   If i were a ninja
teehee. :) which i'm not, but it is the title of my newest fanart. *to gwen stefani's "rich girl"* if i were a ninja...na na na na na na na na na na na na na na naaaaa....

one of those "you know you've watched waaay too much naruto when.." kind of things. :) at least i don't run around copying jutsu. Oh, it seems to have sparked a couple of long-lost loves though...i feel like playing video games (after seeing an amazing naruto game for gamecube; red-chan, you have a gc right? RENT IT!) and taking up weapons class again! ^_^ i forgot how much fun it was...for those of you who don't know, i did martial arts for about 2 years in Las Vegas with a filipino teacher. it was AWESOME. And i would have continued here in CO, but all the Kali (filipino m.a.) instructors live like...hours away...and charge expensiveness...T.T but hey! i still have my weapons at home. SO i can practice sometimes, at least. :) So you see, I thought long and hard about that fanart i just drew; what clothes would be comfortable, what weapons i would be most likely to use, etc. My wrists and left ankle would always be athletic-taped, because they're prone to twisting quite a bit. :) lots of sparring matches ended badly like that. I'd have mostly knives, because that's what i learned with; and then the main weapon is a filipino sword rather like a machete; the handle isn't round, it's flat, and there's no hilt. ANYWAY. :)kind of strange, someone who's known for drawing faeries and angels, getting into martial arts...you'd think, right? but i was quite a little tomboy before about 14...

I did just finish watching episode #20 today. GYAHHH it was so sad and *sniff* everyone thought sasuke was dead, and haku died, and zabusa died...I continue to be amazed by the depth of this anime. The people are so much more like real people, not only in their movements and appearance, but in the characters as well. It was nice that the people who died stayed dead. :) sorry if that sounds weird, but in lots of other animes, people who die are always making miraculous comebacks!!! And...it gets very annoying after awhile. :) Trigun was nice in the same way; the people who died gave the anime a more real-life meaning, rather than the indestructible-hero-in-a-fantasy-book type. :) Poor Vash, i pretty much forgot about him in my naruto-induced bliss...ah well. Don't worry, Vashy-kun, you're still #1!

Soooo I was going to go and see a play at nitikia and redtigress (and silence-san's) school tonight...but me dad didn't give me my allowance yet, and i can't goooo...T.T so sorry, tik-chan! tell me how it was, ne?

Aaand: on Thursday night, *massive intake of breath* i got my geta in the mailll! ^_^ *happy dance* ok, for people who don't know; geta are japanese sandals made out of wood that look like this:
from the side. and you can get any color straps attached to them. mine are black like that, with red straps that have butterflies on them. i'm pretty sure i haven't taken them off since and don't plan to. XD once i get the camera back i'll put up some pictures.

i don't think too many guys read my posts, so i'm going to go ahead and say this:
i had no bras clean today, so i walked around all day in a kimono. XD it was fun. kind of hard for the first 2 hours or so, then i got used to it. wearing the geta makes it easier to walk in a kimono, somehow(?).

Aaand my grandpa is coming here from Connecticut in about a week. SO that ought to be interesting.
Soshite,(*and) that's my life right now. :) I had fun writing this small book about nothing; hope you have fun reading! and if you read all of it, you get...a COOKIE! yay. :) bye now!
