When Akari was 12, she moved to the island. She was in one of the last families to move to the island. She was born in the Kingdom. Her family was Minnie's handmaids and butlers. Akari is the baby of the family, and has twin brothers that are 4 years older than her. Akari's family, was sent by Queen Minnie to live in Destiny Islands. The reason why they were sent there was a mystery, but they obeyed and moved. They bought a house on the beach. Their next door neighbor happened to be a nice family with 2 sons named Sora and Roxas(brothers). She became friends with them, and was introduced to Riku, Daisuke, Elena, Faith, Kairi, and Sayoko and became friends with them as well.
