I've become so numb. lol. Not in the way you'd think...
Yeah...I just came back from the dentist. I got my first filling today. I was so freaked out over nothing! First, I went in the room and sat down in those wierd chairs. The Dentist came in and said "Hello, Sara. How are you?" What I was thnking was "scared out of ym FREAKIN MIND!!!" but I opted for the traditional response. lol. Anyways, he asked me if it was my first time. I said yes and he said "to make the novacaine shot less unfortable, I'm going to put some anesthetic on." He put this qutip with this pink stuff on it in my mouth and started putting the needle together. My mom said it was big so I was freaking out even more. But when I saw it, it wasn't that big at all! Anyways, then he said "I'm gonna wiggle your cheek alittle." He grabbed my right cheek and started shaking it. "Can I do this? Will it make you mad?" He joked. We both laughed. Well, He laughed mine was more like a drunken dog since I couldn't use my one cheek. ( i dunno if that description was accurate, I've never heard a drunken dog and it was hard to describe.) IT didn't hurt, but then even after he left to go get his supplies, it still felt like his latex glove was in my mouth. Okay, I'm not going to bore you with all the other details of what happened, but at some time in teh middle, this woman walked into the room to see if everything was going alright. Since I couldn't turn my head and could only see a portion of her, I thought she was my mom. I said "Is that my Mom? Hi Mom!" of course it actually sounded like this: "Ih ah ii om? Ii Om!" hee hee. All thought, the dentist and his assistant took it the wrong way. They thought I was freaking out. They were all like, "It's okay, just relax!" lol. Yeah...I can't feel teh entire right side of my mouth. hee hee. I also can't eat anything for 3 hours. On teh upside, I got GUMMY WORMS!! for later of course. Man, I've been craving them for awhile, which is wierd because I haven't had them for years or ever felt like having them in the last few years. and gummy worms aren't exactly the first food that comes to mind...so, yeah...This post is getting long so Have a nice day everyone!
