   Attention all book lover people!!
Ya'll listen to Choc plz--(the book geek)

Are you tired of all those rip off American magical girl books?
Have you memorized every single Junie B. Jones book that you 'accidently' took from the library waaay back in elementary school?
Have you sworn on your will to have all of your books burned so no human eyes should ever see them again?
Have you become a little too fond of the manga section in the library/Barnes&Nobles/whatever??

Well then...does Choco-chan have a book for YOU!!
~Yes, YOU~
Maximum Ride
by James Patterson!

*applause card*

This is like, the best book I've ever read (which is saying something, 'cuz I've read WAAAY too much) because it makes it seem like it's REAL.
And (although it might shock some of you) I'll tell you something even better:
It's better than HARRY POTTER.
(well, I've never really like HP, but heck, it was better anyway!! xP)
Summary!

The main character, Max, is only 14 years old, and has to watch over her 'family'; five others with 'gifts' like her. No, I'm not talking about she got a bike for christmas, I mean, she's got WINGS on her back. (cool, aye??)
But it's not un-believable...it makes it seem like you're actually part of the 'flock', as so they're called.
Being chased periodically by the 'School' from whence they were created, the flock desperatly tries to outrun them. Given super-human strength, ten foot wingspans, a roundhouse kick that'll knock your friggin' head off--and much more that they learn has been given to them individally, the flock is one heck of a family to be messing with. Of course, they're not all related--besides the two youngest, who are--but 'NEWAY...it's not all fun and games for them, there are other 'mutants' that the School created--Erasers.
(That's not a scary title, but hey, they're PLENTY scary enough...trust me.)
Half-wolf-half-human, these tremendously repulsive, strong and shapeshifting hybrids are the only match that the flock cannot beat easily. But when a turn of events brings Max on a wild Angel chase, can she save her flock from falling apart?

Three books in the series--DO NOT be intimidated by the thickness of the first book, 'cuz once you pick it up, there's NO putting it down...haha. Wow that's a long post...O.o
And if you have read it (bless your heart!) then you should join OUR flock, too!
Evitt is re-cruiting members of the flock! Hurray!
So, see ya'll later! *taps hands with index finger*
G'night! Uh, I mean...good day!
~Choco-chan
