Kimi wa naiteru, hitori de naiteru, boku wa dou suru? boku mo naiteru no sa!
3:58 A.M.
But I'm not really crying, I just wish I could. I'm half-stressed out and half-not. What the hellz!?!?!? *lays on the floor waiting to be stepped on, no matter how random that is*
Ok. So. School. Sucks. Yay! Here are the courses I'm taking - German I (subject to change), Business Imaging, Physics, Pre-Calculus, A weird gym class that's more like health, AP English, Psychology, and World Geography.
Yes. Geography.
Why am I taking such a stupid, freshman class, considering I'm a rather intelligent junior you ask? Because everyone here. Is. Stupid.
Apparently, it's required. I've never heard of Geography in high school. Have you?
And you know what sucks? I'm going to move in three months, and have to continue being mentally oppressed each day wherever I go.
Example of this class - I walk in first day. We're having a short quiz. Question 1 - "What is the capital of the U.S.?"
I just sat there... my mouth wide open...
Question 2 - "What is the capital of Texas?"
And then yeah. I could feel the tears welling in my eyes. More from disbelief than anything.
The really funny thing was, over half the class couldn't answer questions like that.
Um, and I'll be kinda blunt here - I think the only class that may give me any amount of trouble is AP English. It's already difficult. I have less than a week to complete the summer reading assignments that the others had to do, it's some stupid book called The Things They Carried. I HATE READING, if you didn't know. But everything else, even Pre-Calculus, is gonna be a breeze. My teacher thinks I'm a genius, and apparently I am, considering I got waaaay more learning in Algebra 2 than anyone else here.
THANK YOU MRS. O'NEILL, I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER FOR MAKING ME TEH SMART. EVEN THOUGH I ALMOST FAILED YOUR CLASS THAT ONE QUARTER.
But... you guys aren't supposed to know that I almost failed. It was a one time thing, seriously! >>
Other schoolie things to know - I have one friend whom I've known from the arcade over the summer, which is coolies. He gives me rides home and stuff, so I don't have to walk while it's 115 degrees outside. And psychology is officially my favorite subject. There were five kids in my class that were given an assignment to secretly select someone in the class they didn't know and make observations about them - three of five chose me (and this was a full class), and they said interesting things. ^^;
So, since every other detail is rather boring, I won't plague you with it and I'll answer the question I'm sure is running through your head (if you love me enough to be reading these things, anyway) - What the hell am I doing up at four in the morning? I have a simple answer to that question, my friend. I am nocturnal, and therefore have HORRIBLE sleeping issues during the school year. So I'm all teh deadness and whatnot. I'm gonna try and take a bit of a nap after this post.
One last announcement - I've got my hotel room reserved and my badge purchased for Oni-con. HELLZ YAH! See ya'll there.
Alright, oyasumi, nothing else special because I'm not really concious right now. Dewa!
