   Ello
today was a good day of practice for once. We were learning to do illigal plays leagally. (dont get caught)i learned how to stop someone by grabbing there ankle. Or grabbing them under the water to ruff them up. or how to push them out of the way and disorent them at the same time. so it was a fun practice for once. I have a vary busey weekend planed. so i will update when im at my grandma's she lets me do what i want on the internet so i will have fun and i will update lots.
