Today was one os those days when it seems like there's something a little wrong with everything.
My history teacher made it all worse. In addition to the mess our homework is already in (assigned exclusively online at a random point over the weekend), he's now going to make it all due Friday, collect it, and hand our notes back after the test.
And my closest friend is driving me crazy. She's clingy and whiny, and I know this, but I see her all the time and her best friend moved, so I get all the clingy and whiny now. I can't be responsible if I hit her when she touches my bag, my arm, my school supplies, my hair. Or if she assumes I'm whining when I say something like, "Jazz isn't my cup of tea," in response to, "What'd you think of the jazz band?" Or if she starts telling me about how long she was at marching.
Because people forget that while they go to marching or field hockey or whatever like 9 or 10 hours after school for 2 or 3 months, I work the same all year. Then, they're mystified when I don't say, "Oh, poor baby," in response to, "I hate marching."
