bands type of thing at Playdium. I never got to go to my friend's first gig, so I'm really happy I can go to this! Plus, Playdium is just a huge arcade thingy with a bunch of games and... DDR! ^^
Construction!
I decided to take matters into my own hands! If you see any crazy, funky ness going on with my site, it's just me trying to make it look decent.
My day(s)
I got a background for my site, but I have NO IDEA HOW TO USE IT! I asked a guy I know, and he says he'll help me. But, now he says it will cost me *rolls eyes.* So, he said that I have to put him in my msn convo pic. Jeez, the pervert.
Anyways, I had a terrific bday, well mostly, but first I will talk about what I did for Canada day. I had a uber fun time with my cousins and sisters! At first, I was feeling all sick, but I felt better later. It was all girls because my brother had to work that day. We went downtown, and walked around. My cousin loves to watch Third Watch, so she had to sit in the fire truck. We took a picture, and took the subway to somewhere else. We ended up just walking around, then at harbour front, one of my cousins pulled a 'Memoirs of a Geisha.' We were going to the main street thingy, and my sister was complaining how I was so irritable. So, I was glaring somewhere, when everyone started to laugh. It ended up that this guy on rollerblades, say my cousin and stumbled! he was going to backtrack too, but I guess he was going to fast! And I missed it all! *shakes fists at sisters*
Anyways, we went back to the 'burbs, and went to pizza hut. Then we went to watch fireworks. Some crazy teens were working at the park we went to, and were driving those golf cart thingys. Since children playing, my sister was complaining. She then said "Watch de children dem" in the perfect west indian accent! We laughed so hard because it reminded us of our cousin from St. Kitts.
Now my birthday... I told everyone the night before to sleep in because we had a very active day. I slept in until 1 or 2, so I didn't go out for breakfast. My sisters and I (my brother was working again) saw 'Fast and the Furious 3" Tokyo Drift." I thought the movie was very good! My sisters teased me through it though.
Now, I'm in summer school. I'm taking grade 12 university english. I hope I get a high mark. I was supposed to take math, but (1) I didn't get in, and was put on the waiting list (2) the school was pretty far. Anyhoo, my class seems intreasting. It's a new course, so I'll be going for a month. Yay -_-'
Anyways, I'll try to contact on everyone's site. It seems like everyone disapeared.
Wow
I haven't been on in decades! I missed you all! My internet is still messed up, then a couple weeks ago, stopped connecting! *tears*
So, what have I've been doing?
Well, I've been slacking in school work, I think my marks dropped in Chemistry, Biology (I still haven't handed in 2 assignments, but I have an excuse ^^) but I am excelling in english (my spelling sucks, but that's what dictionaries are for) and keyboards. I finally can play that stupid song called 'Blow the Man Down.'
Anyways, I am really itchy! I went camping for the first time at a place called 'Haliburton Forest.' We all got bitten alive (that's why I'm itchy.) It was really fun, except for the bugs and that 6-8 hour hike. We all felt as if we were going to pass out. I met a bunch of cool people, and I have some cool memories. Like when some idiot threw a full lighter in the camp fire. We all ran, and were about to approach the fire again when it EXPLODED! If we had been sitting there, we would have been burned! What was cool about this place was that they have wolves there. Wolves look almost like dogs, but I learned the difference between wolves, dogs and cayotes.
Anyways, I still have alot more to talk about. In English class, I have an ISU (indipendant study unit.) We were to pick 3 meaningful topics that we would like to talk about (powerpoint presentation and reasearch.) Well, I wanted to do either 1.bellydance 2.cosplay 3.anxiety, because everyone seemed to be doing depressing medical research of diabetes, cancer, depression, etc. But, my teacher crossed off the first two, and said she thinks that someone is already doing anxiety (I didn't get to submit my topics early because of the camping trip.) SO I was forced to choose hyperthyroidism (sp?) Then she asked why did I choose the topic. So I was forced to say because I have it. She thought that only bigger structured people get it (I think she thought it was hypothyroidism.) Now, I'm forced to tell the class all about it! I didn't want to research this topic because I'm going to end up paranoid. I already found out that maybe my personality is defined by the disease. Oh well!
Now, what else? Oh my yukata! It will be done next week (I missed a couple of sewing club meetings.) My friends have theirs done! I never even got to see it! They wore it to Anime north, which is an anime con for those who don't know.
Well, I better go and try to read your blogs! I am so intreasted in what is happeneing in your lives!
Does this sound like me?
I did a quiz, as I slacked off on my chemistry lab. Here's what it says:
What's your true colour;
You're brown, a credible, stable colour that's reminiscent of fine wood, rich leather, and wistful melancholy. Most likely, you're a logical, practical person ruled more by your head than your heart. With your inquisitive mind and insatiable curiosity, you're probably a great problem solver. And you always gather all of the facts before coming to a timely, informed decision. Easily intrigued, you're constantly finding new ways to challenge your mind, whether it's by reading the newspaper, playing a trivia game, or composing a piece of music. Brown is an impartial, neutral colour, which means you tend to see the difference between fact and opinion easily and are open to many points of view. Trustworthy and steady, you really are a brown at heart.
Oh before I have to disconnect, we are reading Othello in school. Most people thing Iago is cool. In my opinion he kind of is. But, Roderigo... I feel sorry for the guy. Everyone calling him a gullible fool! Maybe I only feel sorry for him because the guy on the cd we were listening to sounded good!
I decided to...
Post a couple of pics from my trip!
Ok, it has been a few days since I saw normal looking food, so I forgot my manners and pointed at it.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY OLDER/ONLY BROTHER!
Ok, enough with the yelling for now. He has turned 19. I made him jello. I made it yesterday night, so it was ready today. Maybe it was because I was half asleep, but it was cherry and tropical mix jello, with grapefruit cplus. O.o It tasted very intreasting. I was also going to make him an origami bunny, but it just didn't work out! So many folds!
Anyways, I have an archery tournament on Wednesday. I hope I do well. Oh, and in sewing club, we went to the mall last Thursday. We bought fabric to make KIMONOS! Mine is going to be blue with a light turquoise obi. I hope it turns out well.
Now, I better finish my homework. Chemistry has stopped making sense because the student teacher is gone!
Ciau,
