James 7
A black horse galloped its way along an open road on the way to a farm as stones flew in the air from the horse picking up the back legs. Its black fur, almost looking fake, gleamed in the sun as a young man an a beautiful woman rode softly on its back.
James Strakeln on his quest in order to get money has had a difficult time in all and has killed many people in order to obtain the location of where he was going to work. His face was shadowed over his black hair that made it unnoticeable to know whether he was looking at his girlfriend behind him or not. Julie, the one sitting on the back, was quite happy looking at the surroundings that she was passing like trees, wild animals playing as if there was no-one there and historical features that hunters had left or famous statues from over two-hundred years ago. Her blond hair light up making a pretty picture of her beauty as James kicked the horse to get it to go a little bit faster.
“Won’t be long now until you get the job over with and I can marry you!” shouted Julie giving him a peck on the check. James nodded and looked forward at a sign that was just ahead of them.
Chris Watcher’s farm was in big bold writing on a black sign and Julie looked as the scenery soon started to change. The trees were all dead and rotten, the animals were dead on the floor (even the flies had died and the fungi) and the sun had faded to a dark and misty cloud.
Julie held on to her bow hearing creeks in the leaves and watching a shadow running from one side to the other.
“Don’t worry. Just ignore them and you’ll be safe,” whispered James looking straight ahead as Julie looked at savage teeth for the last time. She held on to James tight as she looked forward. More noises came to erode as James pasted through a farm gate that said: This Is The First Of Three Gates.
James started to get tired as he slowed the horse down and trying to comfort Julie from being frightened.
A growling noise came from directly behind Julie as the horse screamed an pushed the two off the horse. Julie hit the floor hard looking at three huge wolves covered with blood from another pray they had just eaten and still looking as hungry as hyenas. The blood soon started to change into drool as the first one went to strike the leg of Julie. Its jaw got sawn off by a big massive blade that made Julie jump through the air thinking someone had thrown something. The wolf fell to the floor crying in devastation and bleeding. This made the five other wolves hanging around the wood attack. James cut two of their heads off but there were just to many attacking at the same time as they went for Julie’s legs again. James jumped in front risking his blood to be spilt. The wolf chewed and punctured great holes in his leg as James cried out in pain pulling his sword and swinging it to take the head off the creature. Julie frightened the other two off by shooting arrows as one running got killed by a gun shot. A farmer dressed in old rags sat smoking his pipe as he ran other to look at James’ wound. The young farmer looked like he had only just started to work on a farm and Julie shifted James onto the back of the carriage. Blood was spilling everywhere as James started to pass out.
