hey everybody
I hope you are doing all fine. I've been quite busy so that is why I haven't been on in a while, but I'll be back for a few days :)

there is a local anime and comic con that goes on every year near an area I live by, but I've never been to it. If time and schedule allows, I might be able to visit it for the first time in ever going. I'm hoping I can go, because I'd really like to experience what it's like :) I'm not a conventional "otaku" in that I don't own very many anime related stuff nor cosplay or anything like that. Maybe I might see stuff and be able to buy things heheh. I have a few questions though. It is a free con, no registration required, and I don't have to make reservations for a hotel since it's quite close by. What should I bring with me? I know that obviously I'll need some cash, and maybe a camera and a water bottle with me. Should I bring a backpack for stuff if I buy anything? the con place gave no indication of handing out any or what to do really so I'm not sure what is allowed and what isn't. Maybe some experienced goers can help me out? :) it would be nice to go. if not, well I guess there's next year...
