Not enough hours... Or, simply, why...?
Well tis me, cosmo2389, how is everyone? I hope you are all well... I plan to be spastic with this post and I hope that you will forgive me for it...
First, let's see, I got Mario Galaxy... It's pretty awesome and I am obsessed with playing it!
Next up, remember the friend that I lost not too long ago? Well I found out something that also affected the way she treated me and why she acted the way she did... Basically it was something that I had no control over and was totally her fault... I was the one who told her what could happen and what could happen did... Oh yeah, I just deleted the entry I made in her guestbook... Ironically it was the first entry...
...I am realizing that as I "make" more friends, I simultaneously lose friends...
Yesterday I went and saw the Body Worlds exhibit at Discovery Place. In case you don't know, Body Worlds is the exhibit that contains the plasticized bodies of once living human beings... It was really interesting and somewhat sad... The pregnant woman one was beautifully done, but simultaneously sad... Overall I really like the exhibit...
Well I think that is all for now... I really want to draw and make some new art, but I have some homework that needs to be finished...
Oh yeah, please check out my Cosplay. It's not the first time I have ever cosplayed (believe it or not I dressed as Tuxedo Kamen-sama for Halloween as a kid and later as a Pokemon Trainer), but I didn't know it was called cosplaying at the time...

Ha ha! Within twenty-five minutes after I posted this, the person who I deleted my GB entry off of their site deleted theirs from mine as well... A little off subject, but oh well...
I, like many others, am very excited for the upcoming release of Super Mario Galaxy tomorrow!! I wanted to post, mainly to make a note (actually maybe start a conspiracy theory) about something that I read... A while back I read a rumor that there will be another full Zelda game on the Wii (not the Zapper one). Upon visting Nintendo Power's site there was a letter, and in that letter the guy stated:
"What a time to be a Nintendo gamer! The whole world has gone crazy over the Wii and Nintendo DS, and we're getting new Metroid, Mario, Zelda, and Smash Bros. games one right after the other! And next year, Nintendo Power turns the big two-oh!"
What I find interesting is that he said "...we're getting new Metroid, Mario, ZELDA, and Smash Bros..." If you go by their release dates, Metroid is out, Mario's out tomorrow and Smash is due next year... So, my question is, is the Zelda game he mentioned the much anticipated second Wii release (while it has been a short time since the last one, it was in development for years so a side one could have been being developed at the same time) or just the Zapper one (Release Date: Nov. 19)?
Till the end of time...
Well it seems that I have lost another friend... No big deal though... Failure to communicate plan changes (on both parts) is the main thing to blame...

Lies, Fear, Facade, Grief
The title, in case you are wondering, is from the ending theme to Death Note. I don't care for the song much, but that one line describes so many different things.
I normally don't go into the details of my everyday life, but today I think I am. First let me say that I am sad... I find that whenever I am happy (you know, one of the happy's where you don't exactly know why you are happy) I am usually shot down and I resume my sadness. Of course during my day to day life I hide my sadness behind a facade of happiness. I don't believe my sadness to be depression, but I don't know why it is there... Though I say that I am sad, I don't mean that I don't have bouts of happiness, I am happy lots of times, but the feeling doesn't stay... I have come to the conclusion (which I know is not true, but I think it sounds eloquent in its own right) that I am not happy and I don't think I will ever be.
On a much different note (well maybe not), I have realized that I believe I have (ugh, I hate the term) fallen (ick) in love with someone... I know the feeling will never be mutual though, but I just wanted to say it...
I posted a new art this morning... As of about ten minutes ago (7:00) it had six page views and zero votes/favs/comments. I am not saying that to get anything out of it, I just wanted to re-enforce the point made by milkycat a while back, Original Art gets no attention (and my art barely gets any attention when its not Original Art).
Wow that was one of the longest posts I have made in a while... Please forgive my mood and the various things I talked about, just know that I have no one to talk to these things about and I just wanted to say (or in this case) type them out... Until next post... Tata...

By say, I have no one to talk to, I do not mean that I have no friends... I have many people who are close to me, but I fear that if I told them these things they wouldn't understand (and on some cases, I know they don't understand) and I don't want things blown out of proportions... Milkycat Makes a Point
One of my favorite artists on theOtaku, Milkycat, has made a very valid point that I completely agree with. It talks about the problem that has come up in theOtaku community within the last year. I hope that you will please read the article so that we can try and change our community.

I hope to find the time to post a (some, maybe!?) new pic this weekend... I have just become so absorbed by my DSL that I find myself longing to go home and get on it... Wow... Dork... I know... I was just searching Youtube (I have DSL finally!) and I found this video:
It's "Keep Tryin'" by Utada Hikaru. I really like her and I feel sad for the pain that she has been through this past year... It's almost as if you can hear her lament through her music. I know this song is over a year old, but I really like it. To me it seems to be an adorable facade that is covering for the unsure times in life...
