   Quarantine
Ok, my dog bit another dog and was put on quarantine 10 days ago. Well, we just got FINED $250!!!! This is not cool! He bit a DOG not a HUMAN!!! The dog was the one that went on our property!!!!!! Shadow was defending him!!!! Because the stupid retarded peice of crap owner HAD to report a HIS FAULT problem, I have now a lower budget for my 13th b-day party. Understand?!? 13!!!!!! That's supposed to be the biggest day of my life, but instead: I get a stupid party with barely any decorations!!!! OY!!!!! Anyways, whatever. Yeah. Seriously peoples! Neomail me!!!!
