It’s like 6am now and the only reason I’m up is I feel like crap. -_- It woke me from my sleep, blah. And I’m all achy and… yeah I’ll stop before I complain the whole post. Okay, just one more complaint. My Ranma DVD’s still haven’t come. Boo!

Well, we had a wonderful time Sunday. It was the first real day the husband and I had off together in months. The baptism went as well as expected, Rachel baby took the cold water well. She had the cutest white dress. The thing was super long, John thinks she looked like the baby from a Series of Unfortunate Events.

And Constantine! Oh! I really enjoyed that movie. I loved it. My favorite part, to keep it vague for anyone who hasn’t seen it, is near the end when he flicks off Lu. That was priceless. I do have to say the bathtub thing freaked me out. No wonder he didn’t tell her what he was going to do. o_O I wouldn’t have done it either. Overall I found it entertaining and recommend to sci-fi fans.

I thought it was awesome how they portrayed Hell.

Oh man, I’m so beat right now. And sleeeeepy. But, Rachel baby is getting baptized today, so the husband and I will finally officially be her godparents! So, obviously, although it’s my usual bedtime, all I’ll have time for is a quick power nap and then time to get ready. Today is also the day we are going to see Contsantine, so double score.

Ah yes… I finally ordered Ranma, the whole series. I simply cannot wait until it gets here! Talk about a Ranma marathon baby!

What else? Oh, yeah thanks for everyone’s comments for the last post. You guys are great. Perhaps I’ll point Milky to take a look at all the nice comments you said about her. Well, this post is cutting into naptime, so I’ll keep it short. Have a great Sunday everyone!

Well, its official, Milky is done with the otaku for good. She won’t even be posting her art here anymore. It still makes me sad. I’ve fought with so many people and taken so much backlash in defense of her and her art on this site. Not that I mind, I’d do it all over again if given the choice. I guess, I just feel we lost or something. Pleading to the admins for help didn’t work; we only got in trouble for defending ourselves. It still amazes me my account has yet to be frozen. Heh, I do know a lot of people who’d leave if that ever happened, so I guess that’s a good thing.

Still… we lost, didn’t we? *sigh* I just don’t understand why they won’t crack down on the open hostility some people exhibit around here. Its not like people are forced to look at things on this site. It must be truly hard for some people to just avoid something they know ahead of time they won’t like. Yet they do, then attack the artist personally, and when you stand up them, the ‘people that be’ on this site tend not to punish the attackers… and so it continues. They flame and hurt… then we have to sit back and watch it happen. Why should the flamers stop? There’s no penalty for being an asshole. Majosha is still here after all, where Milky’s lovely art, will not be.

Heh, and I probably just started another fight by mentioning someone’s name openly, and for expressing this sites lack of disciplining those who cannot follow the rules. But meh, come and get me. I’d much rather the flamers and admins come after me than the friends I’ve struggled to defend. It’s all just very… wrong. And I won’t tolerate it. Does the fact that I’ve supported this site for over a year now mean nothing? I’ve never cursed back at these people or lost my temper. Why is it that even though I defend in a very calm and civil manner, I get threatened to back off by an admin and the ahous around here can rant and curse all they want?

The point of this whole shmeal? Well, before I went off on a rant there… I meant to do something. Even though you won’t be here to see it doll, I thought I’d still give you and your magnificent art a proper farewell. A lot of us truly did love your artistic whims. I'll miss you around here Milky-chan.

I love Ed and Roy. You people are great. I haven’t been visiting ya very much and yet I still get like 30 comments. And I appreciate them all, thanks. I’m so happy, I have tonight off! Yatta! And my most awesome shift manager, Dave, has given me Sunday off as well! This will be the first day during the weekend I’ve had off in months. I can’t wait. I think we are going to go see Constantine. Much Keano Reeves goodness.

The thing that is not awesome is the licensing of Naruto. First FMA, now Naruto! I’m very pissed over this. Couldn’t they have at least waited until this damn battle was over?!?! We’ve all been watching this fight for what? 6 FRICKIN’ WEEKS NOW?! And NOW they have to license it?! Why N-O-W? Aiya!! They did this with FMA too. License it when it started getting really into the story. It is most upsetting.

This is just rambling…

Talking to Maris, I realized something… I don’t like chemistry. What do I do for my job at the lab? CHEMISRTY. The reason I was a Biology major? Because I don’t like Chemistry. *rotf* I really shouldn’t be laughing. I have a job in a field I’ve always dreaded.

I’ve been a dancer, gymnast, majorette, band member, and in chorus. Not to mention I’m fairly good at art as well. Why did a musically and artistically inclined person become a science major? I still have no clue. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m good at science too, and pretty good at math, like Algebra and Calculus. I can claim to have some intelligence. =P But combine those together in the form of Chemistry or Physics (which is actually interesting) and I’m like, duh George, where did he go? (bad book reference) Well, not that bad, but still, I don’t enjoy it. I find it ironic indeed that I ended up with a job in the one subject that’s always been my worst one. How strange the world operates.

I didn’t get to visit everyone again today, so if I didn’t get to you, please don’t be upset, nothing personal. And once again, thanks to everyone who keeps visiting me even though I’m horrible at getting around the O these days.



Yami and Yugi aren’t going anywhere for a while, so be prepared!

Sorry I haven’t been around to your pages lately. During my workdays I usually don’t have enough time to make rounds. And normally today would start my days off, but I’m going to be covering for someone for two out of my three days off. That’s one day off in two weeks. Which sucks.

I did have a lovely Valentine’s Day though. ^_^ When I came home from work yesterday morning there were red carnations waiting on the counter for me. And the husband and I went out to dinner last night before I headed back to work. It was a nice time.

Well, this post is mainly to wish everyone a happy Valentine’s Day. I hope you get to spend it with someone special. And thanks to everyone who sent me a Valentine’s card, they were all lovely, thank you.

Hinata-sama is my Valentine’s theme, she’s so pretty! I love her.
