hey everyone ^_^
well, let's seeeeee...got the flippy fan art up..i made a headband all covered in kanzashi...i'm currently writing out "true light" for ichigos..the program is kind of annoying though...you have to click each note in place, instead of using the keyboard like my old program, so it's..grr...

aaand i think we're havin' a dance practice on thursday afternoon, not quite sure, but it would be fun. ;) and...
i FINALLY got enough $$ saved up to buy all my silk-dyeing supplies!!! *dies of happiness* we put the order in this morning...ooo i can't wait! ^_^ i want to make all my friends stuff now.. :D teehee...look out ppls, i'm COMING for ya! *dun dun DUN*

ok, let's get this straight: Memoirs of a Geisha. the book is...okay...the movie totally stunk, and they didn't give the geishas their hairdos (or kanzashis!!) that they're supposed to have..and the kimonos were...not exactly top-notch...and don't get me started on the "dance" scene...(her solo, anyway. the group dance was pretty good). this book is FICTIONAL, people!!! if you want to read about REAL geishas, read Mineko Iwasaki's "Geisha, a life". Or, you can continue on in your happy, fiction-induced bliss. XD It's up to you...

ice cream
what's up, m8ties?!!?!?! can't you tell i'm so totally sleep-drunk?!?!?!

we made (well, i made) some mocha ice cream tonight...oooh it is soo good, but so totally rich, you can't even eat a small bowl, you have to have like, a tiiiiny ice-cream japanese-size dish. ^_^ tis sort of like eating cheesecake. it's really chocolate-y and really coffee-y and not very sweet, so the little-r peoples (siblings) don't like it. XD but i do. yummm...

i recently got more music from ichigo's, including Kyoudai from FMA. :) so red-chan, whenever you want to break out the violin, head on over and i shall play it with you. XD

hum...well i haven't drawn anything terribly recently...oh! i drew flippy today (Aoi Kyogoku from Imadoki!) but i didn't scan it yet :p you have to comment on my other fanarts FIRST before i give you more!!! teeheeheehee

wow i really am crazy...well, i had an every-flavor slushee today..that might explain it...gosh, i hadn't had one since last summer, so it was super-uber-really gooooood...
someone! draw something amazing so I can oogle it! :)

well m8ties, i really don't have too much to say except for...*dun dun DUN* new fanarts! 2 of them, in fact. ;) aren't i splendid? there's one of chichiri and one of vash. :) go oogle!

i hadn't thought about fushigi yugi in a long time...and sort of forgot what the art looked like when i wanted to draw some FY! so i got #13 from the library. kyaaa, i forgot how good it was! i like the character design for miaka much better in the manga; she seems more like a real person instead of your average whiny anime heroine. and i like Yui better in the manga...and..everyone, really...^.^ even nakago! (but i still can't believe he's watase-san's favorite..)

hey everyone!

why am i not updating every day anymore?! i guess my life isn't interesting enough anymore...T.T aah... iie! shinjararemasen! (no! i can't believe it!) my hair is slowly fading from purple to its normal un-interesting brown-red-blonde. i seem to be getting thinner, my pants aren't fitting as well anymore...(must be the ballet ;p) yesh, our dance has been progressing rather nicely; we now have the formation all settled out, and we're about 1 minute into the choreography. and redtigress and I are at the front^.^ *happy* but not in the middle. yep. that means i have to dance my BEST! *huff huff*

upon scanning a recent fanart of tanpopo from Imadoki, i contemplated sticking my head in the scanner and watching the pretty purple strip burn out my eyes. XD but i didn't, lucky for you. ;) I'm feeling a little crazy right now...must be those mouses in the walls...@_@ aaaaaargh, get outta my houseeee! *runs around chasing the mice with a broom*

well, i'm currently working on piano; playing some songs from relient K's cd "mmhmm"; "be my escape", "let it out", and "who i am hates who i've been". all good songs, but somehow lacking a professional quality...anyhoo. :) aaand let's see, still working on singing and playing onitsuka chihiro's "gekkou" and "borderline"..it's so hard to do borderline's chorus ^^ the piano and singer do two totally different melodies, and arrrrgh >.< but i'll get through it. ;)

MORE fanart, kanzashi, and cheesecake
hey peoples! ^_^ well lessee...i put 2 new fanarts up; 1 old, 1 new. the new one is a buncha goofy faces out of trigun maximum #1. and the old one is a copy of a magic knight rayearth manga cover. :D from 2004. so i might have been 13, might have been 14, i don't remember. XD

aaah, there are mousies in my house...*mmble*stinkin critters*mmble*shoulda oughta've stayed outside *mmble* they better not be chewing up my artworks*mmble*...it makes it hard to get to sleep at night, when you can hear critters scratching all around in the wall. 0_o or when one runs across your room. aaaah, take them awayyyyy!

Well, the first day of school again. u_u ugh...no..school...evillll...ah, well..there's always cheesecake. Sorry, that was totally random, i know, but my little sister had a cheesecake birthday cake last night, and it was goood...i love cheesecake^_^ I only like the powdered sugar doughnuts and the glazed ones; well, and the maple-glazed ones are pretty good; but that fake chocolate stuff is just..>.< weird...and doughnuts are so messy...that's why the little mini ones are good. :D i haven't had doughnuts in awhile...yum...don't ask how doughnuts came up; i think because i was looking at the Vash background....heheh^^ i want to rent howl's moving castle and have people over and watch it, since a couple of us haven't seen it yet..

well; the reason my fanarts weren't up is that the gal who usually takes the submissions is at sakura-con right now. ^^ so, there will be another update whenever they are up, k? ^_^
wanna see what punk high school students look like in japan??! craziness well, it's not THAT crazy but i like their shoes. ^_^ this is actually a website where you can get custom-made japanese sandals. I am planning on getting some for summer...maybe black with red sakura straps...

aaah, the last day of freedom T.T then we have to go back to the drudgery that is called "school"...nooo! then i won't have time to draw...much less paint...

silencethedawn posted a post that had 40-feet wide jellyfish with 200 ft tentacles...0_o imagine getting stung by that thing! most likely i'd be dead, i don't know about you...i haven't actually been stung by one though; so i don't know what it's like. AND! silence-san, i have a feeling you posted about how people can't draw the opposite sex because you want me to stop murdering vash! ^.^ anyway...

yeah, that's about it for now. red-chan, if you read this before 1:00 pm today, maybe you can call me around 1:30 and drag tik-chan over with you to dance? ^_^

Hey everyone :)
well, it's pretty nice out today so i'm going for a bike ride...about 9 miles round trip today; oughta be fun on a new bike. :D yeah, for my 16th b-day i got an uber-spiffy bike, because a car was a bit much, i suppose. 0_o but i really love bikes anyway.

Yesterday i was listening to the DN Angel opening...0_o this guy has the most amazing tenor i've ever heard...so pretty! Anime music can be really annoying but some animes have great music. :) the trigun opening is cool..

I finished a fanart and posted it; another person in a kimono. >.* i can't seem to stop drawing those...and then i'm working on one right now of a ballerina, but not what you think. >=) you'll have to wait and see what the twist is...kind of interesting; i don't think i draw the more popular animes very much (naruto, inuyasha, etc)..so far i've done mostly Watase stuff..and then my latest obsession with trigun...i do remember trigun being really popular though; around 4 years ago, and i totally did not know it was a comedy, and saw cover #1 and thought "that looks like a really gory anime.." and then i saw it at tik-chan's house. :D

so, what's everyone else doing today?

hey everyone!!! :) how's your spring break going?

Well i have 2 new Vash fanarts (Trigun) that i submitted this morning; i think he's become my favorite drawing subject. XD

actually i've been drawing more men lately....0_o I don't know why..they're more interesting than the whiny manga heroines, maybe? ^.^ (aside from Watase-san's characters.) It's so hard though, drawing beefy guys when you're used to drawing skinny girls...^.^

COPS is on TV in the other room and there's this one cop talking in a really drawling-southern accent...>.< it's driving me crazy...(no offense to you southern people, but i'm from CO and...yeah.) He's talking to this person i thought was a lady until the person started talking and a man's voice came out. >-< ewww...

and...i THINK i'm supposed to be practicing the teen dance with redtigress and Nitikia sometime this week....if you know what's going on (red or silence or tik0) please comment or PM me ^^)
And i just got a bunch of new BEAUTIFUL sheet music ^.^ *happy dance* which includes: the DN Angel theme song, 2 songs from Spirited Away,(the 6th stop, which i need red-chan for, and chihiro's waltz, the happy end music)aaand some Chihiro Onitsuka lyrics. :) (still need the lyrics for DN angel..) btw you can get these and so many other sheet musics and MIDI's at the link below:

a fun day
hey everyone :)

i wonder why i always start with that...anyway! first off; there are 3 new fanarts from me! go check them out, speedy-quick! :)(note: if you're reading this on tuesday night, i just submitted them so they might not be up yet.)

last night silencethedawn, Nitikia, superdancer1992 and I all spent that night at RedTigress' house. it was fun. :) it had snowed before, so we were of course out in the snow sledding. we got there about 5:00 pm and sledded for awhile and came inside and ate pizza and threw carrots at each other ^.^ the carrots being redtigress's mom's attempt to get us to eat something healthy...at a sleepover! the nerve! (no, her mom is really nice. :)

and after that we retired (such a fancy word!) to the teen room, where we stayed up until about 4:30 am (superdancer1992 dropping off to sleep at about 3:00)watching anime (Ayashi no Ceres, Trigun) and talking to people on the AIM, and drawing, and squashing people under the air mattress...heheh that was fun to watch...silence-san had made up these alternate lines to a lion-king song that...omg...0_o think of tapeworms while you listen to "He lives in you" from Lion King #2, and it gets interesting...like a weird al song. ^.^

and the next day when we woke up we just went straight back out to the snow and built a very steep sledding ramp. ^.^ it didn't look all that big, but it's so steep that you get at least 2 1/2 feet off the ground. ^>^ and of course, this made for all sorts of interesting crash landings. ^_- and i have a very interesting sunburn now...man! i shoulda thought about that, the sun reflecting off the snow..so yes. not too much specialness but it was really fun. :)and! i've just finished reading Imadoki! it was really good. XD and i finished reading Ceres, which was amaaaazziiiiinnnng....if you haven't read it GO GET IT RIGHT NOW! :) that's all for now everybody. :D byebye!
