Things are looking up (somewhat)
Latest update on the Hazel front:

Whatever was going on, it's officially on hold until September.

ie. we were going to go out somewhere, but ended up not doing so due to her illness, and now we're far too busy to have enough time to arrange something right now.

I'm going off to Rome in a week, for a week. Hazel is off to Papa New Guinea in three weeks, for 2 months.

Things are just too hectic, and there's too little time, to try and arrange anything else. So we're going to rearrange in September (when she comes back as the university year starts up again- I'm not going anywhere..).

I feel good about it- mostly because at least I know that it's on hold, whereas before I had little idea what was going on at all (and when that was couple with not seeing her at all for 2 weeks it messed me up somewhat... fortunately these days when things "mess me up somewhat" it gets nowhere near as bad as it used to..)

So yeah- that's the update on the happenings in the life of Dan L.

I feel like I should be saying something a lot more holy, but oh well.. never mind.
