Grrrr and Yay
Grrrr to Yutube for not letting me upload any of my movies! It kept saying I had teh wrong filr format, and didn't specify! How am I supposed to know how to fix the problem, if it doesn't TELL me the problem. Anyways, i made an evolution worlds tribute and a TOS parody. If you'd like to see them, leave your email adress at the end of your post. If you don't know how to operate windows movie maker and it proves a problem for you while trying to watch it, just reply to the email that I send you and I can help. Yay goes to my Dad who is starting to get back in the habit of going to the gym agin, and taking me! Last night was my first time there. I walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes at a constant speed of 4.6 (treadmill registers that as running, even though it's more like a super fast power walk) I walked 2.18 miles and burned 156 calories. Then I lifted dumbells and did this weird rope thing. (when you exercise one side of your muscle, you must excercise the other side so that medical problems do not occer and discomfort is minimized). then I did these strange crunches. it was a chair and there was a cushin where you put your feet behind it, then you put the backs of your arms against these arm rest things and reach behind your head and then bend down as far as you can. I did like 40 of those, with 40 pound weights. So..yeah! and also, i got the date for my orientation wrong. I'll actually be going on the 21st! and...that's all I have to say except I'm going to brush my hair and then go on one of my two daily power walks. Have a nice day everyone! Enjoy teh pic!
