   How was this one?
James Strakeln tied his horse to the fence so close to the town that he needed to get to. They had stopped because Julie said she was tired.

Julie Krush Stood across James holding her longbow close in her hand. The town they had stopped in was not very popular since there were not that many people around. The sliding noise of Julie’s quiver kept making James jump for his sword. Julie couldn’t help laughing at it but then she realised she had to tighten the ropes around her leg.

The road seemed to be clear of any travellers and the silence was heeded to cross the road.

James walked with his head down as Julie followed. At first there seemed to be nothing but then the sound of horses could be heard charging down the road just as they were in the middle of the road.

“W-what’s going on?” asked Julie confused and scared.

James stood still looking down and ignoring her words.

James’ hand was behind him and he held his sword tight.

He could feel Julie holding onto him and not letting go.

Still he looked down.

A bunch of bandits came charging their way heading straight for the two as if they had planned to kill them.

The red bandanas on their heads made them visible for a mile away.

James pushed Julie’s grip and pushed her off the road as a charge of ten or more horses came his way.

The dust was scattered up in the air and the eyes of Julie could see nothing.

When the dust had cleared James stood there holding his sword blocking the bandits dagger attack. Across the side of one of James’ arm blood dripped slowly where a gash had been taken from one of the daggers.

The loud noises of the horses came again.

Julie could see the bandits coming back to help their friend.

“No you don’t!” said Julie holding her bow up and pulling out two arrows. She released the arrows hitting only two down.

Seven more headed in colliding with James. This time the dust cleared to reveal blood of five of the bandits. As bodies had split in half the horses carried on running in the distance leaving the dead corpses behind.

Two bandits remained, and now there was one.

James had run up to one and chopped his head off in about two seconds.

The other was lucky to get away with just losing one eye to Julie’s arrow.

Julie ran over to James dragging him as fast as she could to the Potion shop on the side street.

As the door opened the woman ran with a healing potion.

“Dear lord! What happened here?” she asked giving the potion to James who drunk it slowly.

James started to fall asleep.

The next day he woke up finding no more pain in his arm. He felt okay and the main thought in his head was that he was hungry.

When he got up the first thing he saw was porridge on the table recently done. He got up and started to eat it.

Without hesitation he grabbed his sword remembering that his new job would be starting today.

He ran downstairs and untied his horse as Julie caught him thinking he was sneaking off again.

James rode down the road using one hand as Julie complained most of the way through his trip.

Everything was back to normal, James rode with his head down and he ignored Julie.

About three miles down from where they were a bunch of officers riding on horses with their whistles and all sorts of weapons walked into the town.

Chief Ryok Ushi walked into a pub moving to the bar as people stared at him.

“Excuse me Sir! said one of the officers to the bar man.

After about ten minutes of talking to the bar manager the officer came back saying he didn’t know anything.

The look on the Chief looked ticked and he asked for them all to go.

All that was left was the manager, the people in the pub and the Chief.

The Chief walked over and grabbed the manager by the scruff of his hair.

“You better tell me where he went!” said Ushi almost pulling the manager over the counter.

“Or else what?” asked the Manager curiously. Ryok had a smile on his face.

“I’ll do far worse than that James guy. I’ll make you belled and I’ll shred your insides out, then I’ll deliver them to your family!” shouted Ryok to the guy.

He started to look scared and for the whole hour the Manager told him what had happened.

Chief Ryok got outside and informed the officer of new information.

“Make the new posters say four kills!” the officer nodded his head and walked off.

The Chief got on his horse and started to ride with the other officers to the next village.

New wanted signs were posted in the very same day the Chief had placed them.

The reward was also placed to a much higher value of 10,000,000,000,000 gold.

The price was starting to get interesting for the people and now they got ready to take down what they thought might make them richer.
