This week was one hell of a week. Our midterm assessment for science was this week and part of next week. The whole purpose of it was to separate a bunch of substances and identify them. Sounds easy right ? At first it was and then it got harder from then on. I separated everything, and it went fine. Buuuut, I had this metal thingy that looked exactly like copper but the density of it did not match. It was about 0.4g/mL which is impossible because it sank in water. Well I found the density again and now its at 3.0g/mL. So yea.
This week was dedicated to finding out the name of the metal thingy. When i first had the 0.4g/mL reading, i went nuts trying to find the name of that metal. I had my calculator sitting in front of me on the computer desk. For some reason it was like mocking me screaming 'Density! Density! Density!' I dunno i thought i had lost it. Last night i even had a dream about crystal structure of sand. -_- When i really did it today it didnt even look like it in my dream.

So yea i basically had like panic attacks during this week. I was about to like soil myself when i thought i messed up, ok maybe not to that extent. Buut yea i ended having the thoughts of sludge, the name of the experiment thingy, follow me until i went to sleep. Today was a good day, i was much calmer and i guess it went swell. uhh i think i wrote a little bit too much.

This is the first time I've woken up before noon in the past 3 days. No school today, again, for in school service for the teachers. Buuut I have to go at 3 for practice. Friday was homecoming. I didn't go cause our school's football team has a reputation of losing nearly all their games. I think they only won once this year, by a point. And guess what? THEY WON!... no they lost again. XD puahah. Now I lost my trail of thought and I don't know what else to write.

make a wish!

Hooray for a three day weekend! Acutally now it's only one more day left and i have yet to start my homework and project. school is still stressful, as usual. Teachers aren't all that great but yea I still have to deal with them. Homework will drown me one day, I swear.

Lately I've been addicted to poptarts even though they are chuck full of preservatives and who knows what.I like chocolate chip and smore's thee best. But it's like 90 cents for 2 poptarts. My lunch program in school is such a rip off, thank goodness for bagged lunches.

Uhh lets see. Can anyone reccomend me a good anime to watch? I haven't watched anime in like forever maybe since last year =O And now I suddenly have the urge to watch. I heard Ouran High School was good but I never found out if it really was.

school = no fun at all
but today was an exception.

So it seems that I can't function properly unless I sleep at 9. That's a first. I usually slept at like 12 on school days. Yea. My schedule is pretty depressing as I said before I dont have most of my friends there. Especially gym, I totally freaked out until I befriended someone. I dunno if I can say were 'friends' but you know those she knows my
name and I know her name type of deal.

Surprisingly spanish was happy for me. My teacher told us that if a cellphone goes off and the person doesn't say that their cellphone went off he calls the security. And if the person doesn't hand the cellphone, we won't know who it is though, the security guards search everyone's bookbags. And if you have a cellphone no matter if it's turned off you automatically have a 4 hour saturday detention, just for having a cell on you. So the wise thing to do he said was to leave it in our lockers. I still find it unfair I guess. That happened last year 17 out of 22 students recieved a saturday detention just for having a cell when someone else's cellphone rang off.

I didn't have any tennis due to the rain. This is the second time I went home on the bus since school started. Yepp. So far I think schools been okay. I've adjusted to the classes.

period 1= fun; atleast I see some of my friends
period 2= I have some friends there too
period 3= only one i know closely
period 4-5= my emo period. but gym is ok without anyone to talk to.
period 6-7= fun but i think the teacher favors students.
period 8= lunch is ok.. yea. but not as fun as last year
period 9-10= math is funny especially the teacher.
period 11= one of the good classes
period 12= the happiest class.
tennis= another happy 3 hours.

I guess that makes sense. I try to make the my classes go faster and say that lunch and period 9-10 is coming. x) that works. yepp. maybe joining clubs will make everyday fun. ahaha. Besides the killer tests that will come I guess I can bare with it. Must think positive. Lol.

goal until 9/24: must not procrastinate on english project which is due the 27th!

First week of high school, done. This week was hectic but this will probably be the only easy week that I'll have for the rest of my time in high school. I've talked to the upperclassmen in my orchestra class and they said that they already have projects! :(
I have one for science but it's only a saftey poster. But I'm horrible at drawing, stick figures are my thing.

I never got to the end of my summer reading book but I hope to achieve that today and the weekend. In english we had to do an assesment about the book and I totally freaked out. Luckily we were in groups so I had it the easy way. Another procrastination lesson. I hope that doesn't repeat again in the future. Must stop being lazy. Btw In history class we discussed about how people are lazy nowadays. I can relate to that. Heh.

Well for fall season, as you know, I'm playing for the tennis team. Well not actually versing other schools but I'm working my way towards JV. Today our Jv had to verse again JPS, a really good high school in my town. Either you go there or you end up at my high school. They have more high tech things there but where I go its just bleh. It's probably becuase that school is newer.
Well their uniforms are really nice. Our team had like different shirts on that said our high school and our skirts and pants were all different. I had to wear a guy's polo. size XL. I'm pretty small so that polo came up to my knees.
Anyways They had matching tennis bags that all said JPS. I find that cool. Well I'll just get to the point. We won 2 games they won 3 games. Yea. But it's okay we have other schools to play.

First day of high school as a freshman. It was better than what I had expected. The upperclassmen weren't as bad as I thought. Occasionally they'd stop in the middle of the hallway which made it difficult to get through. Others would stop in the middle of the hallway and make out, how mature.

My teachers aren't oh so great. My homeroom teacher looks like an elf. My history teacher is making history like college prep. My math teacher can not teach at all. And how am I suppose to keep my grades up? I dunno. But I shouldn't mope all over the fact that I hate it cause yea, what good will it do?

My locker is so far away from where I have classes. I can probably stop by once. By the way my books are really big and heavy. Really heavy. :(

I got lost twice okay maybe four times. Every class that I have is so far away from each other, its crazy. My study hall is at one part of the school and the next class is like way acrosds on the other side of school. No fun in walking.

And my bus, ayy there's so many kids there that are so loud, obnoxious, and immature butt heads. Walking in the rain trying to find my bus is like fjddkfjpj.

I hope tomorrow will be a better day. *smiles* psh.

This summer was okay, a bit better than last year. I didn't get to accomplish as much as I thought I would before school ended. Many goals were left behind such as these:

*looks back at June 20'th post*
-Learning css/hmtl/java script [oh yeaa I totally ignored this one]
-Volunteering at the nursing home with friends
-Photoshop skills are lacking right now.

Ehh, basically that's all. Not much since I was vague on my so called goals that I actually forgot some :]]

Lets see, its time to set up goals for this year! Just in case I look back, in time, you know ;] heh.

-better grades in math, yea i really need that.
-get into honors english and AP history.
-get a 3.3 or higher on my GPA
-Get better in tennis
-be more athletic! So far I'm lagging in gym.
-Befriend new kids, i suppose that's a goal too.
-get fatter ahaha.
-improve with photoshop and or coding, like that'll ever happen.
-cut down on the procrastinating
-& I guess find new goals for new year's resolution.

I can't say that I'll fufill all my goals this year, but I'll try to, atleast. School time equals less time on the computer. Great.

I really need to start my summer reading book. Page 35 out of 250, it's a good start I guess. Lol.

Until my next post which will probably be about my first day 'highschool experience'.

Nervous ? Heck no. I think I lost my schedule.

...orientation
Yesterday, I went to the Freshman orientation. It was okay though but since there wasn't any central air condition it was super sticky in the auditorium that had like 700+ people in it.

Last year I was one of the shortest people in my grade but I guess I grew a lot so I'm like equal with all the average heights. There was this one kid, he was really really short and now he's as tall as me. But I'm only 5 foot 1 so yea I suppose that's still kind of short. I just wish I'd be like 5 foot 4 by the time I stop growing. :D Atleast with my height I get to go on rollercoasters.

Well at the orientation we had to sit by our homerooms. To tell you the truth, my homeroom isn't very welcoming. I have three other friends in my hmrm and the rest are all, hmm, I don't want to label anyone but I guess they're those 'I don't give a crap about my grades' type of students. Maybe more of 'trouble causing' kids. That's more like it.

My locker is right by the auto shop place so it's really far from the main hallways. I don't think I'd get a chance to stop by. *Puts all books and binders into book bag* Yep. Lets see, my classes are okay. I only know atleast two people from my class which is fine with me. But the bad part is that I don't have any classes with 90% of my friends. Hopefully next year I will.

I guess all the upperclassmen aren't all that bad. They help us I guess. But that was just like 2% of them that came so yea.
The food wasn't all that great. I ended up eating a hamburger soaking in what ever it was soaked in and two bites of my friend's veggie burger which fell apart before it even reached my mouth. Blech.

I just hope this year goes fine.
I only have 6 days of summer left. Great.

O.O she updated ?! .... lol
I know, I know. I haven't been posting for a while. But I have a good reason ! I think. Lol.

Anyways I've been busy with tennis and all. I'm not very good just to let you know. It started last Friday on the 18th I think. That day was the worst. When I got home I was so sore that it lasted till Sunday. That shows that I haven't been excersising [sp?] as much.

I have practice all this week from 8 till 11 including this Saturday. And it's soo hot outside. I had to put on sun screen since I went like 3 shades darker. Hahaha this makes up for the lack of going to the beach.

Today's practice was just fine. No running, hooray! But on the other hand I got hit in the stomach while playing double. But I'm fine now. Lol.

Okay enough with tennis.
Guess what ? School starts in 2 weeks ! No no, I'm not excited at all. Actually the orientation is next week. I'll be looking foward to seeing my friends and having some upperclassmen mislead me.

As a matter of fact I haven't read my summer reading book yet. But I heard it was good so no worries. By the way the name is The Bean Trees.

Yep. Since school is starting soon I won't be updating as much, well I already do that. Hehe. But I'll leave comments here and there.

No Nyc pics today
This whole week has been in a heat wave. My air conditionar hasn't been working to its fullest. By the time my house finally was 'cool' enough it was 8 am. And it has been on for nearly 12 hours !

Anyways the guy from Pse&G [or something like that] said that the thing outside, I have no clue what the name is, needs to be replaced since it was old. How old ? Well my parents bought this house in 1989 and it was built in the 80's so yea. Maybe 20-something years old. Gross.

Since it's been so hot inside my house, the feeling here isn't so welcoming. I can barely make it up the stairs :D I've found myself hanging out in my parents room since it's cooler there.

I don't even have ice pops too cool down with ! It's all sticky here but I'm glad that my house is waaay cooler than outside. So yepp. I'll be back when ever I get the chance too since tomorrow I have to catch up on Goong. I gave up after episode 5. But after hearing my litle sister scream with joy at the comp I'll give it a try. There's always a second chance, sometimes.

Oh yea I gave up on the html-ing stuff so I might stick to premades :D Yay for laziness !
