~*~*~* later that night about 2:00 *~*~*~
*cell phone rings*
Chide: *falls out of bed* Huh?! *answers the phone* Hello?!
???: Chide-san are you ready?!
Chide: Sensei?!
Sensei: Well grasshopper are you ready?!
Chide: Umm…yeah I guess.
Sensei: Good. Leave tomorrow.
Chide: Why sensei?!
Sensei: You & the others need to train.
Chide: Ok sensei. See you tomorrow. *hangs up**gets back into bed & falls asleep*
~*~*~* meanwhile next door *~*~*~
*cell phone rings*
Ashei: *wakes up* Huh?! *answers the phone* Hello?!
???: Ashei it is time.
Ashei: Sensei?! Are you sure?!
Sensei: Yes my young one. Now is the time. Training starts tomorrow.
Ashei: Yes sensei. See you then. *hangs up*
Shinjite: What are you going to tell Chide tomorrow?!
Ashei: Huh?! What do you mean?!
Shinjite: I mean you cant just leave to go train for a few months then go to the dark tournament & not tell him anything!!
Ashei: Oh. I hadn’t thought about that. I’ll tell him I’m going to visit my cousin in…America.
Shinjite: Ok.
Ashei: Night Shinjite. *falls asleep*
~*~*~* 5 hours later *~*~*~
Chide: *is finishing packing his bag* Ok I think that’s it. Bye mom I’m going off to train.
Mom: You be careful Chide! Tell your friends bye.
Chide: O.O ~Oh crap!!! I forgot about that!!~ Ok mom I will. *leaves the house* Bye dad.
Dad: Bye Chide. You do remember the way, right?!
Chide: Yeah!
Dad: Ok bye & good luck.
Hiei: *is listening* ~I wonder where he’s going?!~
Chide: Bye Hiei.
Hiei: Where are you going?!
Chide: I’m going to visit a friend & stay with him for a few months. ~nice one!~
Ashei: *comes out with a big bag* Hey Chide.
Shinjite: Ashei you almost forgot your… *notices Chide & Hiei* This. *throws a small bag at Ashei*
Ashei: *catches it* Thanks. *hugs Shinjite* See you in a few months.
Chide: Where are you going?!
Ashei: I’m going to America to visit my cousins for a few months.
Chide: ~great she wont know I’m gone!~ Oh ok I’m going to visit my friend for a few months.
Ashei: Oh ok.
*Yusuke & the others walk up*
Yusuke: Ready to go back to that torture they call school Chide?!
Chide: I’m not going today guys.
Yusuke: Wow! Second day & your already playing hookie?! You got spunk.
Ashei: No he’s going to visit a friend for a few months.
Chide: Yep & she’s going to America to visit her cousins.
Kazuma: What …
Hiei: *telepathic message* She’s going off to train for the dark tournament you idiot! Now shut up & don’t blow her cover!
Kazuma: Oh those cousins.
Ashei: bye guys!
All: Bye Ashei!
Ashei: *starts to leave*
Chide: Well I better leave as well. Bye!
All: Bye Chide!
*the gang heads off toward the school*
Chide: *starts walking down the street to the bus stop*
*the bus shows up*
Chide: *gets on the bus*

Chide: *gets off the bus in what seems to be the middle of nowhere*
Bus driver: Are you sure this is where you want off?
Chide: Yeah. This is the place.
*bus drives off*
Chide: *starts running north**stops at a huge temple* Ah. It feels good to be home. *climbs the stone steps* Sensei! I’m here!
Sensei: Welcome back my student.
Chide: *bows* Sensei where are the other members of the team?!
Sensei: Some are inside. I am still waiting on 1 more. Go on in & meet the others.
Chide: Yes Sensei. *goes into the temple & sees a guy with short brown spiky hair & a girl with long hair & a shirt that says "Ice Queen"* Hey!
All: Hey!
Chide: *drops his bag & walks over to them* I’m Chide. Who are you?!
The guy: I’m Denieru & this work of art is Kyaki.
Kyaki:*blushes & giggles* Denieru!
*from out of the shadows comes a guy with pale skin & long white hair*
Chide: *readies for a fight* Evil what are you doing here!
???: My name’s Jigoku & I’m not evil!
Chide: *backs off* Oh. Sorry I just figured…
Jigoku: You just figured that because I’m dark that I’m evil! Well I’m not!
Chide: I’m sorry.
Jigoku: Humph.
Sensei: It’s ok my son.
Chide: *turns around* Sensei…*stops because he sees a person behind Sensei wearing a cloak*
Sensei: Ok now that everyone is here let’s get started. Follow me team.
*everyone follows Sensei*
Sensei: Now first things first you all need to get each other. Say your name, your age, & a little about yourself. Denieru why don’t you start.
Denieru: Yes Sensei. Hi I’m Denieru. I’m 15 & I like fire considering it’s my element! ^^ *catches self on fire* Ahh!!
All: *laugh*
Sensei: *puts the fire out*
Kyaki: I’m Kyaki. I’m 16. My power is controlling ice. Umm… & that’s about it.
Jigoku: I’m Jigoku. I am the son of darkness & so that everyone knows darkness isn’t always evil. It can be used for good just as easy as it can for evil. My ancestors may be evil I assure you I am not evil. Oh & I’m 15.
Chide: Hi! I’m Chide-san! I’m 15. My powers involve water. Umm… I kinda have this crush on the cute girl next door. *blushes a little*
Kyaki: Aww!
????: O.O ~Chide!!!~ ~I wonder if he means me or Shinjite?!~
????: *lowers hood revealing the face of a girl* Hi. I’m Ashei.
Chide: O.O *turns even redder*
Ashei: *blushes a lil* I’m 16. I can control water as well. & I umm live next door to Chide.
Kyaki: *gasps*
Chide: *is as red as a cherry*
Sensei: Now that we know each other it’s time for to spar with each other, but before we do that you need to go place your things in your rooms.
*all go get their stuff to go place it in their rooms*
Guys: *all go into their room*
Denieru: So Chide is Ashei the “cute girl next door”?!
Chide: *closes the door* Shh! But yeah she is.
Jigoku: So why don’t you ask her out?!
Chide: I might.
~*~*~* in the girl’s room *~*~*~
Kyaki: Don’t you think Denieru is cute!!
Ashei: Yeah he is kind of cute.
Kyaki: Can you believe Chide likes you?!
Ashei: How do you know he meant me. I’m not the only girl that lives next door to him. My friend Shinjite lives with me. He might have meant her.
Kyaki: Nope he meant you. Didn’t you see the way he was blushing when he found out it was you under that hood?!
Ashei: *excitedly* You think?!
Kyaki: Yep!
*both get into their sparing gear*
~*~*~* 10 minutes later *~*~*~
Sensei: Ok now lets begin. We need to find out who the team captain is. I shall be deciding this from my knowledge of your skills & from the sparing matches. First match will be Chide vs. Denieru. Then Ashei vs. Kyaki. Then Jigoku vs. Kyaki. After that Chide vs. Jigoku. Denieru vs. Ashei. Kyaki vs. Denieru. Denieru vs. Kyaki. Denieru vs. Jigoku. Kyaki vs. Chide. Jigoku vs. Ashei. & finally Ashei vs. Chide. Each match will be 12 minutes long. No powers.
Denieru: Well Chide ya ready for me?!
Chide: Oh no it tis you who needs to be ready for me?!
Sensei: Begin.
~*~*~* fists & feet fly back & forth for 12 minutes straight *~*~*~
Sensei: Stop.
Chide: Not bad.
Denieru: Same to you.
~*~*~* skips straight to the Chide vs. Jigoku fight *~*~*~
Jigoku: I’m going to enjoy this!
Chide: Umm no hard feeling about earlier rite?!
Jigoku: *smiles evilly*
Chide: *gulps*
~*~*~* skips to the Chide vs. Ashei match *~*~*~
Chide: umm good luck.
Ashei: Same to you Chide. But don’t you dare go easy on me!!
Chide: I wont!
~*~*~* the best fight so far takes place *~*~*~
Chide: ~Wow! She’s good!!~
Ashei: ~He’s style reminds me of Hiei!~
Sensei: Stop! Well done all of you!
All: *bow* Thank you sensei!
Sensei: Ok I have decided who the team captain shall be. The team captain is………
