Hello everyone, and yet again it has been a while. Well I have good news and bad news since the last post. Let's start with the good, shall we? I enlisted in the inactive air force reserves on the 19th of july which means that I am officially living my dream. On to the bad news my father had gastric bypass surgery the day before I enlisted, got out of the hospital the day after.(pretty quick recovery?!) He lost a total of 29 lbs in two weeks. Thats what I call a diet. If anyone's familiar with this surgery they would know that you have drainage tubes from the leftover stomach, needless to say, the last tube removal left him bleeding internally. He passed on, the 5th of August. Right now I am at an emotional standstill. And I feel bad for those around me because I am mood swinging like crazy. If anyone has anything to add to this story or has similar stories come forth or forever hold your peace.
