Mørke blodet
renner sakte
Tykkere enn vann
Gir oss næring
Gir oss varme
Hindrer tidens sand

Vi er glemte
men blodet glemmer
aldri at vi er
I hånden holder
jeg livet
til dem mitt hjerte er nær

Døden hindrer
ingen tanker
Lar alt være ved
Mørke blodet
lar oss vandre
Skygger av det som ble

The dark blood
runs slowly
Thikker than water
Give us nutrition
Give us warmth
Prevents the flow of time

We are forgotten
but the blood never
forgets that we are

Death prevents
