I was trying to think of a clever thing for "AP" to stand for to represent the frustation I feel about my current workload, but because of all the work, I'm too tired to come up with anything good.
Also, all my teachers are idiots. Mostly.
Period 1 English AP but not that bad and I like the class and the teacher. This is the exception. But I hate going to the class because it's so dusty I can't breathe or open my eyes.
Period 2 is band, witch explains its own cute horrors.
Period 3 is stats, and I like the math but I can't stand the teacher. Plus, he's an idiot.
My Period 4 Pre-Calculus teacher is just a bona-fide idiot. I can't say any more about a person who spends 5 minutes a day talking to the class from the back of the classroom, then assigns homework and stops talking. The next day, when the class is confused she asks, "What is wrong with you?" and is dead serious.
Period 5 is chem, which is okay, but I know the teacher from church, which makes it kind of weird.
Period 6 is history. The teacher has no idea how to do AP. None at all. He assigns homework without realizing there are 3 editions of the textbook circulating, and gives us ambiguous worksheets that leave kids who need to manage their time stranded.
Last, but not least, is Spanish with the same teacher as last year. So I continue to be Esperanza. Dear God.
Yeah, so the majority of my teachers are, if not idiots, not stellar, and my workload (mostly because of the whole history thing and the whole teach-yourself-pre-calculus thing) is killing me.
So, probably for some time (at least until I get caught up on all the reruns of Buffy I feel this need to watch, I won't be posting as often as I used to. Which not good for me, because this has replaced my cathartic journaling since I started have chronic wrist pain.
And so ends my semi-regular whine.
