   la la la la... ^_^

hey everyone! ^_^ It's around 2:00 p.m. here and after I finish this post I'll be taking a shower and getting ready for my lesson later on in music. I'm a little nervous. It's been more than two weeks since I last had my vocalization and I'm afraid I kind of forgot the right placement of the voice..and the concert is in less than two weeks!!! >.< wahh! I hope I do ok... -_- so anyway, it's been a tough week. I'm glad I got through all that. ^_^ and kay, I've decided to start using my real name. ^_^ Jane. but if you feel uncomfortable using that you may continue to call me claire. ^_^ I mean, who am I to tell you what to call me? right? ^_^ oh! I just remembered... I'm so glad I could call my mom who's working in LA anytime starting now. We have a phone that has a line connected to the U.S. I mean, the line is supposedly in L.A. which means I can call my mom without having to make Long Distance phone calls. ^____^ and Pat, (Chie-chan for you) can now call me and I can call her back anytime too! yay! I'm sooo glad! haha! obviously that means non of my friends here in the Philippines can use that to call me cuz then they'd be making a long distance phone call! you know it's like a phone there in the U.S. which is placed here in my house! (weird.. o.O) haha! oh well, anyway, here's a random Friendship quote: "My best friend is the one who brings out the best in me" - Henry Ford hmm which makes me think of a question for you guys... ^_^ Do you think it's ok for a person to have more than one best friend? Do you tell your best friend all your secrets? Do you know your best friend so well that you can practically fill out a resume about her? What are some of the things you enjoy doing with your best friend or your group of friends? For me, it's ok to have more than one best friend. I mean, we're all best friends anyway. you know, like say I have three best friends. my three best friends consider each other their best friends too. *shrug* so It's ok. ^_^ and no I don't tell her ALL my secrets. but she does know a lot more than other people about me. She practically knows how I'll react to one thing and she knows what I'll think. I'd have to say I know her that well too. ^____^ I enjoy doing a lot of things with my friends. We usually just goof of, or go to the mall and hang out, we go window-shopping, mall-hopping, karakoke at my house, stay at each others houses, daydream about stuff, plan our future trip around the world, there's a lot more that we enjoy doing! haha! I love my friends, I really do. and it would really make me sad when the time comes when my family decides to make us migrate somewhere far. =( but it's ok, I know now for sure that they are the kinds of friends who's always there for me and will never grow apart from me even if I'm thousands of miles away. (corny I know, but that's the way I feel. so whatever) I'm glad that even if we don't get to see each other often (we're in different sections or classes) but when the time comes and we're able to be together it's like we weren't apart for even a single day! ^_^ It's always good to be around friends that care about you. I'm glad y'all became my friends, even if it's just here in myO. ^_^ (Oooh...cheesy... *yum!*) haha! sorry, I'm getting mushy here...    it's finally over

today's the last day... ^_^ thank you all for wishing me good luck! I've been doing nothing but asking y'all to wish me good luck this week. >.< sorry about that.. anyway, I should be happy, I know. But... well I'm just worried that I might fail everything! I haven't completed my requirements yet which means I still couldn't sit back and relax. >.< bleh. so.. after the exams were over, we had Himig Practice. ^_^ wahhh... We're going to sing a song entitled "Ikaw" (which means 'you') and I'm the soloist. >.< wahhhhh... I just hope I don't ruin the song with my horrible voice. eck. Ohh!! I completely forgot to tell you guys something yesterday! ^_______^ On Sept 16 (thrusday) U.P. (University of the Philippines) is going to hold the Evening Concert of the College of Music and guess what?? I'm one of the performers there!!! ^________^ I'll be having a solo performance there as well as the other students there. ^_^ this is a big thing for me cuz this'll be the first I'll perform in a Concert doing a solo. heehee! I usually just perform during contests (choir) or at the church. ^_^ wahh... I wonder what I'll wear? I hope I don't do too bad when my time comes... haha! anyway, I'm feeling all mushy again... why? cuz I finally got to see him today! *prances around* yay! he even walked me to my ride! i felt a little guilty though... leaving him there alone. which reminds me, today's the elimination for the battle of the bands. ^_^ my friends are going to audition! I hope they do ok... they weren't able to practice even a single time! what's worse is they werejust starting out together! which means they formed it just uhm... about last month. >.< Wish them luck you guys! I hope they get in! Battle of the Bands! yeah!! nyahaha! oh well, so, I'll try and do my rounds now ok? If you want you can put something there on top of my cbox. ^_^ oh.. I almost forgot. Which would you rather me use? My real name? or my MyO username? you know, claire. ^_^ Because if it's alright with you guys i'd start using my real name. Do you know what my real name is? ^_^ in case you don't, (you can just look on the profile if you want) then I'll tell you. ^_^ it's Ericka Jane. ^_^ ugly and plain. I know. But in any case it's my real name so I can't do anything about that. ^_^ oh, if you do prefer to call me by my real name, well you can use either ericka or jane. But jane would be better so as not to confuse me with my twin. ^_^ she's named Ericka Joan, btw. ^_^ take care!

   2nd day's over

just finished study time with Rocky (my friend from the other section). He just went home. ^_^ We studied the whole afternoon. But alas, we've only been able to study one subject - Chem. >.< I just hope everything sticks to my mind (chances are slim though... I'm a very forgetful person!!!). -_- bleh. oh well. I just ate dinner and I think I would rest for a while. ^_^ well, the exams were ok... they were pretty hard... and I keep running out of time because I prefer to think carefully first of each item. eheh... wahh... I hope I don't fail anything....>.< I'll try to comment on some of your sites! take care! ^_^

   study-study-study

First day of exams is done. *phew* Two more days to go. wahhh... thank you all for the good luck! I really really needed them... the exams nearly killed me! >.< We had English, Math and Soc. Sci. wahhh... funny though... Last night while I was reading my handouts for Soc.Sci about India why lying down on my bed, I didn't notice I fell asleep. I dreamt I was still reading the handout when suddenly I was in India. Then I suddenly woke up, abruptly sitting up. I was surprised to find that I fell asleep. My sister was surprised by me sitting up so abruptly, then she asked "Nakatulog ka? ( did you fall asleep?)". I just had to laugh at the thought of my Soc.Sci. reading followed me into my dreams. haha! *sigh* I hope I didn't do too bad.. wah... oops... kay, I need to study!    exams are tomorrow.

tomorrow's the first day of our 3-day periodical exams. wahh... I'll make this short so I can study. it's already 8:30 and I haven't started my studying yet. Just got back from aunt's house. we had a great time. the food was great. ^_^ unfortunately the poetry reading thing didn't go too well. wah. Ooops...dad's making me go and study. I'm a survivor

three days without the internet. can you believe I'm still alive? I SURVIVED!!!!!! yeahh!!!! Hahaaahhh!!! all I did was read and read. heeh! oh...and yeah, thanks for all your comments! ^.^ The exams were moved to wednesday...which means I have one day to study well for my exams. which reminds me... the poetry reading thingy was moved to tomorrow. We're going to present tomorrow... I hope we do it well. ahhh!!! add that to the project for our P.E.H.M. (P.E., Health and Music). We're supposed to present the "Hymn of Shiva". Sing it and dance it. complete with our own instruments. ^_^' I'm one of the singers. (of course I can't imagine myself dancing...heeh!) wahh...we have soooo much to do tomorrow!!! I hope we finish them all.... tsk tsk tsk.... so.... how have y'all been? ^______^ today at school, I had a pretty normal day. oh... bad news guys... I'm still feeling mushy. >.< I know, I know. it's baaaaad.... but can I help it if I feel mushy?? but today, instead of remembering my childhood crush.... , I have a... *cough*new*cough*crush*cough*. He's a *cough*senior*cough* at my school. ^_____^ heehee! I won't mention his name though because Christine (one of my friends at school) sometimes checks in here. She knows about my uh...*new* crush but I don't want her to know who it is. ^____^ heeh! Sorry!! if this post just made you want to strangle me or kill me because of how uh...*MUSHY* i'm being, wahh! I'm sooooo sorry!! like I've said...it's not like I can help it...can I? bleh.    sleepy... (how many times have I had this as my subject?)

ok, is anybody here mad at me or something? I was just about to sign back on the people who signed my GB, but when I looked again now it was 2 less than yesterday! Did anyone purposely deleted their signature? >.< *sigh* ohh well... I'm sooo sorry, I was really really about to get back to you guys with that... *sigh* anyway, so...uhm...today, we were unlucky. Classes weren't suspended. >.< but 'tis ok. I'm exhausted though. gah. Oooh, I've received lotsa mails but I'm sorry I wouldn't be able to answer them all today. >.< I'll get back to y'all with that okie? ^_^ So uhm...for now I think I need to rest. Sorry for doing a short post. I'm really really tired...plus I'd try to do my rounds today. suspension of classes

Two days in a row our classes were suspended. >.< i'm feeling pretty nervous about the exams next week. how the hell would we be able to take our exams without knowing WHAT to review for?? although I am relieved that I get to sleep and rest for one whole day.... I'm feeling a bit energetic today... ^___^ oops.. I forgot I still have to write the essays... wahhh but it's ok, I'll do it later...right now I'll go and check my email.. oh...by the way...I'm sooo sorry for not coming back here for sooo long... I've had a pretty busy uhm...start of the week... ^_^ I hope you're not mad.... i'll try to visit your sites! ^___^ take care! I have once again been struck by cupid's arrows as I went through our family album and saw the picture of my former crush. I think I have a crush on him again! wheee! ^.^ don't mind me, I'm just being my mushy self...eheh! don't worry it doesn't last long...I'd soon turn back into my cheery, non-mushy self again! ^_____^

   music, music, I like music if it's classical or not... *humming*

yeah! I got a BIG idea for that poetry reading I told you about yesterday! ^.^ Thanks for all the wonderful suggestions! They certainly helped me get this idea out of my head... Though I wonder if we can get it done properly.... We only have *counts with fingers* about 4 days to prepare it. and on Wednesday I won't be able to attend English Class cuz we're going to perform on an executive meeting. wahhh! How will I ever get through this? -_- oh, speaking of performance, we had the OPM (Original Philippine Music but we call it 'Original FILIPINO Music') finals. . 4 of my Himig-mates were chosen to compete there. ^_____^ and *yay!!* my friend Kuya (now y'all know I've mentioned this on my post way back when. Who can tell me here what 'kuya' means in english? Oops...no peaking on the previous posts! ^.^) Marlo won as Grand Champion!!!!! Wooot!! ^.^ He really WAS great! ^.^ whee! ^.^ he's one of my closest friends in Himig (Oooh... I've mentioned what this word means in English too haven't I? Who knows what it means? and to which I am referring to when I say 'Himig'. ^_____^ hahah! Just checking if y'all have a sharp memory. No cheating ok? =^___^=) that's why I'm soooo happy-happeeee for him! ^.^ Yay! Go kuya Marlo! go kuya marlo! go HIMIG go!! ^.^ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just finished cleaning up after an after-school malling with one of my bestery bestest BEST friend - H.A.N.N.A.H.banana!! Right after our Himig practice, banana (that's what I sometimes call her! ^.^) and I went straight to the mall, dropped our bags (packed with every little school thing you can think of, including 2 huge clearbook folders and a lunchbag containg not only our lunches, but also bits and piecs of paper we were too tired to put inside the bag.) off the Baggage Counter, went to IceBurg (or whatever that place was called...I'm too forgettful! *tsk tsk tsk* ) and ate a HUGE bananasplit (we felt guilty. we weren't supposed to eat anything sweet OR cold. much less anything sweet AND cold. We're bad girls. heh) together then went off to buy me a new water jug (water, can't live without it. =^__^=) and a new Faber Castel colored pencils set. ^_^ Then we went window shopping for a few minutes then had dinner. After that we split (with lots of hugs and kisses and take cares ang good byes. heeh. ) and went home. They picked me up and now here I am! ^____^ It was fun! It really did feel good to be able to spend time with her doing nothing but goofing off and fooling around. ^_^ although it didn't sound that fun to you guys, it was fun for me cuz it's the talking I'm mostly contented with. ^_^ you get what I mean...right? Anyway, tomorrow is saturday but I need to be up bright and early for another Himig Practice. After our perfrmance on wednesday, we're going to learn a new song and guess who they chose as a soloist? meh. so I'm really tired. I'll try to go to your sites tomorrow ok?
