So, I've come to the conclusion
that I'm NO LONGER uploading art
here on the Otaku. Why you ask?
Because I don't have any reason
to. The only reason I have an
Otaku account is to stay in touch
with my friends who do not have a
Deviant Art account. So, all my
art is going to stay on dA, and
well, that's basically it '.'

Contest! 8D
TIME FOR A CONTEST >8D

Theme:

Okay, first off, you are going to design a character (may be based off of your fursona) for a manga (comic) I'm making. Make up a character sheet, a name, a back story, etc. Use your imagination and be creative! I will judge based on originality, design and quality.

*A special note: The manga I'm working on is Horror/Action, just keep that in mind when you're making your sheets*

Rules and Requirements:

- Your entry must be original, meaning, NO stealing other peoples characters
- Must be have detailed description to go along with the drawn entry
- You may use whatever media you wish (Colored pencils, markers, pastels, ink, PhotoShop, etc.)
- Your character may be a human or an animal but for those who chose to make an animal character, your character also needs to have a human form or a half form (looks like a human but has animal features such as ears, tail, paws, etc.) as well.
- Entries must be presentable
- Entries must be neat, clean and I must be able to tell what your picture is (Please put some effort into this!)
- Must meet dead line (keep reading for Due date)
- Please PM me and send with the subject Contest Entry with a link to the Deviation
- Be creative and have fun! 8D

I. What if I'm not that good of an artist?

That's not a problem, if you aren't very good at drawing, don't worry, what you can do is write a very detailed, descriptive character sheet. Don't understand what I'm talking about? Well, here's an example:

Good bye......... for now

I'm going to be straight forward with this one... I'm not going to be online for a while now, for 1.) I'm spending way too much time on the computer when I could be doing something productive such as my homework, etc. 2.) Finals are coming up soon and I won't be as much online (and I mean it this time) 3.) I'm starting to acctually get along with my family, and I've noticed the longer I stay away from the computer, the less trouble I get in, and I have more time to spend with my family. So, yeah, sorry guys, but, I'm going to minamize my computer usage... meaning I may not be able to talk to you guys in a long while... Perhaps a few weeks to a few months. I'm doing this mainly because it makes my mother happy, and, it seems that I can only help one person at a time....

But, while I'm away, I'll attempt to work on my art, my trades, my gifts, my requests and such... and please, don't worry about me, I'll be fine, I just need this time to patch up my relationship with my broken family. To all my MSN friends: I will be back, so, don't loss faith in me ^-^ To my faithful pack memebers: Please don't think that I am abandoning you... I'm just leaving for a while, that's all, I hope you two can understand what I mean.... alright, with all my good-byes squared away, I will take my leave. Ttugl ~
