It's a wonderful world...

I think I'll take it back. I wasn't very pleased with the Naruto episode today. Now that I've heard more dialogue from the characters, a huge gap from good to bad just formed, and it's leaning toward the bad side as of now. *sigh* -_-;;

I'm used to Naruto's voice now, but Sakura's was really getting to me. It's hard to imagine hearing that sort of voice when she cuts her hair. She became stronger at that time, so a perky voice wouldn't really fit, right? I'm still hoping the voice actor will do a decent job with that. ^_^;; (I actually think Ino and Sakura's voices should switch. They sound somewhat better that way to me.)

*deep sigh* I don't like Shikamaru's voice. I thought that little preview from the first episode was good news, but I guess I was wrong. They took away his trademark "How troublesome." phrase as well. >_< That phrase is Shikamaru! Rawr.

Who else can I rant about? Oh, Chouji! Okay, he hasn't said that much yet, but come on. His voice didn't fit his personality at all. Hinata's voice sounded a little off in today's episode, but I guess its still okay. Kurenai spoke today, right? Her voice sounded kind of strange too. I'll probably get used to their voices after a while, though. I think I'm being way too critical about this. ^_^;;

Ah, last but not least is Sasuke's voice, of course. It was... meh. I don't really know what to say to it. It sounded okay, I guess, but at the same time it didn't really fit him. I'm torn between his. Maybe the next few episodes can make up my mind. ^_^ (It was surprising that it sounded like that, though.)

Anyway, as for the entire episode itself, the one thing I have to complain about is that they cut that part where Sasuke and Naruto accidentally kissed. I'm assuming it was done since it is on the Toonami block, but I wondered how the viewers can figure out what happened if they didn't see it. They practically left it to the imaginations of many... It just takes away the hilarity of the episode. >_> (Two edits and counting...)

And… I guess that’s about it. ^_^;; I’m sorry for ranting about the dub so much, but I can’t help it. (Hehe.) Seriously though, it’s the only thing I can talk about other than school. ^^;; Okay, enough out of me. Take care, you guys! Have a fantastic rest of the weekend! *hugs everyone tightly*

[random thought bubbles:] More characters are going to make their debuts on the upcoming episodes of Naruto, so I’m hoping they’ll sound better than the ones I’ve ranted on so far. ^_^;; The ones I’m looking out for are Kiba, Shino, Kakashi, Haku, and Zabuza. (And those are only the ones in the Zabuza arc.) I’m not even sure I want to hear the dubs for Gaara, Lee, Temari, Neji, Kankurou, and Orochimaru even! There are so many characters to look out for, it’s getting scary. ^_^;;

There are more important things in life worth fighting for...

Hello!! ^___^ *hugs everyone really tightly* Oh, I miss you guys! School keeps me away from myO so much these days. *sigh* Not that it hasn't done the same thing last year, but yeah... ^_^;;

*takes deep breath* I think I need some rest and relaxation. I'm so glad I only have to do my Math homework over the weekend. My assignments have been piling up since the beginning of the week. It was non-stop until today. ^_^;;

This week has been exhausting, if not dreadfully tiring. To put it simply, I had to catch up on a week's worth of Math homework because I didn't get my Math book until Tuesday, I had to write a two-page pre-write for an essay I'm going to write soon, and I had to finish my notes on the first section of our history book. ^_^;; AP Biology notes and work aside, of course. Argh.

One last thing I have to complain about was my day today. Friday was supposed to be the best day out of the entire week, but some cruel forces decided to be mean to me, so I was late for school and a woman from the school staff was treating me like some delinquent. >_< That was the worst part, honestly. I have no patience for people who judge. She had no right to treat me, or any other person, that way. I was thankful that my English teacher was in a really good mood this morning. He likes to share stories about his life. They’re hilarious, but a tad bit strange sometimes. ^_^ He shared a couple of stories today, and it made me feel better. The rest of the day went by as usual.

Okay, now that I’m done complaining, I just want to apologize for my lack of activity here. I try to free up some time as often as I can, but the buses I ride take forever to get to my stop, and I end up getting home from school at 5 pm. That’s two hours after school ends... ^_^;; And once I get home, it’s time to sit for ten minutes and get started on homework and whatnot, ultimately finishing around 12 am, and leaving me with only 6 hours of sleep. If you can imagine this type of schedule, you’ll probably feel a bit worn out. I hope I can get some free time, even once in a while, just so I can visit here. ^_^ Fridays are the only days I can post since I don’t worry about anything school-related for two more days. Again, I’m sorry. I’ll definitely try as hard as I can to comment on all of your sites. ^_^ For now, please bear with me.

Time of post: 9:35 pm of September 10th

It is time... Here's my review for the premiere of Naruto on CN.

First and foremost, I have the biggest problem with Naruto's voice. I actually thought the little bits I heard during the previews sounded better. And that's kind of impossible since it all came from one source... >_< Iruka's voice was weird when he was shouting, but during normal conversations, I started taking it in better. Sakura's voice was too high-pitched for me, but I guess they decided on that since she was a tad bit perky during the first few episodes. Shikamaru's voice was okay, nothing to comment on that yet, and Ino's was okay too I guess. I think the best one they've done so far was Hinata's. Usually they make the shy and silent ones really high-pitched, but Hinata's voice was actually good. ^_^ As for the Third Hokage, Ebisu, and Konohamaru's voices, they were decent.

Aside from some of the voices, I sincerely thought ShoPro and Viz did a pretty good job with it. ^_^ I was surprised they kept the names and pronunciations right. That was one of the things I was dreading the most. Two thumbs up to them for that. ^^ I was hoping they'd leave the jutsu names alone too, but the translation for those were to be expected. At least their translation for Kage Bunshin no Jutsu was acceptable. It'll get annoying if I keep hearing Naruto say something else. ^_^;; I'm a little nervous about Sasuke's techniques, though. I really hope they keep the Sharingan name as it is. What else can you call it? Ah, and I was really glad they kept some of the Japanese words and terminology. I was practically screaming when I heard Naruto say "Iruka-sensei". ^_^

I'm very happy with Viz and ShoPro now. ^__^ I didn't see any major edits in the show at all. Except for deleting the nosebleeds, which was sort of understandable, there was nothing in particular that they cut out. The blood, one of the show's constant factors, was still there as well.

All in all, I think the dub was at least decent, if not at an okay level. ^_^ So yeah, a good job to the folks at Viz and ShoPro. Of course, these praises may lead to more ranting in the future. (Which might be next Saturday when I finally get to hear Sasuke's voice.) ^_^ Until then, I will continue to like the dub. Hehe.

If it's not obvious, I finally got the chance to watch Phantom of the Opera. ^_^ It took me a really long while, but it was definitely worth seeing. I absolutely love this movie! It was fun to watch with my Mom too. She practically fell in love with Gerard Butler and Patrick Wilson. ^_^;; I thought Emmy Rossum was simply spectacular. I had a bit of a problem with the ending however, but it was still fantastic. Phantom is a beautiful movie and I would surely recommend it. ^_^

Moving along, the first week of school has been successfully completed! w00t! And to be honest, it was a surprisingly good week. ^_^ The only thing that ruined the first day for me was my schedule. I was pleased with it, but I had to get a couple of classes changed into advanced ones. It was pretty messy. ^_^;; I had to wait until Thursday to get my schedule fixed because the counselors were so busy with the incoming ninth graders. Thankfully I have it taken care of now and everything went smoothly from there.

Oh, and because fate is often very cruel to me, my AP Biology work wasn't collected. The AP class that I was in didn't bother with it, so all that hard work during the summer was for nothing. ^_^ Placing this predicament in the academic point of view, and not some procrastinator's *coughmecough*, it will be helpful in the future since I will be somewhat familiar with the subject. ^_^ So, I guess it all works out in the end. Honestly, though, I was kind of glad that my teacher didn't collect it. (Yes, I have gone insane.)

That's about all there is to report about my first week back. ^_^ It just feels like school didn't end for two months. Everything seems so familiar. It was great to see my friends and old teachers again too. Hopefully I can stay this content about school for the rest of the year. ^^ I'm certain it'll be a huge help.

Last post of the summer... ^_^ *deep sigh* It was a fun summer vacation. It definitely had its ups and downs, but at least it was great for the most part. Thank you very much, once again, for everything you guys. ^__^ These past two months were plenty tough, but coming here and receiving support from my friends was more than what I needed to get myself back together. ^_^ So, thank you.

Anyway, school will be back in session tomorrow (Tuesday). I already panicked a bit this afternoon so I'm good to go. ^_^;; Hehe. I got my stuff ready and everything too... but it's still nerve-racking. *deeep breath*

Time of post 12:39 am of September 5th

The simplest of things can mean the world to someone...

It's already the 5th... >_< I officially have only ONE more day until the new school year starts. *sigh* How quickly these summer days pass. I just wish it'll feel the same way this year. ^_^

Ah, before I go on with school and stuff, I just want to thank each and everyone one of my dear friends here at myO for their support and never-ending greatness. ^_^ Thank you all very much for those comments. They were exactly what I needed to get my head back together. I love you guys to bits! =^.^= I am truly grateful for everything you've done for me. *hugs everyone super tightly*

This weekend has been a lot of fun, mostly because my family and I celebrated the end of the summer by keeping each other company and just spending time together. ^_^ I'm pretty busy during the school year so I don't spend as much time with my family without worrying about when this homework is due or when this project has to be done. I'm thankful for that. ^_^ We didn't do much on Saturday, but yesterday we watched a couple of movies and rode our bikes up the mountain. (My Dad's been in a bike-riding phase all summer so my cousin, sister, and I always tag along to get some exercise. ^__^) My Mom didn't come with us since she took Maddox to a grooming place. She bought a Halloween shirt for him. It's the most adorable thing! ^.^ Ah, that reminds me, pictures of Maddox coming soon!

Another thing I'm really thankful for is finally finishing my Biology work. ^_^ I had completed the entire packet except for two questions, which I only answered a few hours ago. Hehe. It's all done now! I'm so happy and relieved. ^_^ I'm celebrating in my head right now. *does a happy little dance* Now all I have to worry about is the first day of school. I was informed that the students had to get to school at 7:30 am to get their schedules since the school couldn't mail it to us. *sarcastic* Perfect, ne? *end sarcasm* >_> I'm going to have to wake up really early to get to school at that time. (Note: I live far from school. ^_^) No one can drive me there too. *sigh* Bah, whatever. I just have to deal with it when the time comes! Which is tomorrow morning...

Oh... wow. I wrote a lot today. ^_^;; Hehe. And most of it is pointless babble. Well, I should get going now. No more sleeping late for me. ^_^ Take care, you guys! I hope you all had a fantastic long weekend and have an awesome week ahead! *hugs everyone tightly*

*surprised* Two consecutive posts in one week?!? O_o No way!

*laughs* Ah, hehe. ^_^ Sorry about my hyperactive-ness today. I suddenly felt really hyper after watching some anime. I guess I need all of it to sink in first. . . . *sinking in*

Haha, I feel very happy today. =^_^= How about you guys? I hope school isn't wearing you down. Gambatte! You guys can do it! ^.^ I just came by to check on things here. Thank you, again, for the comments yesterday. I'm more than appreciative of the support. ^_^ Hehe, by the way, thanks SG! But don't worry, I'll have enough energy to last the first week of school for sure! It's true, though, that I have been sleeping late these past few days. ^_^;; Maybe it's because I don't do anything but my Biology work during the day. *sigh* What can you do? I said I'd have to pay the price for my laziness, ne? ^__^ *more hyper-ness* Okaaaaaaaay!! ^.^ (I really should keep up this energy. It's fun. ^_^) *deeeeep breath* Whoa, I need to calm down...

I'm sorry for being moody, but I just want to let some of these emotions out before I start crying again. Oh, you guys really don't have to read this. I just have to speak my mind for a bit.

Hm, I don't know what's going on with me. I was feeling happy today, but then I started feeling sad, anxious, thrilled, angry, lonely, confused, amazed, and who know's what else all at the same time. I hate it when I get like this. I end up not knowing what to feel so I start feeling annoyed and upset. Heh, it's funny really. Sometimes I think I can handle everything that's going on with me just by myself, but in the end, I owe all my triumphs over sadness and depression to each and every one of you. I'm probably making some of you uncomfortable right now, especially with me spilling my guts out... I just don't know what to do anymore.

I apologize, for being like this. You have all been so wonderful and supportive. I shouldn't feel this way now. Not now, not when I'm waiting for an answer, not when I should be glad that, at the very least, someone will answer soon. Nothing will change. No matter how hard I wish for it, nothing will change. And I guess that's how it should be. Because I don't deserve it, not at all. ^_^

Ah, hehe. Hello again. I just dropped by to see how you guys are doing. I do hope everyone is still having a blast these last days of summer vacation. So, how have you guys been? Things are actually going well on my end. My Biology packet's coming along nicely. ^_^ What a relief! I'm surprised I kept up this intensity and motivation with finishing my work since Monday. Hehe. Hopefully I can get all this out of the way very soon. I have to celebrate at least, right? ^.^

Aside from working on my Biology packet, I haven't been doing much. I guess my work does keep me occupied for most of the day, but when I take a break, I tend to feel so bored... Is that weird? Sometimes I'd do anything for a little rest, but when I actually get it I don't do a single thing. ^_^;; *laughs maniacally*

Okay, I obviously don't have much to talk about. =P Oh, but thank you for all the comments on my last post. I love you guys! ^.^ They were all very sweet. I miss everyone here more and more now. Thank you for being so supportive. *hugs tightly again*

Time flies way too fast...

*sigh* Now isn't that true. ^_^;; Hello! I guess I appeared out of the blue again. I truly am sorry for not being able to comment on everyone's sites for so long. I'm becoming less and less active here and it's really starting to worry me. I miss you guys so much! School starts in a week and I'm stressing out over the fact that I'll have less free time. That would mean more inactivity from me... >_< *mumbles* Er, sorry. Forget that. Anyway, I decided to drop by since I really can't visit at all this week. ^_^;; I'm panicking, to be honest, about school starting already. What do you obtain at the end of a meaningless journey?

Urk. ~_~ It's already the 24th. I'm going to be swamped these last two weeks of summer. I can't believe it's over already. How time flies, ne? ^_^;; *deep sigh* Well, at the very least, I'm actually looking forward to the first week of school since it'll only be 4 days long. That's one positive side to this. But I bet it'll be hectic year, considering I have to make a lot of changes with my schedule and whatnot. Hm... I guess I'll just have to wait and see, won't I? ^.^

Heh, sorry about that. Hello! ^.^ I'm back from my last vacation of the summer. Laughlin was nice and all, but the heat was horrible! >_< It was around 106 degrees out at the time. None of my cousins wanted to go out from our hotel room. I went out with my parents and aunt and uncle once, but that was it. I couldn't stand the heat. ^_^;; So, basically, our entire vacation was spent inside the hotel room where it was cool. Hehe. We swam at the hotel pool, though. ^_^ It was still fun, nonetheless. Spending time with my family is always wonderful.

I suppose that's all I have to say for today. I still don't have pictures of Maddox, but I might be able to upload some of the ones I took in Laughlin. ^_^ I just need to find my Dad's camera. Um, and just so everyone knows, I'll probably disappear for a little while. Being the great procrastinator that I am, I haven't finished my Biology packet so I'll be focusing on that this entire week. ^_^;; Hehe. Gomen.

[random thought bubbles:] I picked up Hana-Kimi recently. I was buying some manga last Saturday and decided to start a new series, so I chose Hana-Kimi, since it was recommended to me and I happen to like the change of story line from what I've been buying. ^_^ I already love it. I grabbed the first two volumes and I am hooked. It's so cute. My sister likes it too, and she's been telling me over and over again to buy the next 5 that are already out. No objections there. ^_^ Thanks for recommending an awesome series, snow fox! *hugs tightly*
