About artworks
I recently discovered some old drawings of mine; fanart to Tenchi Muyo. And then i was reminded of something that deep deep inside actually causes me a little dilemma... As all of you who have seen my picies know, theyre all original anime. But these Tenchi Muyo pics are not original at all. Not only have i copied the caracters, the drawings are in fact the exact same as in the manga! I just made a copy... Offcourse, it looks a bit different, but still... i wouldnt call it "my" artwork..! So, my dilemma is this : should i post them or not? I would prefer not to, but then ive seen so many pics in here, by other artists, that aslo are just copies of other pics! Exact copies! I mean, if you take one character, and create your own picture, thats one thing, it kinda makes /you/ the artist. But by copying, you actually dont show any of your own talent... Is it still "okey" then to post those pictures? I feel like i would take credit that i didnt deserve...
