So the computers are down in the dorm since a wild mouse chewed a wire...finals are this week...I need computer to study...it snowed a lot yesterday...my birthday is tomorrow...I'm going home for break on friday/saturday...I think that is all...yes, so now I have to go to my next class...bye...

Sorry for the rushed and brief update, and also sorry 'cause there wont be updates for a while unless they fix the computers 'cause this is the last day of official classes...k, bye.

I wont be able to update this for a while 'cause I have so many projects, papers, labs, and finals to study for that I don't have the time to do my fun everyday computer activities! It sucks, but I guess that's just how it will always be..or at leaast until I'm out of college...2 more years of undergrad and then many years of vet school...I have no life! Ahhhhh! *runs off to next class*

   slight rant...
Ok, so I live in a dorm at my college...my college contains many different people, and many of them are hippies...nothing against most hippies, but my neighbors suck!!! They are the smelly, pot smoking, bad music playing kind that would rather have you get in trouble than themselves...now I haven't turned them in for smoking in their room, but people complained about a smell so they blamed me and my roommate and said the smell was hamster smell...now I'm sorry, but pot and pets smell different, but our RA's are all non drug using people that need to be told what pot smells like...so they have no idea when it's happening or where it's coming from! It sucks...so we evacuated our pets to other people's rooms for now and as soon as our neighbors decide to smoke today I'm turning them in...I know it's vindictive, but I'm sick of getting blamed for their odors...it just pisses me off! Anyway, I know it's them because the smell comes right through the light socket since the walls are paper thin...also this morning they decided to play crappy music and wake me up, so I got on my roommates computer, which has a sub and is in general very loud, turned the volume all the way up and put on some good music...like Killer Queen, or random other songs that I like...anyway, that has been my morning and as soon as that smell hits my nose...it's over for them...

K, now I'm done basically repeating myself about the hippie jerks...the baby rats are cute and both have their eyes all the way open and they walk around all wobbly and cute adn actually can see where they are going, so they explore the whole cage...they are even learning to click, so they make little noises randomly! I love them! Damien is also doing better, it seems that the shots are working, so I am happy. Alright, so I guess I will go for now...bye! Hope everyone else has a good day!!!!!

   Hectic week!
I haven't been able to update this week because I've had the busiest week since the end of last semester. Professors always seem to pile on the work toward the end of the semester...I have a 5 page Social Psychology paper due today, a Statistics Lab, 2 Ecology Labs, have to study for my finals in all of my classes and Animal Behavior wont be fun because we have the final and the paper/poster project on the animals we observed...It's just not a fun time! I changed my majors the other day...before it was Biology and Psychology, but now it is Veterinary Life Sciences and Psychology with a Biology minor and a possible Chemistry minor...and it will only take me another 3 years...that surprised me...I thought I'd be here forever!!!

Anyway, the baby rats have opened their eyes and they move around a bunch more. It's so funny to watch them wobble around...the last time I saw this was the baby hamsters and I still can't decide which is cuter...and for those who don't know and since I know rat tails gross people out because they are "naked"...rats do have fur on their tails, but as they get older you see it less 'cause the tail grows with their bodies and it's so cute to see them start off with no fur and then get their markings and then finally get their fur to grow in...anyway, the male (father rat) Damien has bacterial pneumonia and I have to give him injections of Baytril twice a day in his scruff...so that is fun...I'm also going to do an internship with the vet since I need that to get into Veterinary school.

So I guess I'm going to go and pay attention in stats, but I'll try and update this weekend...bye!

   yup...
Thanksgiving was fun...ate lots of food! It was nice...not the same as when I go home, but still good.

Pudge's babies keep growing and they are so cute...you can see their markings and their fur is starting to grow in.

Don't have much else to say, so I guess I'll just go eat some more!

   rat babies
So she had her babies, but she only had 4...which is kinda small, but it was her very first litter. The only problem was that two were stillborn, so she only has two. Not sure, but maybe she was too stressed and maybe she still has another one in her, but I'll find out in the morning.
