I have come to a startling realization (thanks to my friend Kate) about what makes my ideal anime guy. Judging by the guys I like so far, he should be tall (at least taller than me), skinny, pale (or at least not tan), have light (as in blonde or white) and spiky hair, and finally, either be really psychotic or just smile too much. Though there are some (a lot of) people listed above without one or all of these qualities...
