   Feelin' kinda random
When I took biology I learned the statistic for the number of babies born in an hour... or was it a day? Doesn't really matter.

Anyways, I narrowed it down so that I discovered that three babies are born every second!! THREE!!!

That means that, statistically, there are two other people in the world that have the exact same birthday as me!

Crazy...

Which leads me to wonder if I'll ever meet one of them. That'd be awesome... and creepy.

Somehow typing on My Otaku invariably makes me insanely hyper. I am normally a very sane and rational person.. I think.

Does anyone else completely love the way that Cartoon Network has been advertising Miyazaki movies so they all seem to be action movies? I know I do!

   Yatta!!!
After... *checks* 22 months I have finally returned! How do you like them apples?! (what does that mean, btw??)

I have recently finished watching Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (Live Action TV Drama), and, after my initial skeptescism because of the bad effects, I discovered that it was actually quite good. The characters had real personalities, and it didn't hurt that the guys were all gorgeous.

A little part of me, mainly my inner 6 year old, now wants to watch all of the episodes of Sailor Moon, but that's probably not gonna happen.

Until then, I think I'll make a theme based around PGSM for this place.

   Oni-con
Okay, it's a year away not to mention a 1st time con, but has anyone even CONSIDERED going to this con? It baisicly has guests coming out of the wazzoo including, the voice of young goku and young gohan(db/z/gt), the voice of hyatt(excel saga), and Rodney Caston(megatokyo). There are a TON more voice actors coming as well as the j-pop/rock band Dual Jewel. It just sound like any anime fan could find SOMETHING to like @ this con. And as an added bonus it's in beautiful skyscraper, humidity, mosqiuto dictatorship Houston TX!!(sorry if that last sentence made no sense...)

   YAY!!!
okay, another thing i love, HOW TO DRAW BOOKS!!! And i finally got my vol. 1 & 2 on how to draw anime and game characters!!! YAY!!! I got the 3rd one which is great for refrence pics and now i have to 1st to which will help me SOO much on my zen journey to likeable characters.........yeah. I'll post em and see how "likeable" they are. hehhehhe....

   POCKY!!!
ah, pocky.....my first true love....
For those who do not know pocky is a japanese created 'candy' in which a biscut stick is dipped most commonly in chocolate resulting in a heavanly taste. You can also find these in strawberry, almond crush, mens(bitter) and quite a few others.
I bought my first pocky @ the local Cost Plus: World Market. There are three where I live(ah the joys of a large city) and it is a large chain. You can get pocky there for $2 a box(fun ne?) You can also get them at cons. I hope that helps.
*Extra note: If you find a Cost Plus near you also look for boton rice candy, it's millet jelly wrapped in a thin rice paper that you can eat(don't eat the plastic tho, that's not supposed to be eaten =P)It may not sound so good but....IT IS!!!

   Neko ears and baka mallets
Well, since it's summer I decided to make some cosplay accessories that I've wanted to since I had knowledge of thier existence =^-^=......You guessed it, neko ears and baka mallets =D
I've always wanted to wear kitty ears and I've found a style of them I want to make from Kitsune No Yume which are fox ears but I can change that...very easily...Anyways I'm kinda stuck on the baka mallet, I really wanna make one I just can't find any good refrence pictures....>=(
I have a couple of Akane from the anime but I have no actual pictures of real people with baka mallets. Does this mean I'll actually have to be creative?*gasps* How can this be??
