When the three were outside they saw Riylee practicing her alchemy. "Hey, Riylee." Ed & Al said in unison. "Hi, guys! Hi, Kayla!" Kayla waved. "Okay, Ed, let's get this over with." "What are you guys doing?" Riylee asked. "Brother and Kayla are going to fight, to test Kayla's alchemy skills." Al answered. "Oh, may I be the judge?" "Sure." Ed, Al, and Kayla all said at the same time.
"Okay. Ready...Steady...FIGHT!" (i'm not good at all with fighting scenes, mmkay? So...bear with me!) Ed transmutated his automail into a knife(you know what i mean -__-;; ) as they both charged at each other. Ed swung at Kayla, but she dodged, clapped her hands, slamming them into a fence that was to the right of her, creating a spear. "You don't need a transmutation circle?" Ed said, sounding surprised. "Wrong. Actually, I do." Kayla ran at him and swung the spear down, trying to hit him in his head, but Ed blocked with his right arm. "Well then, where's your transmutation circle?" Kayla spun around and kicked Ed in the side, making him fall backwards. "Not telling." Ed got up and tackled her. "HEY!" Ed transmuted dirt on the side of him, making it into some kind of rope, and tied her arms together. "That's not fair!" she said. "All's fair in war." "Moron." Kayla got up, transmuted the 'rope' back into dry dirt, and yawned. "I'm bored, again." "Wait, we're not done fighting." "Tough. I don't feel like it any more!" "You can't just walk away" "Aww...and yet, I am." Ed, Al, and Riylee watched as she walked back into HQ. Ed picked up her spear, which she had dropped when he tackled her. He looked at the end And saw a crescent moon. "Well, that's odd..."
