The Mountains
Apparently nobody liked my last chapter. Oh well. I guess I'll make up for it now. I actually didn't like it myself.. I should stick to the fun parts. Oh well. I'm gonna makes some cookies for a party wednsday. I'm also going to meet Drew's brother! Beau isnt here, he's asleep and since he isn't here, I'm assuming he's dreaming about his girlfriend. Okay, here you go.

I'm the main character for now.


Unh.. What happened? *finds self simply lying on a couch*

Eric: Whats up?

E-Eric?

Eric: You don't sound too happy to see me.

You must've kidnapped me.

Eric: Very perspective, aren't you? Well, enjoy yourself, I must go to serve.. Nevermind, thats none of your business. I'll see you this afternoon.

You'd best not come back.

Eric: Or you'll what? I took your equiment. you're defenseless.

I'll think of something.

Eric: Well, I dont care. I have work to do. *leaves*

There has to be a way out.. *looks around*

[MOUNTAIN PASS](Beau's the main character)

Crystal: Ready for the journey?

*pant pant* Can we rest for a day?

Ara: *spreads out on the cool ground* Seriously.

Crystal: *hesitates* You sure?

Veronica: *walks in slowly* ..huh, positive.

Crystal: See.. there's this problem--

Its a Bear, isnt it.

Crystal: How'd ya know?

Because it was obviously a cave. lemme at 'em.

Crystal: *point* its right over there

*storms in*

*roars and beating sounds are heard*

*walks out comic style, clothes torn up and face scratched*

O~wch..

Ara: *chuckles*

Why don't you try, Ara.

Ara: *backs up* hey, I'm injured.

Veronica: I'll try. *walks in*

[ABOUT A MINUTE LATER]

Veronica: *comes out riding the bear, it turns out to be polar*

Crystal: Great job! Tie it up around here.

Bear: *licks everyone but Beau*

Damned thing..

Bear: *snarls*

*backs up*

Bear: :3

What the.. Where's Ara?

Bear: *wink*

I see..

Veronica: I think I'll name it.

Uh.. No. You won't.

Veronica: Why not, I tamed it!

Did not! She's my-

Bear: *tackle*

Oof!

Ara: *turns back*

Veronica: *falls off*

Ara: *gets up* I was Healing, you know.

When did you-

Ara: As soon as I was struck! Duh!

*stands, brushes self off*

Crystal: look, its snowing!

*looks up* *gets snowflake in eye* Ah!

Ara: *sticks tongue out*

Veronica: *makes a snowball* *smacks beau in the face*

*A large fight ensues*

[ABOUT FIVE MINUTES LATER]

Everyone: *panting on the ground*

Ara: *rolls over to pat snow in face*

*spits some out, only mouth shows out now*

Ara: *kiss*

*wipes face off*

Veronica: Okay, lets go.

Not yet!

Crystal: Now I'M tired.

Go inside.

Veronica & Crystal: *goes to rest*

Ara: *follows slowly behind* Coming?

I think I'll hang here. I need to rescue Zack, as usual.

[AT THE PALACE](Zack)

Hmm.. A vent? no.. What about that box?

Eric: *enters* Where is that troublesome boy?..

Eric: *searches behind the curtains, checks the vents, the locked windows, under and behind the couch, under the table, in the bathroom, behind the shower curtain, in the cupboard, in the fridge* What the hell? Where'd he go?

Eric: Did he leave, guard?! *grabs by collar*

Guard: No, Sir!

Eric: Where.. *flops on the couch*

I'm a genius! *tip-toes out inside of the box*

Guard: What the? This should be in the armory.

Bad!

Guard: !

*flips it off, then breaks his neck with a single strike* Weakling..

*puts the box back on and tip-toes out*

*dithes the box*

Guard: ?

Uh- oh. *presses against the wall*

Guard: ESCAPE! ESCAPE!

Finding the right words.. Ah, yes. Oh, crap.

Old friends... New Enemies.
Beae here, Zack doesnt seem to want to post. I guess he like it when I surprise him. Anyways, about two nights ago, I met Eric again. I've known him since the 3rd grade, but we went our sepereate ways after he left, about two years ago. I saw him in a restraunt while searching for a shark tooth I kept around my neck. We said hi, then my friends and I went back to my house. It was pretty much a party. Eric was passed out on my couch last morn, with a controller still in his hand. I was talking to Ara then, and then he got up and dug around in my fridge for a soda, but the passed out again, so I stole it. My dad had a hangover so he was unconcious on the living room floor, and cups were everywhere. I just finished cleaning, and Eric went home. But.. It was fun. Life's a party here, as I told Ara. We treat everyone as if they were family. But here you go, young ones. Here's an early christmas present.

Ara is the Main character.

*sees Beau*

Figures. Well, you might as well take cover, Veronica.

Veronica: Why?

*a slab of stone from the wall crashes just before her*

Uh.. Thats why.

Veronica: What about you?

I'll be fine. I'm gonna fight too.

Veronica: Then I won't be left out. I'm coming! *twirls her spear*

*sprints and slides over next to Beau*

Who's ready to fight?

Beau: Stay out of this. *new eye flicks back and forth under the eyepatch*

I wont.

Eric: Hah! You think you can beat ME? Thats hilar- *forced to parry*

I'm sick of your pissy attitude. You will be crushed by my blade.

Beau: *plants hand in the ground, dark matter is being drained from the ground, into himself*

I'll hold him off. Do.. whatever you're doing fast.

Eric:*thrusts forward, catching her off guard*

Whoa! *turns head then does a leg sweep*

Eric: *jumps, then stabs downward*

*parries the blade to the side, then punches him in the stomach*

Eric: *grabs her fist and knees her in the stomach*

*takes it, then kneels on the ground, trying to catch breath*

Eric: You cannot win.

Beau: So you think. *arm is covered is cursed markings*

Eric: What the-

*doesnt let him finish*

Shut UP already. *roundhouse kick to the jaw*

Eric: *stumbles backward* Why you! I'll-!

Beau: You'll what? *arm is on fire*

Eric: Come on! I'll take you both on!

*throws Flachion*

Beau: *presses hand to the ground to the ground and unleashes shockwaves*

Eric: *catches the blade in midair, then starts to jump, but is blown away by the waves*

*tightens hands*

Eric: *wipes blood from mouth*

Want some more?

Eric: I'm afraid not. I dont have any energy from that blast. Beau, we will fight again. *throws Falchion at Ara, when she isnt looking, then teleports away*

*blade lands in between the third and fourth ribs, on the right side of her body*

*coughs up blood and falls to ground*


[BEAU is the main character.]

No! *reverts immediatly and runs over to her side*

Ara: 'tis but a flesh wound. *laughs painfully*

Cut it out, you.

Veronica: Should I get Daemon...? Where is he?

*looks around*

No.. Not again!

???: Hey guys! We meet again!

*looks to the shadows, sees a girl*

Crystal stepped from the shadows.

Who're you?

Veronica: Crystal I thought you left!

Crystal: Nah, just went to the desert. This is my house! What're you doing here?

Ara: In-Injured over here.. *cough*

Crystal: Oh! Quick, throw here into that pool!

What? Are you out of your mind?

Crystal: No, itll disinfect her wounds. See, there are parasites..

I needed no further explanations.

*flings her into the water*

Ara: Ahhh! *splash*

*quickly dives in*

Crystal: Okay, now, I have some bandages..

*water begins to bubble*

Ara: *yells in pain*

*lifts her out quickly*

I forgot about the acid! *draws the blade out quickly, so it gets done*

Ara: ... Ouch..

Crystal: *wraps bandages around the injury*
There...she should be alright.

She'd better be. I'll kill Eric if anything else happens.to her.

Ara: .. Yeah well.. Right now I'd like to use your chain-blade and tear his limbs off forcefully.

Crystal: And in case you're wondering, your father is back at camp. But rest for now. You'll need it for the trip. It'll be fun. The weather makes it the best. And Christmas is coming. It could snow!

It wont be as fun if Ara is injured.

Ara: *smacks him* I'm not going anywhere without you.

*rubs cheek* Okay then. That settles that.

Ara: *stands, but winces* Let's go.




Crystal says "Next time Destination: Mountains of Arathis!"


I wish I could've typed more, But I'm tired. I wanted to something a bit more- Fun I guess. Oh well. Next time'll be good. I love you Ara~ But I'm sleeping in.
