Yay!
I still haven't fixed the site. I am usually doing homework.

We had just finished King Lear in English. I like this play. For those who don't know, King Lear is a Shakespearean play about Lear. He had decided to dived Britain to give a peice of land to his three daughters (1st Generil, 2nd Reagan and 3rd Cordelia.) The one who flatters him the most (by telling him how much they love him) would get the most land. So, he asked them from oldest to youngest, so that his most favoured daughter and the youngest, Cordelia would get the most land. So, the elder sisters told Lear, that they basically love him more than they love their husbands. But, Cordelia didn't buy into their flattery and basically told Lear that she would love him as much as a daughter should love her father, and that got her exiled from the kingdom. The Earl of Kent tried to explain to the king, but he got banished too.

This play also had a subplot. The Earl of Gloucester had two sons; the ligetimate Edgar, and the illigetimate Edmund. The plot was that Edmund wanted Gloucester's inheritance because he couldn't inherit. He didn't like that because it wasn't his fault that his mom had him out of wedlock. He decided to take matters into his own hands.

My favourite character is Edmund. But then again, I'm a bit biased. We had to do this thing in class, where we pic hollywood actors and actresses to play the characters, and I choose Hayden Christensen for Edmund. I just think he would make a great Edmund! Plus, he's super cute! I choose Adam Brody to play Edgar. I don't like the OC but for some reason, I could see him playing him.

Anyways, enough about school. On Saturday, I'm going to a battle of the bands type of thing at Playdium. I never got to go to my friend's first gig, so I'm really happy I can go to this! Plus, Playdium is just a huge arcade thingy with a bunch of games and... DDR! ^^

I'll try my best to comment on everyone's sites.

Ciau,
