Ha...
The girl who asked me if I was gay yesterday and one of her friends came up to me at lunch today and asked me if they could start a GSA (Gay/Straight Alliance). The girl asked me if I was gay because she wants me to be in charge of it and that was her test to see if I was a homophobe (Kind of a weird way to test it, don't you think?). As for the whole "I just get that vibe" thing, she actually meant that. Her friend, a boy who I know is gay because I've seen him kiss his boyfriend after school many, many times, asked me if I was gay just because he really wanted an answer. I told them because I know the kids and I can trust them not to get me fired.
Obviously, I agreed to let them have the GSA in my classroom and I'll be in charge of it, provided,of course, that the principal approves. The principal will approve, though. At least, she will if I ask her. See, she kind of... 'likes' me, which really scares me because she's 45 years old and married. She calls me at home "just to chat" which really makes Jake angry. Ha, he gets so jealous, poor guy. *hugs him* Like I would leave him for my scary boss.
