Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! ^__^
As this day comes to a close, I hope that you all had a wonderful time and that you got everything you wanted. *hugs everyone tightly* I enjoyed my Christmas very much, and I'm hoping you did too.
But before I start talking about how I spent my day, there is something I want to apologize about. I didn't have enough time to finish making Christmas cards nor any time to send them out. I'm about half-way done right now, and I'm continuing the other half tomorrow, so that would mean I have to send it even later than I had planned. I'm sorry, you guys. I hope it's still okay even if it's late. *bows*
Um, oh, thank you so much to the otakus that commented on yesterday's post and sent me Christmas cards. ^_^ *hugs them tight* I really appreciate it. (SG, thank you for your greeting. I was surprised to see it in Tagalog. It really reminded me of my Christmas days back in the Philippines. Thanks again. *hugs*)
Ah, I better get this post going. ^_^;; Don't want to make it too long. Hehe.
Anyway, Christmas this year was a blast. Not that the other years weren't, it's just that, I really had a lot of fun. ^_^ After eating dinner and counting down the hours until Christmas, we watched movies and waited for the clock to strike midnight, because that's when we open presents. That is our tradition, but this year, I don't think any of us could wait an hour longer, so we opened the gifts at around 11 pm. ^^;; Gift wrappers flew all over the place. It was a big mess! You should've seen the pile of wrapping papers on the floor!
I new almost all of my presents, though. ^_^ I asked my mom for a comeplete set of the Fruits Basket DVD, and that's what she got me! Yay! I can't wait to watch it! I also got a few mangas, clothes, and stuffed animals. ^_^
After all the gifts were given, it was already time to get to bed. It was a short celebration for us this year. And then we woke up again, it was the morning of Christmas Day, to get ready for church. After going to mass, we went to pick up my aunt's sister-in-law, headed to their friend's house, and then spent the rest of the day there. The only thing I did there was play laser tag. ^_^
But the most enjoyable aspect of this Christmas was the time I spent with my family. It was very heartwarming to see them laugh, smile, and have fun together. ^_^
And that basically sums up everything. Hehe. Sorry if it was long. I really hope you guys had as much fun as I did. ^^
