just wondering: HOW did the idea come up that witches should ride brooms, anyway??? it's been puzzling me all day! I was listening to my audiobook of "the Subtle Knife" (by phillip pullman) and yep, there were witches, except they were riding tree branches. 0_o someone explain this...

Some friends of mine from church are coming over on the weekend to sing while i play piano..*sigh* these are the best fun in the world...you kind of have to do it to understand; it's amazing that the 3 of us can be doing completely different things and it will still sound pretty good ;) the two of them are 20 years old, so they sing waaaay better than me, so when they come over and sing it's like "as you wish, sahib". *bow* :) i'm feeling crazy-ish-ness...

Also, i'm going to the art store (guiry's) in about 40 minutes..and this is more like a fine art store than a Michael's; there's no cute yarn and buttons and hot-glue guns. :) there's a home deco store upstairs, and you go downstairs, and all you see are brushes, paints, papers and canvases of every possible shape and kind, inks, markers, drawing materials, easels, matboards...it's really fun. :) and totally dangerous; i could spend my whole paycheck there...today i'm going for some brushes and some metallic stuff you use on fabric.

well, i haven't drawn anything in awhile. T.T I'M SORRYYYYY! i seem to have lost my sudden burst of inspiration, and i don't think you want to see yet ANOTHER Vash fan-art...i can't help it, though! I can draw him and get so much expression, it's really quite amazing...hooray, Yasuhiro-san, for creating Trigun! :)

it's super-nice outside today, in the outdoor state of Colorado; especially since i live pretty much in the mountains. :) the air is cleaner up here, or something..and it's much quieter than in the city; (when i lived in Las Vegas it was pretty noisy and nasty) and here there are of course a lot more trees than in Las Vegas, so you can hear the wind blowing through them...^^ this sounds sort of cheesy in writing, but really, there isn't too much else that can make me happier than being outside in the peaceful colorado mountains...we just have so much noise and stress in our everyday lives, it's important to move away from that sometimes, i think.
