na nu na nu konnichiwa to you...
i feel better today.
but then, who wouldnt after watching Dai Guard vols 2 and 3 on DVD and a little 45 min piece called Madox 01 straight up. thats right. from 3:00 pm when i got home i watched all three DVDs and extras all the way thru. pure anime, straight up. stopped only to empty bins, eat and do the washing up. SW33T.
so yah, happy and stuff now ^^ have a cookie y'all.
Luna is in for her sevice tomorrow. its also Rememberance Day tomorrow. 11th of the 11th. to remember all those who fell in the two world wars and those who have fallen in other conflicts. as the saying goes: "because the war to end all wars...didn't"
so i will be holding a two minute silence tomorrow in a mark of respect. and then on sunday I have to do the formal parade where we go and lay wreaths and stuff at the war memorial. i have to take the band, and they are so not ready. its gonna be a nightmare...
i learned today that your life is not your own. somehow during Communication Studies we went off on a tangent (as is common with Mr. Simpson) and somehow got on to the subject of smoking, and people's excuse is thats its their life and they can do what they want. Mr. Simpson said no, its not. the only people who can claim their life is their own are bums and other people who have no family and no friends. if I died, it would effect a large number of people, supposedly. so if you are thinking about killing yourself, stop to think about who it would effect, and how selfish you are by taking your life away from them.
