Ed finished his food, got up and threw it away. "We gotta get going, see ya later." Ed said, waving to Riylee and Al going the same. "Bye, guys!" She said.
Ed and Al walked in to their room, finding Kayla sitting by the window, starring out.
"Are you okay, Kayla?" Al asked. Kayla laughed. "Al, you barely know me. But you act like you keep getting worried about me." "I know. But I was hoping that we could all be friends." Kayla smiled, "Sure?"
"So, really. What's wrong?" Ed interrupted. "What do you mean?" Kayla asked, looking like she had no idea what they were talking about. "You just left. And gave a pathetic excuse of 'not being hungry'. We know you were." "Actually, no. I wasn't hungry!" "Yes you were!" "No I wasn't!" "Yes you were!" "Yes I was!" "No you weren't!" Kayla smirked, "What ever you say, Ed." Ed realized what happened, and then shook his head.
"Did you leave because of Riylee?" Al asked. "No? Why would I leave because of her? She actually seemed kinda nice, i guess. I left because of exactly what I said: I seriously wasn't hungry!"
"Whatever." Ed said.
The room was quiet, until Kayla looked around and then broke the silence, "Hey...uhm. Guys? Where am I supposed to sleep?"
