Welcome to my site archives. 10 posts are listed per page.
I had the scariest dream ever last night. Seriously. Maybe watching Death Note before bed is a bad idea...I dunno. Like...halfway through one of my dreams, I found out my family was trying to kill me O.o So like, I woke up after almost being stabbed through the abdomen by my parents. I can't describe how flippin' terrified I was. I had realistic-type dreams *shudder*
Erm...I found out I have a huge love obsession with L from Death Note and Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach. =P I just want to huggle them both =) Sucks that I can't draw L or Ichigo to save my life. I just keep telling myself: "L just looks like an insomniatic Sasuke." Still doesn't work when I try drawing him. I'm gonna bring a photo ref pic today for anime club. And I'll bring one of Ichigo too. I need to practice drawing spiky hair. It's a killer. I got an e-mail from the people at Anime Boston. I'm not sure what it means...so I'll ask around today when I get to school.
Oh yeah, and here are some slideshow thingys I did.
My fave Naruto pairings part 1
fave naruto pairings part 2
Yeah, boredom got the better of me the other night. I had new art that I wanted to showcase, so I made a new slideshow thingy. The first couple pics are from my final project for my design class. We had to do a triptych of our past, present, and future. All of it is painted (that's right, PAINTED) with guauche (sp?) paint on bristol board. Then I believe the next picture is a group pic...that's some of my cousins. They were playing a game and I just drew them in my sketchbook cuz I was bored. The rest after that is mostly fanart I believe.
The song is called White Message and it is song by the Japanese voice actor who plays Kunimitsu Tezuka in Prince of Tennis. If you don't know who that is, the voice actor also plays Byakuya Kuchiki in Bleach, Shigure Sohma in Fruits Basket, and Scar from FMA, to name a few of his roles. He is singing the song as Tezuka, but anyway. It's one of my fave songs at the moment (it makes me so happy) so that's why I chose it for the bg music. I hope you like it.
Wow...I think my love for Sasuke and Itachi has been pushed up a notch. I found this awesome artist at DA: http://brokendeathangel.deviantart.com She fulfills my SasuIta needs...Sasu-chan is soooooo kawaii! Ahem. Look! Es my video!
=) I am ze bored. My bro's at a friend's house and my mom's working, so it's me and my dad today. He wanted to do something...like go to a movie or musuem...but I'm kinda out of the movie scene (I can't remember the last movie I saw in theaters...it was like...4 months ago). And I dunno...I love the science and art musuems but...I have no motivation to move. I have one class tomorrow since it follows a monday schedule. ^-^ I'm downloading Naruto eps so that hopefully I can make more amvs! whee!
I REALLY want to post this fanfic I've been working on...it's a Naruto fanfic with a sort of Hidan x OC x Itachi thing going. The OC is kinda...like me...sorta. She's a lot cooler than me though.
------
This is the beginning...sort of. The rest of the beginning is kinda corny so I won't post it. The OC's name is Rose, FYI.

Not knowing where I was really sucked. I knew I had just been in the forest by the college I go to, but the forest I was in now…well…it wasn’t even the same. I started to panic. This was ridiculous. How could I be lost? I had just been with my friends! We were told to collect nature stuff for an art project! I couldn’t be lost! The parking lot should be just around the corner…yeah! That’s it!
I started walking faster, feeling my heart speed up. But the parking lot wasn’t around the corner. It was nowhere. I brought my hands up to my face. “This can’t be happening. I can’t be lost on campus. What if a bear…?” I heard a noise and instantly became defensive and wary. Why was I worried about a bear? Because apparently a black bear actually got onto school grounds a few years back. I was in no mood to get caught by one. The rustling of leaves made me alert.
I hid myself behind a tree, too afraid to look and see who or what it could be that was coming closer. Voices. I could hear voices. They were speaking in a language I didn’t know. I listened hard. It sounded like Japanese. Dammit, if only I had taken a Japanese course this year! It sounded like two men. Figuring I had nothing to lose and hoping they understood English, I stepped out and was about to greet them, but the sight of them alone made me quiet.
They both wore black cloaks with red clouds. One wore a strange hat that obscured the rest of his face. His partner, on the other hand, was flawless with pale skin, pale violet eyes, and silver hair that was slicked back. His cloak was open, showing his bare chest. He was carrying what looked like a huge three-bladed scythe. Both men stared at me questionably.
“Um…Hi,” I said smiling sheepishly. “Do you by chance know how to get back to the college campus? I think I’m lost.”
They continued to stare. Okay…either they couldn’t understand me or they were just trying to annoy me. I didn’t like being rude to people, but I really needed to get back to class. We only had a 10 minute break and I was pretty sure it was over by now. Since they couldn’t comprehend my words, I figured actions might work best. “I am lost,” I said slowly, acting out an action of someone apparently searching around but finding nothing. “Can you…” I pointed to them. “…help me?” I pointed to myself.
The man with silver hair gave me a smirk and I paled. Crap. Had I done something stupid? I mentally hit myself. Of course I did! I was acting like an idiot! Thinking quick, and trying to remember my limited Japanese vocabulary, I mumbled, “Onegai?”
They exchanged looks. I waited. The man with the strange hat gave a nod, and at first I breathed a sigh of relief. They were gonna help me! But when I saw the silver-haired man’s smirk widen and take out his scythe, I panicked and backed away. “C-Chotto matte!” I cried, hoping I said the phrase right. He advanced on me. “ONEGAI!”
“Hidan,” his partner growled.
The other man turned around irritably. “What?” he snapped.
I did a double take. I understood him! I blinked. Wait…what did that mean? “I’m not standing around here another thirty minutes. Don’t kill her.”
He narrowed his eyes. “You give me the go ahead, but suddenly change your mind? What the fuck is up with that?”
“Shut up. Take her and let’s go.”
“W-Wait!” I said suddenly. “You can understand me? Why didn’t you say anything before?”
“It was highly amusing to see you sign your actions,” the other man sneered. “Let’s go, Hidan.”
“Yeah, yeah.” I looked up into Hidan’s face and gulped. He frowned as he leaned over me. “I would have made it painless for you, but whatever.” I felt his fist connect with my gut and I instantly fell unconscious.

Yay! Now time to skip to the middle of the...fic...thing. There is a mature warning put on this. Mention of nudity (zomg! hehe) and adult situations (i think).

I hadn’t wanted Deidara to announce to the other members what I needed for my art. Informing the others that I was in desperate need of a volunteer model was embarrassing. Now all they did when they saw me was stare at me. Tobi had offered, but I had to politely refuse him. I wasn’t about to draw him nude.
Deidara wasn’t interested in posing for me. Which was a shame, because out of all the other members of Akatsuki, he and I got along pretty well. It wouldn’t have been as nerve-wracking. Nevertheless, he told me to go ask Itachi or Hidan. I would have rather swallowed poison, to be honest. I could tell neither of the two pretty boys liked me. But, because I was going through artist-withdrawal, I had limited options. I saw Kisame walking through the halls and stopped him.
“Um…do you know where Itachi is?” I asked nervously.
He gave me a toothy grin. “He’s in his room. You better knock beforehand. He wouldn’t hesitate to kill you if you didn’t.”
“O-Okay.” Let’s just say that Itachi scared me to the point where I could wet myself. I slowly made my way down the hall, thinking over in my head how I was going to ask him to model for me. ‘Hey Itachi, just wanted to ask if you would like to pose nude for me for an hour?’ Yeah, I could totally see myself within his Mangekyou Sharingan radar. I bit my lip once I came to the door and hesitantly knocked.
“Who is it?”
“Um…it’s Rose.”
The door opened and Itachi stared down at me. I may have been a year or so older than him, but damn! He was scary! I gulped and smiled slightly. “What do you want?”
“I have a favor I want to ask you.”
His red eyes narrowed dangerously. “Go on.”
“C-Can we go inside? I don’t want anyone else listening in.” He gave a nod and closed the door after I was inside. I took a deep breath. “Okay. I’m pretty sure Deidara has already mentioned this to everyone he knows, but…I’m in desperate need of a male model. It’s for a school project from where I’m from and…well…Tobi’s offered but I don’t think I could stomach drawing him nude for an hour.”
Itachi remained quiet. “So…” I continued. “…I was kind of wondering if maybe…you could be the model instead? I know it’s stupid for me to ask, but it’s either you or Hidan, and frankly, Hidan scares the bejeesus out of me.”
“You want me to model for you?” he repeated.
“Yeah…”
He stared at me. “As long as no one else knows. When and where shall we do this?”
I was stunned. Itachi was agreeing? I smiled. “My room, tomorrow, eight o’clock. It’ll last roughly an hour.”
***
Okay, so I didn’t realize what I was getting myself into until Itachi showed up. He was definitely one of the best looking men in Akatsuki. And he would be posing nude for me. I let that sink in. I would be seeing parts of him that no one else had probably ever seen before. I blushed as I set up the bed for him to relax on. He was over in the corner calmly removing his clothes as if I weren’t in the room at all. I had never seen a naked man so when he finally turned around, I did a double take and kept my eyes on his chest and face, even though they were dying to look farther south.
“Where do you want me?”
I inhaled sharply. Did this guy know what he was doing to me? I took out my easel and charcoal and set myself up a few feet away from the bed. “Um…you can lay on the bed if you want. I’m only going to draw one pose for today,” I managed to say. He nodded and made himself comfortable on the bed sheets. Good Lord, I would be sleeping on those later tonight. I took out a piece of paper and pressed the charcoal to it. “Are you in the pose?”
“Yes.”
“All right.” As soon as I started drawing, my embarrassment faded. I became an artist and focused on drawing the human form in all its glory. As expected, there wasn’t a flaw on Itachi’s body. He calmly watched me with his frightening red eyes as I sketched the basic outline first.
“Will I be able to see the picture afterwards?” he asked suddenly.
I looked over at him and smiled. “Sure. Don’t be surprised if it’s not perfect or anything.”
“I don’t expect perfection from you.”
I felt my pride sink a little. “Oh.” I continued to draw, adding more detail. “Have you ever posed before? You’re very patient.”
“No, I haven’t.”
The time went by slowly. I was amazed that no one had come to bother me yet. Usually Deidara would be pounding on my door to discuss art of all sorts, but for some reason, he hadn’t stopped by once. Itachi usually didn’t talk very much, so as we made small conversation, it was nice. I was close to finishing the picture, adding in the last few details needed. I was really impressed with how it had turned out.
“I’m finished,” I said with a smile. He got off the bed and went back into the corner to change. When he was done, he walked over to me and stood behind me. I glanced up. “Well? What do you think?”
He seemed to study the picture for a bit, as if unsure if what I had drawn was supposed to be him. In all honesty, I hadn’t done him justice. He was a lot better looking than what I had drawn. “You did this?” he mumbled.
“Yep.”
“It’s…”
“Hmm?”
“…interesting.” I didn’t expect any higher praise from Itachi.
I let out a sigh of relief. “I’m glad you like it.”
“Will you need me to model again?”
Stunned that he would ask, I just blinked. “Uh…”
“Rose?”
“Uh…sure. I guess. I was going to ask Hidan, you know, to switch off, but if you really want to…”
His eyes hardened. “Hidan would much rather kill you than pose for you. Trust me.”
“Okay then. Tomorrow, same time and place.” He nodded and left my room without another word. I admired the drawing for a few more minutes. There was a sudden knock on my door and I froze. “Who is it?” I called.
“It’s me!” I heard Hidan growl.
Confused about why he would be coming to see me, I opened the door. “Can I help you?”
“You tell me. The bomb-happy freak kept bugging me until I agreed to be a damn model for your fucking art project. So where do you want me?”
“I…uh…”
He slammed the door behind him and placed his ever-present rosary on the table gently. He shrugged off his cloak, to which I had to blush furiously. “Well?” He removed his pants and I was left staring wide-eyed at him as he stood naked before me, a look of irritation on his face. “C’mon, I don’t have all day.”
“Um…but I just…” Oh fuck it. When else would Hidan actually agree to help me with something? I tore off another sheet of paper and placed it on the easel. Thinking of a pose for him to do, I grinned slightly. “Hidan, would it be okay if I drew you as if you were preparing for one of your rituals?”
I don’t think I ever saw the man so happy. He was more than willing to ‘bestow his religion before me’ in any way possible. So I had him kneel with both knees on the ground, with him holding his rosary up to his lips. I think it was the first time I didn’t hear Hidan complain. I became very focused on drawing everything as I saw it, simply because I didn’t want to offend him. He was extremely religious and I knew that if I somehow offended him, well, no one would come to my defense.
“How are you holding up, Hidan?” I asked after a half hour. “Do you need to rest?”
“I’m fine,” he answered. “Keep going.”
“You sure?”
“I said I was fine.”
I nodded and continued to draw. He almost looked like a fallen angel and I had a sudden urge to draw wings on him in the picture. Once the hour was up, I gave the picture a once-over and smiled. “I’m done,” I said. Hidan stood up and didn’t even bother putting his clothes back on before coming up behind me. “Do you like it?”
His pale violet eyes stared at the picture in what I could only assume was awe. To me, it looked like he had just seen God. “It’s perfect,” he muttered. It was hard to take him seriously when he was naked, but I appreciated the praise nonetheless.
“Thanks.”
“You’ve accurately expressed the Jashin prayer stance.”
My cheeks turned red. Hidan was usually the loudest complainer in the Akatsuki and definitely the worst mannered. He had a horrible mouth on him that would make even the dirty-mouthed rappers of my time bleed from the ears. I had never seen the man truly smile, but his smile was really nice. His hand reached out to stroke the picture before grabbing my right hand gently.
“You drew this picture with this hand,” he stated.
“Uh…yeah.”
He brought my hand up to his lips and it took all my willpower not to scream in delight when he kissed my palm. Hidan was being nice! He wasn’t swearing or complaining! He liked that I didn’t criticize his religion. His partner, Kakuzu, always insulted his beliefs. Hell, I think everyone in the Akatsuki made some remark about Hidan’s religion at some point. But I hadn’t. Maybe that’s why he had agreed to model for me.
“I would like to come back and model for you again.”
Shit. “Um…same time, same place?” I mumbled.
“All right.” He pulled his pants on and threw his cloak on over his head. “I’ll be seeing you, Rose.” When he was gone, I had a little celebration in my head. I had gotten to see the two most attractive, and dangerous, mind you, Akatsuki members naked. And they were going to model again tomorrow. I squealed happily. Life couldn’t get any better.
***
When Itachi came back to my room the next morning, I decided I would tell him about Hidan. He remained impassive, as though it didn’t bother him. Like an idiot, I assumed he was perfectly okay with it. He removed his cloak and cast me a look of contempt. “I thought you were scared of Hidan,” he mumbled.
I looked up from organizing my charcoal. “Oh…um…he was actually not as bad as I thought he’d be. He didn’t complain once.”
Itachi’s eyes widened slightly. “You’re joking.”
“Nope.”
“Hn.” Once he was completely nude, he sat on my bed and waited. “He didn’t threaten to kill you?”
“No, but I was half-expecting him to,” I chuckled. “I asked him to pose as if he was praying and he became so obedient. Anyway, do you think you could maybe do a standing pose today? I need to practice with those.”
He nodded and got off the bed. “How do you want me?”
Inwardly smirking at my perverted mind, I replied, “Um…could you lean on one leg slightly…yeah. You can let your arms just hang; don’t worry about placing them anywhere. Yeah, I think that’s good.” I started to sketch and pretty soon, the hour was up. I stood back and admired my work, smiling when Itachi came up behind me with his cloak half on. “What do you think?”
“It’s good,” he murmured.
“Itachi…are you upset about something?”
His eyes narrowed and I mentally hit myself. Who was I to talk to him like that? “What makes you say that?” he said coolly.
“Well, ever since I told you that Hidan will be modeling for me as well, you’ve been kind of…aloof and cold.”
“And you’re saying this because I’m usually not…?”
“Well, no, you are, but…you seem colder than usual.”
Itachi seemed to study me for a moment. “I am a bit angry that you would have him model for you when you already have me doing it.”
“He came by unannounced after you left yesterday and just decided for himself that he would come back.”
“And you didn’t think to tell him no?”
“Itachi, this is Hidan. He could have sacrificed me or something. I wasn’t about to risk it. Besides, when he’s modeling, he’s harmless.”
“So you say.”
“Look, I think it’s cute that you’re jealous of him or whatever—”
“I’m not jealous,” he snapped.
I raised my eyebrows. “Okay.” I was convinced that being in Akatsuki had turned me into a risk-taker. I smirked slightly and added, “Maybe I’ll have Hidan pose up close and personal for me today.”
Itachi’s eyebrows shot up. “You will not.”
“Oh really? Who says?” I knew I was irritating him. It probably wasn’t a very smart thing for me to do, but then again, whoever said I was smart? Heh.
He stepped closer to me and narrowed his eyes dangerously. “Rose…”
“I get it. Don’t worry,” I sighed. “Hidan might be a willing volunteer, but you won’t have to worry about him trying to make moves on me or anything. To tell you the truth, I’m not too sure he likes women anyway.”
Itachi continued to glare at me before turning on his heel and leaving. Hidan came in shortly after, a scowl on his face. “Why was the red-eyed freak in here?” he snapped.
“Um…about that. You see, Itachi is modeling for me too. I hope you don’t mind.”
His eyes narrowed. “Oh. No, that’s fine. I don’t care.” He shrugged off his cloak. “So what kind of pose do you want me in?”
Deciding I should probably stick to poses he wouldn’t find offensive, I suggested another pose from his religion. He smiled. “Do you have a metal pike?”
“No,” I said slowly. “Why?”
“I need it for the pose.”
“Um…what kind of pose were you gonna do?”
“The sacrificial pose.”
My eyes widened. “Hidan, I don’t think that’s a good idea.”
“Why not?” he frowned.
“Well…I can’t draw you impaled with a pike. And blood makes me sick.”
“How the hell did you ever manage to stay in this organization?”
I shrugged. “Isn’t there a less-dangerous pose you could do? Like…could you maybe just lay down on the bed…?”
He rolled his eyes. “Whatever.” He grabbed some of my pillows and propped himself up on the bed. His legs curled in towards him and he stared at me with a bored expression. “Well?”
“S-Sorry,” I mumbled, taking out some charcoal and beginning to sketch. I could tell he was angry with me. I wasn’t sure why, but he wasn’t happy. “Um…Hidan?” I asked softly.
“What?”
“If you promise not to bleed a lot…um…maybe you could do the pose.”
He seemed to perk up. “Really?”
“Yeah.”
“It’s hard to promise something like that, but I’ll figure something out.” He redressed himself, left the room, came back with the pike, and took off his clothes again. I knew he was immortal, but that still didn’t make watching him stab himself with a pike any less disturbing. When he shoved the pike into his abdomen, I closed my eyes. “Shit, that hurt,” he muttered. “Hurry up and draw. C’mon.”
I panicked. My hand was shaky as I tried to draw him. He was dripping large amounts of blood and I was feeling nauseous. Hidan wobbled on his feet, probably dizzy from losing so much blood. Without thinking, I threw my charcoal down and rushed to him before he collapsed on the floor. “Dammit Hidan, I knew this was a bad idea,” I growled.
He smirked up at me. “Sorry.”
“Yeah, sure you are. You’re bleeding everywhere. I gotta get you to the bathroom.” I had completely forgotten that he was naked, so when I reached down to help him back on his feet, my hand accidentally touched his ass. He gave me a pissed off look and I smiled sheepishly. “Whoops.”
He leaned on me as I helped him to the bathroom. He pulled the pike out of himself easily, making me want to vomit. “If this disgusts you, you can leave the room,” he said.
“No, I wanna make sure you’re all right.”

That part is done. Now we'll skip ahead...again =3

The modeling sessions were torture. Everyday Itachi and Hidan would come in and model for me and leave. And everyday I had to hide my growing attraction for both of them. I was an adult, I couldn’t exactly control who I liked. Itachi was a year or so younger than me and Hidan was probably a few years older. Our ages weren’t that far apart. However, it just so happened that Itachi wasn’t interested in relationships and Hidan…well…he just didn’t seem interested in anything involved with romance. Of course, I’ve been wrong about people before.
And boy was I wrong about these guys.
After two months with Akatsuki, I learned many important things. I learned that talking about Hidan with Itachi was a bad idea. The Uchiha would become severely cold and angry. I learned that Hidan wasn’t asexual and that he might actually be a man. It was during a modeling session with Itachi that finally opened my eyes to the truth.
Itachi was doing a simple sitting pose, all the while staring at me as though I were a piece of meat. It unnerved me and made me mess up the drawing a few times. When the time was up, he casually put his cloak on but left it open as he came up behind me and studied the picture. Heat rushed to my cheeks when he bent down. “Not one of your best,” he said, his breath tickling my ear.
“I know,” I replied irritably. Damn him for being so attractive! I shifted in my seat. “I was just really nervous today, that’s all.”
“Nervous? How so?”
“It’s nothing.” I thought he would drop the subject. I was wrong. He got even closer to me, to the point where I was sure something was pushing up against my back and I knew it wasn’t his hand. I wasn’t a complete idiot when it came to sexual encounters. I could tell he was making some sort of move. But because he was Itachi Uchiha, I thought nothing of it. He had showed no interest in me when I first joined Akatsuki. So why now, after only two months, was he suddenly all over me?
“You’re lying,” he mumbled. “You can tell me.”
“Itachi, I’m very uncomfortable right now. Could you please back away?”
His hands clasped onto my shoulders. “Do I make you nervous, Rose?”
“Yes,” I answered. “Now please leave.”
“But the hour isn’t up yet. We’ve still got ten minutes.”
“So?”
“A lot can happen in ten minutes.” Holy shit. He was not suggesting that we… Crap. He was. Heat pooled between my legs. Of all times to get turned on, now wasn’t the best. He gently stroked my hair and I leaned back. Jeez, he knew how to get me to submit. I closed my eyes and nearly cried out as he roughly pulled my head back and pressed his lips to mine. All coherent thoughts vanished from my mind. His tongue pushed past my lips before beginning its journey through my mouth. There was a pain between my legs that needed to be comforted. Itachi backed me onto my bed and sat on me, straddling my hips. His erection was becoming harder as I stared at it.
“Mother of…” I mumbled when he leaned down to kiss my neck. My pants were removed without my consent and Itachi’s fingers were touching me. I squirmed against him. This wasn’t right. I tried to push him away. Goodness knows that I tried. But he was too strong and too tempting. My female urges gave in. His red eyes stared at me as he fingered me, taking me to new heights. I could barely control my thoughts. There was a growing heat pooling between my legs. I wanted him but I wasn’t going to allow myself that pleasure. I roughly pushed at his chest. “No,” I mumbled. “Itachi, no.”
He smirked. “Do you think you’re noble for pushing me away?”
“No. I’m just not about to bother myself with someone that can’t keep his pecker down. Maybe having you model for me was a bad idea. At least Hidan never tried to hit on me.”
At the mention of Hidan’s name, Itachi became angry. “So you would prefer him?”
“As of right now? Yeah. Please leave, Itachi.” He narrowed his eyes and went to put on his clothes. I avoided his glare as he walked out of the door. I collapsed onto my bed and fisted my hands through my hair. “Dammit all,” I growled.
“Did I come at a bad time?”
I looked up to see Hidan in my doorway. “Oh…no. Sorry, I’m just…Well it doesn’t matter now.” I smiled faintly. “Hidan…could we cancel today’s session? I’ve got a lot on my mind right now.”
He seemed disappointed. “You’re cancelling?”
“I’m really sorry. I just don’t think I can draw anymore today.”
He turned and almost walked back out the door, but turned his head and mumbled, “Did something happen with the red-eyed freak?”
I stiffened. “You could say that.”
“He didn’t try to kill you, did he?”
“No.” This was uncomfortable. I was NOT about to discuss what happened between me and Itachi with Hidan, of all people. “Look, I’m sure you have much better things to do with your time right now so—”
“Not really. I hate being around Kakuzu for too long anyway. He’s such a greedy bastard.” He sat down beside me on the bed. “So tell me what the freak did.”
I gave him a skeptical look. He stabbed himself daily and he called Itachi a freak? I shook my head of my thoughts. “Hidan…”
“C’mon.”
“I can’t.”
“Why not?”
“Because it’s embarrassing.”
“What? You’re not telling me he…” His lavender eyes widened. “You mean he did? He actually showed an interest in someone of the opposite sex?”
“It was definitely more than an interest,” I grumbled.
“That little dickhead,” Hidan cursed. “He knew I…” I stared at him curiously. I saw his face turn pink. “Um…nevermind.”
I wanted to press him for an answer, but I was afraid that if I did, he’d get angry and, I dunno, kill me. The atmosphere grew very uncomfortable for me. “It’s uh…hot in here,” he murmured.
“Yeah,” I answered.
“I should probably remove this damn cloak.”
“Yeah.” I gasped and quickly averted my eyes. “Um…I mean, yeah, the cloaks can get pretty stuffy. That’s why mine’s usually off in here.”
Hidan took off his cloak and set it down beside me. “So is red-eye never coming back?”
I blinked. “I’m…not sure. We didn’t exactly part on good terms.”
“I wouldn’t mind filling in for him as your only model.”
Okay, something was seriously wrong here. Hidan wasn’t being a complete bitch. He was actually listening to my problems and offering to help. I smiled slightly. “T-Thanks, Hidan. But I’m not sure how much longer I’ll continue this modeling thing. I think I’ve got plenty pictures drawn for my class.”
“Oh.”
I bit my lip and stared at my feet. “So…”
“Do you like him?” he asked suddenly.
“Who?”
“Red-eye. Do you like him?”
“Uh…”
“Well?”
“He’s all right.”
He frowned. “That’s not what I meant, Rose, and you know it.”
I turned red. “I don’t feel comfortable talking to you about this, Hidan. Why don’t you just come out and say what’s on your mind?”
His eyes narrowed. He leaned closer and I couldn’t help but stare at his bare chest, where his rosary was hanging from his neck. He followed my gaze and smirked. “Interested in the Jashin faith?”
“No thanks,” I replied quickly. “I just really like your rosary.”
He lifted it up for me to see. “It is nice, isn’t it?” I nodded. He turned and stared at me. “Why are you so different from the others?”
“Maybe because I’m not a killer?”
“No. That’s not it.”
“I don’t make fun of your religion?”
He smiled. “Yeah. You’re the first to not criticize my beliefs.”
“I think criticizing what someone believes in is stupid. I was raised to not be judgmental.”
The conversation lasted longer than I had thought it would. Hidan told me all about his religion and I listened with strange interest. I never thought I’d be interested in a religion where killing people was considered good and leaving people alive was a sin. And the thing that got me was that Hidan became very passionate when talking about his faith. He’d use all these hand gestures and become so entranced with what he was saying that he barely noticed I had moved slightly closer to him.
I think he knew he was good-looking. He’d have to be blind not to. But he didn’t act on normal male tendencies. I had thought Itachi was immune to male hormones but that turned out false. Maybe Hidan was saving himself for someone. I mentally shrugged. As he continued to prattle on, I stared at his lavender eyes and how they lit up excitedly. His hair was really beautiful as well, being an unusual silver color. He must have noticed me staring because he suddenly stopped talking.
“Rose?”
“Hmm?”
“Is there something on my face or what?”
“Oh…no. I was just…admiring your eyes. They’re such an unusual color.”
He blinked. “My eyes? Really?”
“Yeah. Where I’m from, nobody has lavender eyes.”
“Oh.” Stop flirting with him, I told myself firmly. He’s a religious freak that could kill you at anytime. There’s no point in getting attached to him. I couldn’t deny that he looked cute when he pouted. He was like a big kid a lot of the time. Normally, if I came across a hot guy that killed for a living, it’d be a complete turn off. But for some reason, Hidan was just…interesting. So when he leaned closer, I didn’t back away. And when his head rested on my shoulder, I didn’t brush him off. And when he placed his head in my lap, I didn’t kick him off.
Instead, I kissed him.
It was awkward, considering our position. I bent down and slowly pressed my mouth to his. To my surprise, he didn’t reach for his weapon and try to kill me. He pulled me down to increase the kiss. He tasted a little like blood but that was to be expected I suppose. I was afraid to touch his hair, but got over the fear as soon as I felt his tongue pressing against my lips. He was different from Itachi. I could tell he had wanted this for awhile, but he wasn’t taking advantage of me like Itachi had.
We broke the kiss and stared at each other in shock. “Um…” I couldn’t think of anything to say.
He smirked. “I’ve been meaning to do that for awhile now.”
I blushed. He sat up and stared into my eyes before leaning forward and kissing me. I remained as calm as I could, but inside, I was throwing a party. After years of waiting to be noticed by a man (any man), my waiting was over. Hidan lowered me to the bed, giving my neck a few experimental licks. I stopped him halfway. “No sex. Not yet,” I stated, feeling disappointed.
“So you are a virgin,” he said smiling. “That makes me like you even more.”
I turned red. “T-Thanks.”
***
Ridiculously giddy could be the best word to describe how I felt after Hidan had left my room. I couldn’t remember a time when I had ever smiled and blushed so much in my life. I should have been able to control myself, but he was one of the sexiest men I had ever known! Could you blame a girl? Of course, Itachi, ever the pessimist, decided to grace me with his presence again. This time, he came with an air of guilt surrounding him, which amused me because after killing his entire clan and mind-torturing his little brother, he hadn’t appeared guilty at all.
I guess everyone has their moments when they act their age. Itachi, I had to remember, was still just a teenager. Had he been in my world, he’d still be in high school. He wasn’t shy. Oh hell no. If Itachi ever looked shy…I’d probably just volunteer to have Hidan sacrifice me. I stared at the Uchiha as he walked into my room, avoiding my eyes at all costs.
“Yes?” I said coolly.
I probably imagined it, but I was sure he had flinched at my tone. “I heard you and Hidan talking,” he answered just as coolly.
“And?”
“He’s not right for you.”
“As opposed to you?”
“No. You know he’s immortal.”
“Yeah.”
“So what are you going to do about that? You will die and he will live.”
“Everyone dies eventually.”
“Not Hidan.”
“Okay, so he’s the exception. But what are you trying to say, Itachi?”
“Would you really want to spend your time with someone who will never grow old with you and die with you?”
I bit my lip. “Are you trying to be nice?”
He frowned. “I’m trying to help you realize how foolish it is to stay with an immortal.”
“That’s my decision to make, Itachi.”
He narrowed his eyes. “Fine. I did warn you.” He left without another word, probably still angry at me. I shrugged and got up off my bed. I fastened my cloak on and walked out of my room. Kakuzu passed me in the hall and I was sure he had sent me a glare. I turned to stare at his retreating back in confusion.
“What’s wrong?” I heard Hidan ask gently, emerging from his room and dripping blood.
I pursed my lips. “For one, you’re bleeding all over the place. And two…I don’t think Kakuzu likes me very much.”
Hidan smirked. “He doesn’t like anyone really. He’s just a money whore.”
“But just now he glared at me as though he wanted to burn a hole in me.”
“Yeah, he does that.”
“Why?”
“Probably because he hates you.”
My eyes widened. “But I didn’t do anything to make him hate me!”
“Don’t worry about it. He hates me too.”
I raised an eyebrow. “You seem okay with that.”
“I am. I don’t care if the bastard likes me or not.” I frowned slightly. Hidan grinned and pat my head, as though I were a child. “You’re cute when you’re angry,” he said.
I blushed. “You’re still bleeding, you know.”
“Oh? Does this bother you?” I rolled my eyes. “Fine, fine, I’ll go clean up.”
I continued on my way to the kitchen, shaking my head at how obnoxious Hidan could be sometimes.

Normal POV
Itachi had heard them talking again. He hated the feelings he was experiencing. Whenever Rose spoke to Hidan, he became angry and bitter and cold. Not saying that these occurrences weren’t normal; Itachi was known to have a permanent frown on his face. But his attitude had dwindled somewhat since the arrival of the mysterious Rose. At first, she was just another girl. He disliked women of all kinds, especially ones that were interested in him.
And yet…Rose had showed that she liked him. Hell, she had blushed whenever he was in the room. He couldn’t shake off how happy it had made him feel. He had held power over this girl, who was older than himself. As the weeks passed and he agreed to be a model for her art, he learned many things about her. She was mostly reserved in her manner of speech. She seemed very self-conscious as well. He didn’t like talking unless it was necessary. But what else was he supposed to do while she drew him for an hour?
When she told him that Hidan was also modeling, it irked him. He wasn’t sure why, considering he didn’t give a rat’s ass about Rose or anyone else. Still, he couldn’t deny that the fact that another man, an immortal religious freak, would be alone and naked in Rose’s room with Rose herself. If Hidan could be killed, Itachi would have already killed him. However, as things were…
Itachi had then started getting feelings he had never experienced before. Kisame had joked and said he was finally acting like the teenager he was. The Uchiha thought differently. Rose was making him lose focus on everything and he didn’t like it. She was a nobody. They spent an hour in each other’s company everyday and that was all.
So what if she drew him naked? So what if he was slightly excited by the fact that he was the first naked man she had ever seen? So what if he found her a little bit attractive?
It didn’t mean anything.
He clenched his fists. During the last session, he had acted foolishly. But the feelings had suddenly burst through and without thinking, Itachi had advanced on her and started fingering her. He didn’t understand why other men were so entranced by women until he had seen it for himself. She had been in pure ecstasy. Clearly, no one had ever done that to her before and he let out a small chuckle. But of course, he got carried away, like any seventeen-year-old would. Rose had told him to stop.
He could admit it. He’d been disappointed.
Then, Rose had the nerve to invite Hidan into her room after Itachi had left. This just pissed off the Uchiha even more. What did that foul-mouthed religious man have that he didn’t? Okay, so he was immortal. And he talked. A lot.
Itachi sighed. Did Rose like talkative men? Maybe older men? He knew she was only a few years older than himself, but Hidan was older than them both. He couldn’t find what was so interesting about the silver-haired man. He was horribly obnoxious and had wanted to kill her during their first meeting.
In short, Itachi could find no good qualities.
Nevertheless, it seemed Hidan was Rose’s choice. Personally, he had thought Hidan was asexual or something, since he complained about the women of the world and how they struggled and screamed right before he stabbed them with his pike. Itachi would brood in a corner, thinking to himself: Well I wonder why, you nutcase. You fool them into wanting sex with you and then stab them.
He wasn’t quite sure what Hidan saw in Rose, besides her virginity. Of course, Hidan was a virgin as well. He hadn’t slept with anyone and probably never would, which was another thing that made Itachi wonder what Rose saw in him. He began to worry (which was frightening, because Itachi NEVER worries) that Hidan was just playing her like he did all those other women. He was worried Rose would become just another sacrifice.
So, making up his mind, Itachi followed Hidan into the bathroom. The silver-haired man was in the middle of stopping the blood coming from his abdomen. No matter how many times he saw it, Itachi couldn’t explain the disturbing feeling he felt whenever he saw the immortal man impale himself.
“Hey, red-eye,” Hidan greeted.
Itachi twitched at the nickname. He didn’t want to be blunt but he didn’t want to just blurt out his feelings either. So instead he took a deep breath and mumbled, “Are you treating her well?”
“Hmm? Treating who well?”
Is he that stupid or is he just being obnoxious again? “Rose.”
“Oh. Yeah, I guess. Why do you care?”
“You aren’t planning on…doing anything to her, are you?”
Hidan raised an eyebrow. “Like what?”
Itachi grit his teeth. “You won’t use her as a sacrifice, will you?”
“I’ve already reached the quota for this month…Hey, are you pissed at me or somethin’?”
“However did you guess?” Itachi said flatly.
“Your attitude is fucking annoying, red-eye. Just spit it out.”
Itachi’s Sharingan swirled and he thrust his hand forward to grab the front of Hidan’s open cloak. “You’ve never shown an interest in women until now. How can I be so certain that she isn’t just another sacrifice to your damn god? I will say this much, Hidan. If you so much as hurt her, I swear I will use my Mangekyou Sharingan on you to its fullest.”
“What’s your problem, asshole?” Hidan snapped. “You’re not jealous, are you?” he suddenly sneered.
“Rose is mortal. You can’t possibly care for her.”
“And if I do?”
Itachi narrowed his eyes. “You don’t care for anyone, Hidan. You can’t. Rose will grow old and die. You will not. Is that really something you want?”
Hidan frowned. “It’s her decision, isn’t it?”
“That’s not the point!” Itachi never raised his voice. He didn’t yell. Hidan’s lavender eyes widened.
“Then what is the point, red-eye?” he said calmly.
Itachi pursed his lips together. He had just shown Hidan a side to himself that he had never knew existed. “I…” Itachi may have been merely seventeen, but he had been taught his entire life to hold in all emotions. It was becoming difficult. “Rose…”
“I get it,” Hidan muttered, turning away to continue washing himself.
Itachi blinked. “You get what?”
The religious man shrugged. “You like her; you’re jealous; I get it.”
“It’s not that simple, Hidan,” he growled.
“You’re a teenager. Of course it’s not simple.”
Itachi wanted to reply with a heated “And what’s that supposed to mean?!” But it would have been completely out of character for him. So he opted to clenching his fists.
“I have to admit,” Hidan suddenly said after a long pause. “I used to think you and the shark man were…you know.”
Itachi wanted to throw up. Him and Kisame? What on the earth…? “I assure you, we are not,” he said coolly.
“Good, ‘cause that would’ve been nasty.”
This was the longest Itachi had ever spoken to someone without giving a mumbled ‘Hn’ as an answer. It felt weird. Hidan had an uncanny ability of pissing off anyone he wanted to, even the Leader. And Itachi was certain that if Hidan hadn’t been immortal and a strong asset to Akatsuki, the Leader would have killed him a long time ago.

mehehe, that's all for now. I love writing about a 'jealous' Itachi. He's so...fun to write. Zokay! I've been writing bits and pieces to my PoT fic as well...warning: mention of sexual context =P

“Ne, Yuushi,” Hitomi mumbled to her cousin as they stared up at the starry sky above them.
“Hmm?”
“Thank you.”
The Hyotei prodigy blinked and sat up. “For what?”
“You know what,” she said grinning. “You’ve done so much for me.”
“I just want you to be happy.”
“I am. Thanks to you.” She crawled over to him and hugged him. “You’re definitely the best cousin I’ve ever had.”
He sighed. “I’m your onlycousin, Hitomi.” He smiled when he felt her tighten her hold on him. “You’re welcome,” he whispered.
***
“Who’s that?”
“He’s cute!”
“He’s wearing a Seigaku uniform!”
“I wonder why he’s hanging out here…”
Eiji ignored all the people talking about him as he made his way across the school campus. Shiori was late. She was always on time when they met. He frowned and bit his lip as he walked faster. Students were giving him strange looks but he didn’t care. He needed to find her! Just as he was about to enter the school, Shiori walked out, accompanied by a boy that Eiji didn’t know and didn’t want to know.
She blinked a few times as she stared at Eiji. “E-Eiji? Why are you…?”
“Nya, you were late, Shiori-chan,” he said. “I got worried.”
“Ah, I’m sorry about that,” the boy next to her spoke up. “I needed some help in mathematics and Ito-san was helping me.”
Eiji usually liked everyone he met. However, that was not the case with this boy. He grabbed Shiori’s hand in his own and started to pull her away.
“Wait, Eiji! Can’t I at least say good-bye?” she growled.
“But—” She looked pleadingly at him. He pouted. “Fine.”
“I’ll see you tomorrow, Hagasaki. Remember what we went over today, okay?”
“Hai.”
Eiji didn’t like feeling jealous. He remembered what Oishi had said about jealously. It could turn things ugly in a relationship. He cared about Shiori too much to ruin what he had with her. As the two walked away, he felt her hand tighten around his. He glanced down. Shiori suddenly stopped and brought his hand to her lips, where she brushed his fingertips against her lips. “I love you, Eiji,” she whispered. “I know we’re only high school students and we shouldn’t know what love is, but I really do love you.”
The red-haired boy stared at her in shock. His cheeks burned. “I…”
“Shh,” she replied, putting a finger to his lips. She led him down an alleyway. Eiji was so confused as she pulled him along. They finally came to a stop. He didn’t understand what was going on until she kissed him. She forced him against the alley wall. Unused to her being so forceful, he nipped at her bottom lip and increased the kiss. Her hands were working against the belt on his pants as she tugged his shirt. He felt her unzip the front of his pants and let a shudder run through his body when her right hand reached down to cup him.
“Shiori-chan,” he moaned. Her hand was doing wonderful things to him. He arched his back against the wall, softly crying out her name. Shiori then knelt in front of him and he blinked his glazed blue eyes. “Shiori-chan, what are…ah!” Where her hand had just been, her tongue was now doing even better things to him. His hands instantly went to grab at her hair.

Oishi liked to watch Tonya sleep; not that she wasn’t fun to watch when she was awake. He just liked to admire the way her hair splayed around her face and the way her chest would rise up and down as she breathed deeply. She seemed so delicate and innocent when asleep. He reached out a hand to brush strands of hair out of her face.
He bent down to place a kiss on her forehead. Her lips rose into a smile as she slowly opened her eyes. Dark blue orbs stared up at him. “Syuichiroh?” she mumbled. “Is something wrong?”
“No,” he replied with a smile. “I just like watching you sleep.”
Tonya quirked a brow. “That’s an odd habit.”
“But I enjoy it,” he said teasingly. He leaned down to kiss her lips softly. “I have to head out now. I should be back by lunchtime, okay?”
“I’ll be waiting,” she grinned.
***
It had taken Tezuka awhile to realize why he hated seeing Alana with other boys. Oishi had been the one to point it out to him when he came into the club locker room all confused and angry one day.
He was jealous. And possessive, it seemed. Tezuka never thought himself to be capable of those kinds of feelings. He wasn’t called the stone cold captain for nothing. However, when he saw Alana with a random boy, he’d grit his teeth and think over a million ways he’d like to murder the unfortunate boy. Then there were times at home when he woke up from compromising dreams involving him, Alana, and whipped cream. He didn’t understand them and didn’t really want to.
His mother would question why he suddenly seemed so stressed and he’d answer with his normal answer: tennis. Tennis was stressful for him and his mother accepted that excuse every time. But he knew this was different. He was thinking about a girl he didn’t even like (or so he thought) and it was driving him crazy. Even at school, he would think about her at random times of the day. He’d think about taking her somewhere private and kissing her relentlessly.
Of course when those thoughts happened, he had to excuse himself to the bathroom. Fuji, with his freaky ability to understand almost EVERYONE, kept smiling at him knowingly. Tezuka didn’t like that. He hated that his friend was so sadistic. One time, when Tezuka had returned from the bathroom, Fuji had muttered with a smile, “Have a good time in there?”
Tezuka’s cheeks had never been so red. To hide his arousal, he tried crossing his legs in class one time, like Keigo Atobe often did. It was painful. Tezuka came to the conclusion that either Atobe had actually been circumcised as a baby or that he just didn’t feel pain. He was opting for the first choice.
Ever since Alana had walked up and kissed him, he’d had nothing but disturbing thoughts in his brain. It felt like his cock had a permanent ‘Alana radar’ installed, because every time he saw her, it would spring into action. Luckily for him, nobody ever noticed. When he came home for the day, his mother greeted him as usual.
“How was your day, Kunimitsu?” she asked.
He shrugged. “Uneventful.”
“You look stressed.”
“It’s nothing. I’ll be up in my room.” He hurried up the stairs, locked his door, and collapsed onto his bed. He looked down and frowned when he saw the tent in his pants. “This just isn’t fair,” he grumbled. “I don’t even like her.”
Maybe he should take a cold shower. Wait…no…that would alert his mother that something was indeed wrong. So he decided to settle matters himself, like he usually ended up doing in the bathroom at school. He felt disgusted every time he did it, but it felt really good as well. He wrapped his hand around the base of his erection and slowly began to pump himself. He fell against his pillow, holding in his groan of pleasure.
His glasses were fogging up with how much he was sweating. He could feel his release coming and suddenly arched up when he felt the sticky fluid on his hand. He took deep breaths as he tried to regain his composure. He knew teenage boys were supposed to start getting feelings like this, but for him to constantly have these cravings for one girl…he knew it couldn’t be normal. He wanted to talk to someone about this.
He started listing the possible people he could call in his head. Oishi was his best friend and gave really good advice. But he was modest and probably wouldn’t do anything except stutter the whole time if he mentioned his problem. So Tezuka crossed him off the list. There was Inui, but the data specialist would probably spend the entire time trying to analyze Tezuka’s reactions instead of giving him any clear advice. So Inui was off the list. Taka-san was naturally shy and most likely wouldn’t have any good advice to give about girls, so he was out.
He crossed Eiji out immediately. The acrobatic player was not known to be mature about anything. Momoshiro and Kaidoh weren’t good choices either, simply because Momo was already girl crazy as it was and Kaidoh, well, he seemed a little scared of girls, in Tezuka’s opinion. Echizen was a no-no also. He was too dense to realize he even HAD a girl interested in him. That left Fuji. Tezuka bit his lip. Fuji gave good advice, but for the life of him, Tezuka couldn’t think of anything the prodigy could say to him that would be helpful.
That’s when Tezuka crossed into dangerous territory. He started listing off names of rival players. He was ashamed to admit that Atobe was actually his first choice, since the Hyotei diva actually seemed well-versed when it came to the female species. So, collecting his pride and dignity, Tezuka reached for his phone and dialed in Atobe’s cell number. He waited a few minutes.
“It’s me. To what to I owe this sudden call, Tezuka, aa?”
Tezuka rolled his eyes. Really, the other boy was too full of himself sometimes. He had to remind himself that Atobe had caller-ID on his phone as well, so he had probably thought up a quick, egotistical response before answering.
“I need some advice,” the Seigaku tennis captain mumbled.
“Advice? About what?”
“…girls.”
There was a pause and then a laugh. Great, he’s laughing at me, Tezuka thought angrily.
“I’m sorry, Tezuka. But did you say you need advice about girls?” Atobe said, trying and failing to hide his amusement.
“Yes. There is a girl at my school that I’ve been…thinking about lately. I don’t even like her.”
“That’s called denial, Tezuka.”
Tezuka glared at the phone. “Are you going to help me or not?”
“Well I need more information.”
“Her name is Alana Wilson. She’s a transfer student. She kissed me last week and ever since then, she’s been on my mind.”
“Does she like you?”
“No. She’s made it quite clear that she hates me.”
“Seems like she is in denial then as well.”
“Atobe…”
“All right, I understand. You’re desperate. Lucky for you, ore-sama understands girls very well.”
Tezuka could hear someone snort on the other end and raised an eyebrow. “Sounds like someone disagrees with you, Atobe.”
“Oh that? That was just…static.”
“And that was a horrible lie.”
Tezuka could picture the infuriating glare from the Hyotei captain. “Look, do you want my help or not, Tezuka?”
“Sorry.”
“Good. Now, as I was saying, I know girls very well, and—Stop laughing! It’s not funny!” he shouted to someone on his end. Tezuka listened with mild amusement. The laugh he heard sounded distinctly feminine. Ah, so Atobe had girl troubles as well.
“Of course it’s funny!” the girl sneered. She had an accent. “You claim you know girls so well when half the time you can’t even figure out what I’m saying!”
“That’s…an entirely different matter, Skyler.”
“Keigo, give the phone to me. I can give this guy way better advice, considering I AM a girl.”
“No.”
“Keigo…don’t make me hurt you.”
“You wouldn’t dare hurt ore-sama.”
“Oh I wouldn’t, eh?” Tezuka heard loud noises and had to keep the phone away from his ear until he heard the girl from before say, “Hi, my name is Skyler. To spare you from Keigo’s egotistical-nature, I will be giving you advice. I hope you don’t mind.”
“No, by all means, go ahead.” He smirked when he heard Atobe cry out, “Get off ore-sama right now, Skyler! And give me my phone back!”
“Okay, so you say you and this girl don’t like each other, right? Personally, I think she does like you.”
“How do you figure that?”
“Technically, most girls don’t just kiss boys they hate.”
“I see.”
“And what Keigo failed to mention to you—” he heard a distinct cry of pain on the other end that sounded like Atobe. “—is that when a girl claims she hates a boy, it really means she wants him all to herself.”
Tezuka blinked. How did she figure that logic? “Why is that?”
“I’m not really sure actually.”
“You’re giving him bad advice! Give me the phone!” Atobe suddenly snapped.
“No. So um…do you need anything else?”
“Actually, there’s something I really need to talk to Atobe about…”
“See? He does need me!”
“Oh shut up, Keigo! Jeez, here’s your stupid phone back.”
“Thank you. Ahem, Tezuka, this is ore-sama.”
“I know, Atobe.”
“So what do you need from me so desperately?”
Tezuka lowered his voice and muttered, “Have you ever…become aroused by a girl so much that it was almost painful?”
There was a long pause. “I…does this girl affect you that much, Tezuka?”
“Yes. Ever since she kissed me. I can’t stop it, Atobe, and I am really at a loss on what to do.”
“As a representative of the male species you should do whatever you need to, to fulfill your craving.”
“You mean…I should confront her?”
“That…and let her know what she does to you.”
“That was strangely good advice, Atobe.”
“Were you awed by my esteemed knowledge of girls, Tezuka?”
“For Gods sake Keigo, spare him and hang up!” Skyler spat.
Tezuka hung up before the diva had a chance to. So…going to see Alana was the best course of action to take. He suddenly became anxious. He wanted to see her now…in his room. He wanted to take her into his arms and kiss her senseless. He wanted to drive himself inside of her. The brunette blushed. These were unhealthy thoughts and he wanted them gone. He decided he’d speak with Alana tomorrow.
***
Chris couldn’t believe her bad luck. All that planning had gone to waste. As she sadly walked down the sidewalk with a certain black-haired green-eyed boy, she felt her chances of finally making a true friend in this new country falling apart. “Oi! Davis!” Kirihara called. “Why’d you leave me in the dust back there?”
The brunette kept her gaze on the ground. “Nothing’s gone right today. I didn’t think all the places I had planned for us to go to would be closed. Even the movie I wanted to take you to was sold out.”
Kirihara blinked. “Hey, I don’t care about that.”
“Of course you do. I completely wasted your time and you’re angry. I’ll understand if you never want to speak to me again.”
“You’re being a bit hard on yourself, aren’t you?”
Chris glanced up. “What am I supposed to do? You could be home right now, having a much better time without me. Instead you’re here with me…doing absolutely nothing.”
“To tell you the truth, there’s not that much to do at my house anyway. It feels good to be away.”
She bit her lip. “You’re just saying that.”
“Davis…”
“Please don’t call me that,” she mumbled. “And don’t call me Christina either. Only my dad calls me that. Just call me Chris.”
“Um…okay…Chris.” She smiled slightly. “Wanna just take a walk through the park?”
“Are you okay with that?”
“Yeah. I don’t need to go someplace fancy for dinner. We can just grab a hotdog somewhere, can’t we?”
“I can’t believe you’re acting so calm. I’ve heard rumors…”
“Rumors?” He stared at her and frowned. “Let me guess…It’s the one where ‘I’m a devil when I play tennis.’”
Chris turned her head away. “Something like that,” she muttered.
“I changed,” he said stubbornly. “I fought my demons and won. Those rumors are bullshit and mean nothing.”
“I…”
“You’re an idiot if you believed them,” he hissed.
“I…I didn’t. I didn’t want to.”
He glared at her. “Whatever.” The mood had suddenly shifted to being uncomfortable. Kirihara watched for her reaction and felt his heart sink when he saw her shoulders shaking. He hadn’t made her cry, right? “Oi…Chris…sorry. I just kinda…lose my temper sometimes.”
“It’s okay,” she whispered. “I shouldn’t have brought anything up about it. Let’s go for a walk.” They walked side by side together as the sun started to set. They each bought a hotdog at a small American fast-food restaurant.
“So what made your family decide to move to Japan?” Kirihara asked as they walked.
“My dad’s job,” Chris answered.
“How do you know Japanese so well when you lived in America up ‘til now?”
“My dad told me in advance that his job might move him to Japan. So he had me take Japanese before we came. I’m still a novice with the language though.”
“Do you like it here?”
“In Japan? Or here with you right now?”
Kirihara blushed. “E-Either one…I guess…”
Chris smiled. “I like Japan a lot. It’s a lot different than Boston. I’m also glad my dad transferred me into Rikkaidai.”
“Why?”
“I wouldn’t have met you otherwise.”
His cheeks burned. “That’s good.”
“And…I do like being here with you right now.” He felt her gently reach down to hold his hand. His heart was beating wildly.
“T-Thanks.”
Chris suddenly checked her watch. “Aww, I gotta go. My dad is pretty strict on curfews.”
“I’ll walk you home.”
She blinked. “Really? You don’t have to.”
“I want to.” He tightened his hold on her hand. “Which way?”
When they reached her house, Kirihara had a hard time wanting to let her go. He didn’t want to admit it, but he’d had fun. Chris was different from other girls and found that strangely attractive. He watched her walk up the driveway to her front door and was about to turn around when she came running back towards him. She flung her arms around his neck and hugged him. “Thank you, Akaya,” she mumbled.
“N-No problem,” he said. She leaned closer and kissed his cheek. He was very glad she had turned away before she could see his face become as red as a tomato. The two continued meeting together whenever they could. It became a ritual for them as friends. Kirihara had introduced her to the tennis team. He was teased relentlessly by Bunta and Niou after. Yukimura said it was good for him; that he had finally found someone important in his life.
The school year was coming to an end, and with it, Kirihara’s chances to tell Chris how he really felt. They had been friends since that day and he didn’t want to complicate things between them. But he had to make his feelings known. On the last day of the school year, he and Chris walked together as usual.
“I’m so glad school’s done for this year,” he stated.
“Yeah,” she replied.
“You seem awfully quiet today, Chris. Something on your mind?”
“Well…the thing is…Akaya, my dad and I are going back to America this week.” Kirihara stopped walking. Chris continued to walk until she realized he wasn’t beside her. “Akaya?”
“Y-You’re…going back?”
“It’s just for the summer,” she added. “I’ll be returning to Rikkaidai at the beginning of our third year.”
“Yeah…but…”
“What’s the big deal? It’s not like I’m abandoning you.”
That’s exactly what it feels like, he thought bitterly. They continued to walk to her house. Kirihara was angry. He would have to tell her tonight. He couldn’t wait. As they came into view of her house, he slowed his pace. They stopped at the foot of the driveway.
“You’ve been such a great friend to me, Akaya,” she suddenly said.
A friend? he repeated. Is that all I am to her? “Yeah. No problem,” he replied with a fake smile.
“I promise I’ll call you everyday once I land in Boston.”
“Just make sure you remember the time difference.”
“Right.” There was a long pause. “Well…I better head inside.”
“Chris…wait.”
She turned around and curiously stared at him. “What’s up?”
“I…I want to give you something, before you go.”
Her brown eyes just blinked. Kirihara’s hands came up to rest on her upper arms. He closed his eyes and leaned forward. His lips softly pressed against hers. She gasped against him. He leaned in to increase the kiss, wanting to jump for joy when he felt her start to kiss him back. His tongue brushed against her bottom lip. Before he knew it, the kiss was over. They pulled back, panting for breath.
“That was some gift,” Chris said with a grin.
“Yeah,” he agreed. “I’ll see you later, Chris.”
He turned and walked away, watching her out of the corner of his eye. Chris watched him until she couldn’t see him anymore. When she went inside her house, her father gave her a strange look. “Something good happen?”
“You could say that,” she replied breathlessly.
He smiled knowingly. “Has my little girl finally grown up?”
Chris winked.

Alana couldn’t believe what was happening. Kunimitsu Tezuka had just invited her into a webcam chat. What is his plan? she thought. Maybe I should call him since there’s no sound on webcams. She typed her message into the chat box.
I’m going to call you.
There was a pause as she watched him read it from his end. Then he started to type his response.
I’m waiting.
That arrogant little— Alana counted to ten in her head as she reached for the phone. She dialed his number and waited for him to pick up.
“About time,” he said coolly.
“You’re really starting to piss me off, Tezuka. Now why did you suddenly invite me into a webcam chatroom?”
“There’s something you need to know.”
“Okay? You’re not making sense.” She watched as he casually leaned back in his chair on the webcam. He brushed a hand through his brown locks. That same hand suddenly lowered to the zipper on his pants and Alana felt her heart speed up. “Hey, what are you doing? Tezuka?” She could hear and see him slowly pull the zipper down. “Stop it! What are you doing?!”
He ignored her and spread his legs as he sat in his chair. “Can you see all right?”
“Can I…Tezuka, what is going on?”
“Your turn.”
“Tezuka! Answer me, dammit!”
He seemed amused, which was odd, because Tezuka was never amused by anything. He was enjoying her plight. She was angry and nervous and hell, perhaps even a little excited. Raging teenage hormones weren’t always bad, he realized. As he watched her from his webcam, he could feel himself slowly, but surely becoming hard.
“I want you to take something off,” he answered.
Alana just stared blankly at him. “WHAT??!!” she cried.
“Are you afraid?”
“I am not stripping for you, you pervert!”
“Just one thing.”
He could see her bite her lip. “Fine.” He watched her reach down to unzip her jeans. He felt his cock twitch in excitement.
“That was good, Wilson. Now it’s my turn again.” He put the phone down as he reached to take off his shirt.
Alana could only watch in muted horror. Why was this happening? Why was Tezuka so damn gorgeous? Heat started to pool between her legs. She tightly closed them together so that the brunette wouldn’t know. Once Tezuka was shirtless, he picked his phone up again and said, “Interested?”
“Absolutely not.” The worst lie she had ever come up with. Alana wanted to smack herself. Who was she kidding? The guy was sexy and offering her a free peep show. Shouldn’t she be generous and do the same?
“You’re a bad liar.”
“I know. It was worth a shot anyway.”
“It’s your turn, you know.”
Alana bit her lip for what felt like the thousandth time. She unbuttoned her blouse and lifted it over her head. Figuring she could shock him tremendously, she also reached behind to unhook her bra.
Tezuka let a small smile onto his lips when he saw her breasts for the first time. “Not bad,” he said into the phone. “But I can do better.” He stood up and pulled his pants off, enjoying the small gasp of surprise on the other end of the phone. He glanced down and noticed a wet spot already on his underwear. He shrugged and hooked a finger into them to pull them down.
It was all Alana could do not to have a nose bleed in that instant. He was standing butt naked in his room! “Idiot! What if someone walks in?!”
“I locked my door…and I can see that you’ve locked yours as well,” he replied, sitting in front of the webcam again. Her eyes kept glancing down at his erection. “Now finish up so that we can get started.”
“Wha?”
“Your pants. Take them off.”
Alana hesitantly pulled her jeans down along with her panties. This was embarrassing. How could Tezuka not be embarrassed by this? Little did she know, his face was turning redder by the minute. She shyly sat back down. “Now what?” she asked.
Tezuka licked his lips suddenly and said, “I’m going to give you instructions and you are going to follow them, understood?”
“O-Okay.”
“Now, I want you to touch yourself.”
“Eh?! But I—”
“Now, Wilson.” He watched as her hand reached down to touch her wetness. “Imagine it’s me touching you,” he added. Her face began to contort in her ecstasy. Fluid began pooling between her legs. His erection throbbed painfully. He wrapped his free hand around the base and pumped. Pre-cum spilled all over his hand in no time. Both of them had reached their climaxes in a matter of minutes. Were they that turned on by each other?

“Is this really necessary?” Hitomi grumbled. “It’s just a date.”
“It’s a date I want you to remember,” her cousin replied, staring at the dress she was currently trying on.
“It’ll be hard to forget it, Yuushi.”
***
“How is everything over there?” Chris asked on the other end of her phone. Kirihara couldn’t put into words just how happy he was to be able to hear her voice again. So far, they had only sent each other e-mail. It didn’t cost money and it was an easy, effective way of keeping in contact.
“All right, I guess,” he replied, picking at a spot on his bed sheets. “It’s been lonely here without you.”
She chuckled. “Yeah, it’s pretty lonely here too. My dad and I went to a Sox game the other day though. So he’s trying to make it a fun.”
“Do you know when you’ll be coming back, Chris?”
“Probably the day before summer vacation is over with.”
“I’ll be waiting.”
“I really miss you, Akaya.”
“Yeah,” he mumbled, wishing he could hold her in that moment. “I miss you too.”
***
“Isn’t this a little…extravagant, Atobe?” Oshitari said with a raised eyebrow. The whole of the Atobe mansion’s dining room was decorated to the point where it looked ridiculous. But then Oshitari had to remember that this was ATOBE he was talking about. Everything about the Hyotei diva was ridiculous to the point of embarrassing.
“It has to be, Oshitari,” the other boy snarled. “Ore-sama wants everything to be perfect.”
“It’s just White Day.”
Atobe glared at him. “To you, the holiday may seem redundant, but when you have someone you know you cannot live without, the holiday sheds a whole new meaning on life.”
Oshitari blinked. “I had no idea you were into philosophy, Atobe.”
Another glare. “I’m just saying that if you actually accepted those valentines you get every year and picked one girl, you could have a meaningful White Day.”
“I’m not going to plan something special for someone I don’t even like.”
Atobe sighed and brought a hand to his face. “You’re hopeless, Oshitari. Don’t you like anyone?”
The Hyotei prodigy thought a moment and smiled. “I do, actually.”
The gray-haired boy stared wide-eyed at him. “You do? Really? Who is it? Do I know her?”
“You could say that.”
“Is she in our class?”
“Yes.”
Atobe narrowed his eyes. “Tell me who she is.”
“It’s a secret, Atobe.”
“But—”
The butler suddenly arrived and said with a bow, “Young master Keigo, Miss Skyler has arrived.”
Oshitari smirked. “Sorry, Atobe. Looks like I have to go.”
“Wait! Tell me her name, Oshitari!”
“Have fun with Skyler-san.”
He walked out the door, nodding to Skyler as he left. That was too close. He had almost revealed who he liked. It wasn’t really hard, if anyone knew him enough. But he couldn’t let anyone know. His feelings were a sin and he wasn’t about to broadcast them to his captain. He saw his cousin on his way home and smiled.
“Hey,” he greeted.
Hitomi smiled back. “What brings you here?”
“I’m just coming back from Atobe’s. He wanted to show me what he’s doing for Skyler-san for White Day.”
“Oh.”
He glanced at her. “Have you received any White day gifts?”
She avoided his eyes. “No.”
Yuushi frowned. That wouldn’t do. His cousin had been so popular when they had been freshman, but now it seemed boys had no interest in her at all. He leaned closer and said, “What if I gave you a gift?”
“Yuushi, that’s sweet and all, but…I mean…we’re cousins. It’d be weird.”
“You’re right. But no one should have a White Day without a gift.”
Hitomi stared at him curiously. Their faces were inches apart. She was beginning to feel uncomfortable. Suddenly, he leaned even closer and pressed his lips to hers. Hitomi’s first reaction was horror. Her cousin was kissing her! But as soon as the initial shock passed over her, a feeling of pleasantness replaced it. Yuushi pulled back, smiling slightly.
“Yuushi—”
“Happy White Day, Hitomi,” he said softly as he turned around, a faint blush on his cheeks.

I started cracking up when I found this. I forgot how funny it was =P I also part of that fanfic I started starring Sasuke, Lee, and Gaara and j-rockers...I also shamelessly added me and my friends because we're just THAT cool (not really, lol).
------
“Oi! Sasuke! Get up!”
It wasn’t that the dark, brooding teenager was trying to be a smartass, well, maybe he was. But the truth was that he was very tired and had been up all night writing new lyrics to songs. He was in no mood to be woken at 6:30 in the morning by his friend and manager. He opened his eyes slightly, blinking repeatedly. He was wearing the same clothes from yesterday, making him feel slightly dirty. He groaned and rolled over onto his side.
“I mean it, you lazy ass! Get up!”
Sasuke knew Kakashi had a horrible temper when he was pissed off. He had witnessed it before and preferred never to witness it again. However, his body refused to move and he remained on his side, welcoming the warmth and relaxation of sleep.
“That’s it! I’m calling Gaara!”
The raven-haired teen bolted out of bed instantly. Gaara was the last person he wanted to see in the morning, especially since the gothic red-head’s methods of waking people up were questionable. Sasuke changed his clothes, brushed his teeth, and reapplied the necessary eyeliner and lipstick that portrayed his image in record time. He grabbed the doorknob to see Kakashi standing outside grinning with his cell phone in his hand.
“I knew that would get you up,” the silver-haired man said.
“That was cruel,” Sasuke growled. “I haven’t had a good night sleep in so long. Couldn’t you have let me sleep just a bit longer?”
“No. Gaara and Lee are already waiting for you on the bus. Get moving.”
“I hate you, Kakashi.”
“Yeah, yeah. Whatever.”
Sasuke dug his hands into his pant pockets and grumpily boarded the tour bus. His other two group members were seated already. “Ohayo, Sasuke-kun!” Lee greeted excitedly.
Sasuke grunted a response. Gaara merely glanced up at him but said nothing. “Did you sleep well?” Lee continued. If Sasuke hadn’t known any better, he would think Lee was trying to piss him off. But his friend was so dimwitted sometimes that he doubted the drummer had the capacity to piss him off. He settled for glaring at the bowl-cut teenager, refusing to give him a smile.
Gaara gave Sasuke his own glare, convincing Sasuke that the red-head was really a killer in disguise. “I stayed up all night writing new lyrics,” Sasuke replied with a sigh. “You guys need to review them.”
“Hn…later,” Gaara answered.
Sasuke raised his eyebrows in scrutiny. “I’m beginning to worry about you, Gaara.”
Pale green eyes locked onto his. “Why?”
“Because you look like a murderer.”
“No he doesn’t, Sasuke-kun,” Lee interrupted. “Gaara’s just…”
“Creepy?” The red-head glared at him. “Whatever. I just want to get this tour over with and go back to Japan. I’m starting to actually miss my brother.”
***
“Are you serious?”
“Dead serious.”
“Seriously?”
“Guys…” A girl with black hair and dark skin sighed as she surveyed her friends, who were wide-eyed in excitement and disbelief. The brown eyes behind her glasses closed in irritation. “I bought these tickets for all three of us. So do you wanna go or not?”
She had taken her friends out for a casual dinner when she decided to show them the surprise she had. She had bought three tickets to a concert of their favorite J-rock band, whom were performing in New York the coming weekend.
“Bridget, how long have you known us?” a girl with shoulder length brown-black hair and pale skin growled. She had brown eyes behind blue glasses.
“Do you think we’d really turn this offer down?” the last girl said. She had shoulder length red hair and pale skin as well with brown eyes behind glasses.
“So you’ll take them?”
“DUH!”
Bridget smirked. “You guys are gonna have to catch me first before I give them to you!” With that she stood up and started running away.
“Wha—BRIDGET!” both girls shrieked. The red-head bolted after her friend, successfully latching onto Bridget’s waist, making them both fall to the ground. They wrestled for a few minutes before she was able to grab the tickets out of the other girl’s hand.
“Wow…okay. I don’t know you guys,” the other girl sighed as she watched her friends act like little kids on the ground. “People are starting to stare…”
“So what, Natalie?” Bridget said laughing. “Ow! Erica! You’re not a cat! Don’t bite me!”
“I don’t care! I want those tickets!”
Natalie rolled her eyes. “Sometimes I wonder about you two.”
“Aww, that’s so sweet!” Bridget teased. “Natalie thinks about us, Erica.”
The brunette blushed. “Not like that, pervert! Jeez…”
The two got up off the ground, Erica proudly holding her ticket and nuzzling it against the side of her face. She was making purring noises, which had her friends staring at her in confusion. Bridget handed Natalie her ticket and smiled. “Excited?” she said.
“Hell yeah,” Natalie replied. “I never thought they’d be touring in America.”
“We’re lucky. The concert was almost sold out when I went to buy the tickets.”
“How close are we to the stage?” Erica asked.
“Hmm…hopefully close enough to be able to feel the sweat coming off their bodies,” Bridget said happily. “That would be totally orgasmic.”
All three were silent before bursting out laughing. “We’re really hopeless fangirls,” Natalie said shaking her head.
“Yeah, but who gives a shit? New York, here we come!”
***
“Okay, that’s enough practice for now,” Kakashi said with a smile. “Excellent song by the way, Sasuke.”
“Would you expect anything less from me?” the raven-haired singer smirked. “Anyway, I’m gonna go explore the city. We’re only here for a few days, after all.”
“I’ll come too!” Lee exclaimed.
“Hn,” Gaara added, which the others assumed was his agreement.
***
“New York!” Erica cried happily. “Gaara is in this city somewhere!”
“Easy, girl,” Bridget teased. “Don’t turn to mush before we even see the concert.”
The three friends had arrived in New York early in the morning and were currently walking down a busy sidewalk together. Natalie was walking further behind, seemingly in her own little world.
“Wouldn’t it be cool if we saw Lee, Gaara, and Sasuke walking down this same sidewalk?” Erica continued. “What would you do?”
“I would so glomp Lee,” Bridget replied airily.
“I’d grab Gaara and never let go,” the red-head sighed. “Natalie? What about you?”
“Hmm?” the brunette said looking around. “What?”
The other two snickered. “Thinking about Sasuke and all the naughty things you wanna do to him?” Bridget said with a grin.
Natalie blushed. “Ugh, no! I’m just…tired is all.”
“Yeah, okay. Anyway, answer the question.”
“What question?”
“If you saw Sasuke walking down this sidewalk, what would you do?” Erica repeated.
“Well, unlike you two, I wouldn’t go up to glomp him, or suffocate him with hugs for that matter. Maybe I’d just say ‘hi’ or something. I dunno. It’s never gonna happen anyway, right?” She shrugged.
“Hey, you never know.”
“Erica, these guys are Japanese rock stars. They are not going to be interested in a few plain girls from Massachusetts, all right?”
“I can hope, can’t I?’
***
“What do you think are the chances of us meeting someone here?” Lee asked as he, Sasuke, and Gaara walked down the busy streets of New York City.
“Meeting someone?” Sasuke scoffed with a grin. “Already thinking about settling down, Lee?”
The bowl-cut teen blushed. “Maybe. Have you thought about it?”
“Not really. My career is more important to me right now. What about you, Gaara?”
The red-head glared at him. “I need no one.”
Lee hung his head sadly. “Am I the only one looking for companionship?”
“You have companionship, fuzzy-brows,” Sasuke teased. “Are me and Gaara chopped sui to you now or something?”
“I meant female companionship.”
Sasuke scowled. “Remind me again why you’re in this band.”
“Because I’m a bad-ass drummer and everyone else that tried out sucked,” Lee retorted hotly. “And I’m your friend.”
“Unfortunately.”
Neither of the two seemed to notice that Gaara had drifted away from them. The guitarist was examining some artifacts in a nearby shop when he noticed a head of dark red hair with black cat ears perched on top. He blinked a few times to make sure he wasn’t hallucinating. The girl was walking beside two others girls, who seemed oblivious to the fact that their friend was wearing cat ears in broad daylight.
Gaara had seen some strange things, but he never imagined American girls to be so…odd. He curiously followed into step behind the three, completely forgetting about his friends. He reached out to tentatively touch the fuzzy black ears and was astonished to hear the red-headed girl let out purr. She turned around suddenly and he felt his heart jump in his throat. She was adorable, for lack of a better word.
The friend on the right, with black hair and dark skin, gaped at him. “Oh. My. God. Erica…”
The friend on the left was equally as speechless. “It’s…really him.”
The red-head, however, was just staring at him, cheeks turning redder by the minute. Gaara found it oddly cute. He knew he was good-looking and was often praised for his looks back home in Japan. He was pleased to know Americans appreciated his good looks as well. “Hello,” he said.
“I…You…” she was completely out of it.
Gaara wasn’t used to having that affect on fans and leaned closer. “Feeling all right?”
“Hai! Arigatou gozaimasu!” she cried without thinking.
Her friends were staring at her with wide eyes. “Oh, you speak Japanese?” Gaara said, slightly impressed.
“Uh, she’s just…kind of…” the dark skinned girl began nervously.
“…weird,” the brunette finished. “And no, she doesn’t really know Japanese…she only knows like a few phrases or words.”
Gaara blinked. “I see. Then you know who I am?”
“G-Gaara Sabaku,” the red-head mumbled. “Guitarist for the Japanese band named Youth.”
“Correct. And you are?”
“E-Erica.”
Before he could reply, he could hear Sasuke and Lee calling for him. “OI! GAARA!!!”
“Oh my god,” the dark-skinned girl muttered. “Don’t tell me…”
“It’s them…” the brunette said breathlessly.
Sure enough, his friends came running towards him. Sasuke frowned at him and crossed his arms. “Well this is a first. Since when do you flirt with girls, Gaara?”
“I wasn’t,” he replied.
Sasuke rolled his eyes and turned to the three girls to apologize, when he caught the brunette girl staring at him as though he were a god. He allowed himself a smirk. “I’m very sorry if he’s bothered you in anyway,” he said, keeping his eyes on the brunette. “I’m quite sure you know who we are, but I’m curious to know your names.”
“I’m Bridget,” the dark-skinned girl said, staring awestruck at Lee.
“And I’m Natalie.”
“Once again, I’m sorry if Gaara’s taken up any of your time.”
“Oh no, don’t worry about it,” Erica said nervously. “We’re good, right guys?” Natalie and Bridget nodded slowly. “A-Anyway, we gotta go. Bye!” They literally ran away as fast as they could before the boys could see their red faces.
“Hmm…they were cute, weren’t they?” Sasuke mumbled.
“I wonder if they’ll be at our concert this weekend,” Lee said softly.
“Probably.”

Bwahaha! My school got a two hour delay! Classes usually begin at 8, so that means the college will open at 10 this morning. Since that kinda cuts into my 9:30 class, i don't have to go to the school until around 1:30-ish since my next class isn't until 2:00. ^-^ My zoology professor told us tuesday: "if there's a two hour delay on thursday, you don't have to come to this class. The class would already be halfway over." I love college...squee. Um...i finished my design project but I don't know if I did it right. Oh well. I'm planning on doing a fanart pic for this AWESOME author and artist, PropertyoftheUchiha. She's at fanfiction.net and deviantArt and in her SasukeSakura fanfic WEEKS BEFORE HE LEFT, she created this really cool OC character named Hayai Keska. He's so kickass. She drew a piccy of him: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/44778038/
Um...still watching D.Gray-man and Kaikan Phrase and Elemental Gelade. There are so many animes I'm watching now...Bleach, Naruto Shippuden(squee!), Death Note, Prince of Tennis OVAs...Well, I'll go now. Gotta browse DA and stuff. So byes. Comments (1) |

Yay! first snow of the winter! I love the bulletin posted at my school's website: http://www.hcc.edu/ hehe I think it's still snowing outside...it's only like 7:30 am right now here. I went to bed early last night and woke up at like 4:30 this morning. Blah. I found another anime at the crunchyroll.com site. It's an older anime called Kaikan Phrase. I had wanted to see a loooong time ago but never could find it anywhere. But I have so now I'm happy. I have an art project thingy I have to do...blah.
I recently discovered that I like drawing in pen a lot now. I've been sketching people with a ball-point pen and I really like how it looks. I can make hair sooooo pretty. I drew this wicked cool girl in class yesterday with a pen. I might use it for my design project. The teacher said I could. =) So yeah...um...boo valentine's day =P
Nya, my friend gave me an Orochimaru figurine thing yesterday. =) Um...looks like New England is FINALLY gonna get some snow. It's supposed to be a big snow storm tonight, going for 24 hours into Thursday. O.o hopefully I won't have class tomorrow and maybe I'll get delays on thursday. My brother's school already cancelled school for tomorrow >.< figures, the one time I'm not in the same city anymore...sheesh. By 6 am tomorrow I should know what the verdict is. If the school doesn't open until like...11 or 12...then I don't have class since my class starts at 10. So nya. I have such a pounding headache right now...gah. Design class killed me. Um...I posted pics at my deviantArt page, in case anyone's interested. Erm...what else to say? Rewatching Death Note eps because I love the show that much...and cuz L is just awesome. ^-^ Light's an evil bastard and yet I still like him, hehe. Misa is cool too...kind of annoying, but she wears awesome clothes. My friend cosplayed as her awhile ago.
Okay...you guys remember I said I got a shot for menengitis (i can't spell it) on friday? Well my arm where I got the shot is still in pain. It's all swollen and red and it honestly looks like a huge bug bite =( It hurts so much too. Um...I found a site that makes me happy ^-^ it's called crunchyroll.com. It has tons of anime you can watch if you register. I'm currently watching Elemental Gelade and D.Gray-man there. Both are awesome animes. I'm also downloading all the Death Note eps. I found them at Gendou's Anime Music sight, hehe. So if I ever decide to make amvs with them or whatever, I can. I really wanna download some PoT eps...but oh well.
NARUTO SHIPPUDEN is airing this week! SQUEE!! Naruto fans have waited sooooo long for this day =D I can't wait to see Sakura kick ass and and and to see Hidan and Kakuzu in action. Gah...I gotta go soon. My class is at 10 today and I usually leave the house around 9:30-ish since it's like a 20 min drive to the college. So yeah, bye for now, peeps! Comments (2) |

Um...I posted stuff. I went to the doctor yesterday...I had to get a shot. I forget what it was for, but anyway. The side effects were like: may experience pain where shot was given. Yeah, my whole left arm was KILLING me last night. I also had the chills, I didn't feel sick, i was just really cold. I have to be tested for diabetes in March (again). I did it once before when I was like...16 I think. They had me drink this sugar drink and then they took FIVE vials of blood from my arm. I was so woozy after that. I just started muttering random shit cuz i was out of it. Like, we stopped to get my breakfast at Dunken Donuts and while my mom and I were in the car, I noticed a sign for Ice Coffee and was like: "Ha! Ice Coffee! They should make a drink called Ice Tea! Oh wait...we already have that." My mom was looking at me like I had five heads, seriously. So yeah, I'll be crazy for a whole day in March. I think it's scheduled for the 13th, when I'm on vacation.
So um...Oh yeah! I wanted to post these cute PoT music vids I found!
An Atobe vid with one of his songs! I love this song and Atobe =)
I love Kirihara after he becomes nicer (plus, his voice actor is the same one who does Shikamaru's in Naruto)
HYOTEI TRIBUTE!! woot woot
A Oshitari Yuushi and Mukahi Gakuto amv with one of Oshitari's songs, Valentine Kiss (his voice is sooooo sexy)
mehehe, the welcome back performance for Tezuka in episode 140-141, by the group, Pull-Tab to Kan with: Atobe, Sanada, Shinji, Kamio, Sengoku, Kirihara, and Oshitari. ^-^
Because this is the BEST opening for PoT EVER!
the Wonderful Days ending by Pull-tab to Kan!
hehe, Atobe's entrance to his match with Tezuka, episode 56. God I love the diva ^-^
Blah. Me is bored. It's almost 5 o'clock here and I just got home from school. Soooo tired. I'm really starting to like my Zoology class. There's like 40 people in it though! O.o that's crazy! We're all packed in there like sardines. ANYWAY, yesterday in anime club we watched a cool anime called Elemental Gelade. The music is awesome ^-^ I drew some more piccys...mostly PoT related. Erm...
It's REALLY been a weird winter here. We've barely had any snow, but places like Texas have had snow storms and ice and all that shit. I'm not complaining...it just feels...odd. New England is known for its changing seasons...this winter was just a really cold fall in my opinion.
Um...I've been inking a lot of sketchs and stuff so hopefully I'll be scanning them and posting them here soon. My first exam in Art History is coming up...I love that we only get like 2 exams in our classes. Uh...I don't have much to say...so I guess...bye for now. Comments (1) |

Brrr! It's getting muy frio over here! The temp has reached single digits, plus wind chill. So it's basically like...5 degrees outside right now. Plus, today was a long day. I was at school from 8 till 4:30. Oh well, at least tomorrow's anime club, wheee! I've become so desperate now that I'm watching some of the prince of tennis OVA episodes raw. They haven't been subbed yet and I was starting to go through Hyotei withdrawl. Hehe, I love those Hyotei boys...except Kabaji...he freaks me out O.o I drew a few more piccys today...nothing to brag about though. One pic of Hidan, one of Atobe...I think that's it. I can't remember. Oh yeah, I drew a pic of my uni-boy Zephyr, which my design professor complimented ^-^ I love it when teachers notice anime style and compliment it. Hmm...I've been busy writing random scenes for this PoT fanfic. I hate that I always make up OCs, but it's so much fun, seriously. I love making up my own twisted characters. They each have different personalities and they're so much fun to write. I'll post what I've written so far. I just kinda of jumped around with different couples and stuff, so if it doesn't make sense...whoopsie =P

and I these are just random scenes from the fic I wrote really quick. There should be italics in certain places, but I'm not gonna go fix it, so yeah:
“What’s so bad about him, Sapphire?” Tonya asked softly. “He seems very nice.”
“That’s the point!” the other girl snapped. “He’s too nice! I can’t stand his easy-going attitude!”
“He didn’t do anything to you though.”
“I don’t care!”
“Ah, hello, Henderson-san, Tsukino-san,” Fuji said with the ever present smile on his face.
Sapphire turned to glare at him. “Why do you always smile?” she growled.
“Why?” Fuji’s smile widened. “Does it bother you?”
“Yes.”
To her surprise, his eyes suddenly opened, revealing beautiful blue orbs. He stared hard at her, a frown on his normally upturned lips. Sapphire was in complete shock. Syuusuke Fuji was…absolutely gorgeous. Her cheeks turned pink. Fuji continued to stare coldly at her. Tonya’s eyes were wide at finally seeing the true prodigy. Fuji then closed his eyes and smiled.
“Did that make you happy, Tsukino-san?” he asked.
Tonya had always known Sapphire was a bit…eccentric. She spoke her mind and wasn’t afraid to tell anyone what she was feeling. She expected her friend to launch herself at the young prodigy and declare her love for him. Tonya knew Sapphire was a bit shallow when it came to other people’s looks. However, the black-haired girl merely smiled back at Fuji and put a hand on her hip.
“Oh? You seem awfully confident, Fuji,” she replied. “If you think I’ve fallen for you just because I saw your eyes for the first time, you are very…”
What was this? Was Sapphire NOT attracted to Syuusuke at all? Tonya thought she would faint from shock until her friend finished the sentence.
“…RIGHT!” Sapphire smirked. Fuji made a surprised ‘o’ with his mouth. Tonya fell off her chair and sweat-dropped.
She only likes him because he looks cute, Tonya thought sadly. Syuusuke deserves more than that. Maybe I can get Sapphire to see his other good qualities.
***
“You do realize he’s completely in love with himself, right?” Alana mumbled to Skyler.
The English girl cast her friend a glare. “I know. But…we’ve known each other a long time. He doesn’t abandon his friends.”
“I’m not so sure you think of him as just a friend.”
Skyler blushed. “I’ve loved Keigo for as long as I can remember. But he’s always thought of himself and tennis before anything else unfortunately.”
“I don’t understand how you love the guy so much.”
“The same reason I can’t figure out how you say you don’t love Tezuka when it’s so plainly obvious that you do.”
Alana’s face turned red. “The guy’s a stiff.”
“He’s very handsome.”
“Yeah, well so is Atobe.”
Skyler sighed. “I’ll tell you why I love Keigo so much if you tell me why you deny your feelings for Tezuka.”
“Sky, that’s unfair.”
“No it’s not.”
***
“He’s scary,” Shiori said bluntly.
“No he’s not,” Jade argued back.
“He hisses like a snake,” Sapphire added airily.
“So? He’s not that bad once you get to know him.”
“But you don’t know him, Jade,” Shiori stated. “That’s the point.”
The blonde blushed crimson. “I-I will get to know him. And I’ll prove you both wrong. Kaoru Kaidoh isn’t scary at all.”
“Whatever,” Sapphire grumbled. “C’mon, we’ll be late for class.”
Jade finished changing and grabbed her bag. As she opened the door, she bumped into someone. “Ah! I’m sorry!” she cried. Her face burned when she saw who it was. “K-Kaoru Kaidoh?”
He glanced up at her. “You’re one of the new girls,” he muttered.
“I-I’m Jade Stevens. N-Nice to meet you.”
Kaidoh felt his cheeks go red. “Yeah.”
Jade bit her lip. This is my chance! Just ask him out! “Um…I know this is sudden, but…I was wondering if maybe you and I could—”
“Ah! Mamushi! There you are!” Momoshiro cried. “Class is about to start! You better hurry or the teacher will be mad again!”
“That bastard,” Kaidoh grunted.
“I-I guess you’re busy right now. I-I’ll just talk to you later, okay?” Jade mumbled, embarrassed beyond words.
He blinked. “I’ll be at the tennis court after class,” he answered somewhat shyly.
The German girl smiled and blushed again. “O-Okay.”

“Sadaharu, I don’t mean to pry, but what are you making?” Yasu asked as she eyed her childhood friend curiously. He was mixing together several things that didn’t look particularly edible into a large pincher.
“Juice,” he replied.
She looked closely at it. “That’s not juice.”
“It’s specially made Inui Juice.”
“…there’s a difference?”
Inui smirked and pushed his glasses further up his nose. “Would you like to be the first to drink it?”
“Uh…no. I think I’ll pass.”
“Are you sure?”
“Unless that juice can somehow make me look attractive or something…”
Inui frowned at her comment. “You are attractive, Yasu.”
Her green eyes widened. “Um…shouldn’t you be out on the courts now?” she mumbled while blushing. “I’m sure the tennis club is waiting to try your new juice.”
He didn’t move or say anything for awhile, making Yasu think he fell asleep standing up. He had done it once and it had scared her to death. But he was merely staring at her with that mysterious calculating look he gave everyone else.
“Sadaharu?” He stepped closer to her until he was only a few inches away from her. “What are—?”
“Shh,” he said leaning down so that his face was close to hers.
He was so close that she could see his eyes behind his glasses. “Sada…” He closed the distance with a chaste kiss to her lips. Yasu’s face burned red. “…haru?”
He smiled as he pulled back. “Like I said, you are already attractive.”
“Sadaharu…why did you—?”
“I’m late. I better head over to the tennis court. Are you coming?”
Yasu pursed her lips. “Yes. And afterwards, you’re going to tell me what that was all about.”
“I thought you were smart, Yasu,” he said teasingly. “Can’t you figure it out?”
She blushed again. “You’re manipulative, Sadaharu Inui.”
***
“You’re unusually quiet tonight, Skyler,” Atobe murmured as they stared up at the sky from his balcony.
“S-Sorry, Keigo,” she replied, trying to hide the dash of pink on her cheeks. It was Valentine’s Day. He had already received nearly a hundred valentines from all his fangirls at school. Skyler should know. He had asked her to help him open them all. As his best friend, she really couldn’t refuse him. But now it was her turn to give him a valentine and she was extremely nervous.
Atobe didn’t date, or rather, he wouldn’t. None of the girls at school were up to his standards, which made Skyler feel very disheartened. Nevertheless, she was alone with him at his house and kept rethinking a good plan of action to take. He brushed a hand through his hair and that’s when Skyler thought of the perfect idea.
“Can I brush your hair?” she asked suddenly.
He turned to look at her from where he sat and smiled. “You know I can’t say no when you make an offer like that.”
Skyler smiled back and grabbed a brush from her purse. The two had always brushed each other’s hair when they were younger. To Skyler, it felt more like having a girl for a friend rather than a boy. Keigo was obsessed with his looks and was very vain about it. And yet the English girl found herself absolutely smitten with him, despite his faults.
She started brushing his hair, inwardly cheering that he was so relaxed and content. She stopped using the brush halfway through and instead let her fingers gently stroke his scalp. He let out a soft moan. Skyler glanced down to see that his eyes were closed. “That feels good,” he mumbled. Turning red, the blue-haired girl continued massaging his scalp. “You know all the right spots,” he continued. His eyes snapped open. Skyler’s face turned redder. “Skyler, are you sick?”
“N-No, I’m fine,” she replied nervously.
He frowned. “You forget that I’ve known you long enough to know when you’re lying.”
Skyler felt butterflies in her stomach. It was now or never. She placed her hands on his cheeks, closing her eyes just as he made a confused face. Then she lowered her mouth to his awkwardly. The position wasn’t making it any easier. For a moment, Atobe was stiff. He’d never been kissed before. Ever. He’d never let anyone. And now Skyler, his friend, was…
He could feel her lips on his. They were so soft. Just as he was about to start kissing her back, she pulled away, a shy smile on her face. “Happy Valentine’s Day, Keigo.”
***
“This is so stupid,” Alana grumbled. “I don’t even know why I’m here. I don’t care about tennis and I don’t care about stupid Tezuka.”
Stop lying to yourself, she recalled Skyler saying.
“So what if he’s really hott? So what if he’s the captain of the tennis club? So what if he…” she trailed off as she saw Kunimitsu Tezuka walking towards her, sweating and carrying a towel around his neck. “…is too sexy for his own good?” she finished. “Damn him!”
He looked up when he was a few feet from her and gave her a hard stare. “Wilson-san,” he said coolly. “What are you doing here?”
“Just thought I’d come say hello,” she said with a fake smile.
He didn’t move. “Tell me the truth.”
Alana glared at him. “Fine. My friend said I should just ‘be honest with myself’ and declare ‘my undying love for you’. So here I am.”
Tezuka didn’t seem amused. It takes a lot for the boy to crack a smile, Alana realized. “If you’re done wasting my time,” he said walking past her.
“Hey! Wait!” she called. “I’m not finished with you yet, Tezuka!”
He stopped walking and turned to glare at her. “What do you want?”
The raven-haired teen stomped up to him, desperately trying to bite her tongue at a rude retort. He stared down at her. Her violet eyes were flashing in anger. He expected a smart remark to come out of her usually foul mouth, but instead, her mouth pressed to his. Before he could comprehend what had happened, she was already walking away, mumbling to herself.
Did she just…? he thought.
I can’t believe I just KISSED him! Alana thought angrily. Although…it wasn’t that bad.

Tonya had never celebrated White Day. But when Oishi confronted her after school on the fourteenth of March, she experienced it for the first time. He came over to her, blushing nervously.
“Um…Henderson-san, I was wondering if you’d like to come watch the sunrise with me tonight.”
The auburn-haired girl turned red. “O-Okay. Where will we be watching from?”
“There’s this mountain top that’s close by. We can meet at the school entrance around midnight and leave from there.”
“All right. By the way, why the sudden urge to take me with you?”
Oishi smiled warmly and rubbed the back of his head. “Well, it’s the best gift I could think to give you.”
“Gift?”
“For White Day.”
Tonya blushed again. “Oh.”
“So I’ll see you later,” he said turning to walk home.
“Yeah. Bye!”
At midnight, the two met up at the school and began their trip to the mountain. Tonya wasn’t the only nervous one, she was pleased to note. Oishi looked like he had never been alone with a girl before. That was probably true, considering tennis was usually the main attraction in his life.
As they made it to the top, Tonya settled herself on a large boulder. The green-eyed boy shyly sat beside her and shifted over until their thighs were touching. Both blushed furiously but continued to look straight ahead. The hours passed. Tonya could feel her eyelids drooping from lack of sleep. She felt herself lean her head against Oishi’s shoulder.
Oishi’s face burned red at the unexpected contact, but he didn’t push her away. He could just make out the thin line signaling the sunrise. He gently tapped Tonya’s shoulder. “It’s here,” he mumbled. She opened her eyes and smiled warmly.
The two watched the sun slowly rise, completely content with where they were. Oishi carefully wrapped an arm around her shoulders and held her close. Tonya rested her head against his chest and snuggled into him. “Thank you,” she whispered.
“You’re welcome,” Oishi replied, letting his chin rest atop her soft hair. “But the gift’s not over yet.”
“Eh?” He pulled away and stared into her eyes. Tonya felt her heart speed up as he leaned closer. His lips pressed to hers gently. It was a quick kiss, but one she’d never forget. They both blushed again. Tonya curled up in his arms and sighed happily. “I really like you, Syuichiroh Oishi.”
“I like you too, Tonya Henderson.” They smiled at each other, content in each other’s embrace.

Bonnie shouldn’t have liked him. He was manipulative and cruel. And yet, he was unbelievably attractive and charming. Hajime Mizuki was a boy her friends back home would have liked for his looks, not personality. Her close friend Yuuta Fuji was on the St. Rudolph tennis team and therefore spent the majority of his time around Mizuki. And since Bonnie was Yuuta’s friend, she saw Mizuki a lot at practices.
The only downside was that they had barely spoken to each other. Bonnie was desperate to gain his attention at least once. During practice, as he watched the team play, Bonnie came up behind him and tapped his shoulder. He had a temper, a severe one, so she had to be careful not to anger him.
He turned around in surprise and widened his eyes. “Ah, Adams-san,” he greeted.
At least he knows my name, she thought. “Um, Mizuki…I was…wondering if you could do me a favor.”
“Oh? What kind of favor?”
Her cheeks turned pink. “Well, I’ve been watching the team play tennis for awhile now and I’ve become really interested in the sport. I was wondering if maybe you could…um…teach me the basics?”
He grinned. “I’d be happy to. Yuuta-kun wouldn’t mind, I’m sure.” He stood up and led her to a separate court. He handed her his racket. Bonnie wasn’t sure how to properly hold it and blushed slightly. Mizuki chuckled. “Your grip is all wrong, Adams-san. Here, let me show you.” He came up behind her and let his hands rest on hers. He helped position her hands on the handle. “There, much better. Now show me a swing.”
He helped her long after tennis practice was over with. Bonnie enjoyed the attention and felt more confident in her abilities when they were done. Mizuki gave her a smile and wink before she left with Yuuta and said, “I hope I was able to help you. Perhaps we could do this again sometime?”
Bonnie flushed crimson. “O-Okay.”
Yuuta gave his friend an odd look. “Why are you so red, Bonnie-chan?”
The brunette smiled nervously. “Oh, no reason.”

Shiori wasn’t the type of girl who went insane over boys. Not yet anyway. Her new friends Sapphire and Jade had their own separate crushes and it annoyed her. She couldn’t understand the attraction. Boys are so obnoxious, she thought haughtily. As she passed by the tennis courts, a stray ball flew up into the air and hit her on the head.
“Itai!” she cried, rubbing the sore spot. She spotted the tennis ball and picked it up.
“OI! Sorry about that!” one of the tennis players called. Shiori turned her head. She recognized him as Eiji Kikumaru, a 3rd year like herself. She clenched the ball tightly with her hand. “Hehe, guess I got carried away,” he said sticking his tongue out in a manner that most girls would consider cute. Shiori just found it annoying. “Um…can I have the ball back?”
She debated on throwing the ball farther away for him to chase or just handing it over. She wasn’t known for her forgiving nature. Eiji was watching her with wide, innocent blue eyes. “Here,” she sighed.
“Arigatou!” he replied with a smile. “Nya, I think I know you.”
“I should hope so. We’re in the same class.”
“Ah! You’re Shiori-chan!”
She twitched at the nickname. “You and I aren’t friendly enough with each other for you to call me that, Kikumaru.”
He blinked. “So cold. I was only being nice.”
“I don’t need special treatment from an immature person like you.”
“Special…treatment?” he repeated. He pouted. “Nya, I don’t understand why you hate me so much.”
Shiori narrowed her eyes. “Just leave me alone.”
“Can’t you even give me a chance?”
“A chance to do what?”
He shrugged. “Anything. I don’t like to be hated.”
Shiori continued to glare at him. “There’s no way you can change my opinion of you.”
“Please, Ito-san?”
She stared hard at him. He seemed innocent enough. But underneath that innocence was probably just another annoying boy. “Fine, whatever.”
Eiji broke into a wide grin. “Hai! Let me take you out on a date to prove myself.”
“A d-date?” she gasped. “Are you serious, Kikumaru?”
“Yep.”
That idiot! He tricked me! she growled. “Ugh…fine. When?”
“Tonight at 8. I’ll meet you at the corner of Watanabe Street.”
Shiori nodded, wondering just what he had planned to make her like him.

“Ne, aniki?” Yuuta grumbled.
“Hmm?” Syuusuke looked up at his brother.
“Are all girls weird?”
The prodigy smiled. “Weird how?”
“Bonnie-chan was acting really strange today after getting some help from Mizuki-san.”
The younger brother sighed. “Do you have problems with girls too, aniki?”
“Yes, actually.”
“Really?”
“Hai. There’s a girl in my school who seems to like me.”
Yuuta frowned. “That’s nothing new, aniki. Girls always like you.”
Syuusuke smiled. “She’s not like other girls.”
“Sounds like you like her too.”
He opened his eyes and smirked. “Probably.”
***
“Ano…Tezuka, are you and Wilson-san…?” Oishi didn’t even get a chance to finish his question before the captain was out of the locker room.
He didn’t need this added stress. Girls had never been important to him and never would. And yet Alana Wilson, one of the transfers, was starting to get on his nerves. Kunimitsu hated showing emotion. But when Alana had kissed him that day after practice…he had blushed like crazy. The scary part was that he’d actually liked it.
***
Jade was nervous. Actually, terrified was the best way of describing how she felt at the moment. Kaidoh had said he’d be at the tennis courts after school and yet there was still no sign of him. Just when she was about to give up hope, she heard footsteps and turned. He was jogging towards her, bandana draped over his shoulder along with his school bag.
The blonde had to admit that he looked more his age when he didn’t wear a bandana. She bit her lip nervously. “Oi,” he said with a nod. “You uh…wanted to talk?”
Jade wanted to say he was blushing as much as she was. But she was too nervous to notice anymore. “I…um…yeah,” she stuttered. “I was wondering if you would want to do something together…sometime.”
His eyes widened. “Like a date?”
“Y-Yeah.” Her cheeks burned red.
Kaidoh felt his heart thump loudly against his chest. His face was burning in embarrassment. This girl…she wanted to…be alone with him? He’d never had a girl be interested in him before, so he was unsure on how to act. He decided on giving a small nod. “Is tomorrow after school all right?”
“But don’t you have tennis practice?” she said worriedly.
He shrugged. “I can miss one day.”
Jade smiled. “T-Thank you, Kaidoh.”
He glanced at her shyly. “You can call me Kaoru…if you want.”
“All right. And you can call me Jade.”

Atobe had been searching for Skyler all through lunch the next day. She hadn’t spoken to him at all since her unexpected Valentine’s Day present the night before. He didn’t want to admit that he was nervous and excited. His teammates were all giving him odd looks as he scoured the school. Where was she? There were only so many places she could be.
He heard voices in the courtyard and turned. He saw a group of his fangirls surrounding Skyler. He narrowed his eyes. No matter the person, no one hurt his friend without consequences.
“Leave Atobe-sama alone!” he heard one of the girls shout.
“Why would he want someone foreign like you, anyway?” another sneered.
“You’re not even pretty.”
“And your accent is weird.”
Atobe had never seen his fan club so cruel. He could see Skyler fighting back tears as she tried to ignore the girls. He’d seen enough. He walked over to them, ignoring the squealing the fangirls did when they saw him.
“Atobe-sama! Tell this ugly foreigner that you’re too good for her!” the ring-leader said cruelly.
The Hyotei tennis captain narrowed his eyes. “People as ugly as yourselves are not worthy of being in my presence,” he spat.
“B-But, Atobe-sama, she—”
“She happens to be a very close friend of mine.” He smiled warmly at Skyler. “I won’t tolerate you treating her like she’s scum.”

Yasu felt herself becoming weak under her friend’s scrutinizing stare. They were in their final year of high school. They had no regrets. She had known Sadaharu Inui long enough to say that she loved him. As he crawled onto the bed with her, a million images flashed through her brain.
When they were five and just meeting for the first time; Sadaharu’s first glasses at age seven; Yasu and Inui’s science project in elementary school; Their first day at Seigaku; Their first kiss; and now the current situation unfolded before her eyes. Inui was shirtless as he hovered above her, a smile on his lips. His glasses glinted in the candlelight.
“You’re nervous,” he noted.
Yasu blushed. “Who wouldn’t be?” she replied haughtily.
He lowered himself until he was on top of her. She shifted under his weight. He rested his elbows on either side of her head so that he could prop himself up. He then deliberately pushed his knee between her legs. She gasped when she felt something hard press up against her panties. Yasu carefully reached up to remove his troublesome glasses.
He smirked and bent his head down to begin kissing at her neck. She squirmed against him, gasping and moaning at how gentle he was being. His lips traveled upward towards her jaw and mouth. As he kissed her, he thrust his hips forward suggestively.
“S-Sadaharu,” she whispered, touching his face lightly. Another thrust. The room was becoming hot. She silently begged him to pull down her panties and to get on with what they had planned to do. He must have read her mind, because within seconds, he was slowly dragging the material down her legs.
“There’s no need to be shy around me,” he mumbled. He spread her legs apart before she could close them together. He unzipped his pants and removed his boxers in one swift movement.
Yasu couldn’t stop herself from blushing. This is it. Sadaharu and I are… She cried out when he entered her for the first time. He glanced down, concerned. She smiled despite the pain she was feeling. “I’m all right. Don’t worry,” she said. He frowned as he slowly pulled out and pushed back in. Her body was convulsing around him and he wasn’t quite sure if that was a good or bad thing.
Inui had experienced many gratifying things in his life, but never something that was as wonderful as what he was experiencing with Yasu. He could smell the sweat from both their bodies mixed in with a strong musky scent that he could only describe as a sex scent. In his mind, he made little probabilities just for fun. Probability that Yasu will arch up off the bed on this next thrust: 80%. He smiled when she did just that.
They made love long into the night. Inui’s stamina wouldn’t let him climax until long after Yasu had, which was disappointing. He had hoped they’d both reach their peaks as one. He lay beside her on the bed, taking deep breaths. “Yasu.”
She turned her head to look at him. “Sadaharu.”
He leaned closer and pressed his lips to hers gently. “I love you.”
She smiled and closed her eyes. “Me too.”

Shiori didn’t want to admit that she was slightly embarrassed by her boyfriend’s antics. He had always been a bit…energetic and she loved him for that. However, acting like a total weirdo in a club was a no-no in her book. There were lots of people that would hate him showing off and want to hurt him. And she wasn’t going to stand by and let people hurt Eiji; not if she had anything to say about it.
“Hoi! Hoi!” he called with a grin. “Nya, Shiori-chan, come dance!”
She hit her head in embarrassment. “Eiji, would you calm down? You’re in a public place!”
“Nya?” Sometimes he was too cute for his own good, even at his age. He was eighteen and still acted like he was fourteen again.
Shiori sighed and rolled her eyes. “These people won’t be happy with you if you keep showing off. They could kick us out or worse, pick a fight with us.”
He pouted. “But I’m having fun.”
“Eiji, please. I don’t want you to get hurt.”
He smiled and hopped over to her. He kissed the side of her mouth softly. “I’ll be fine, Shiori-chan.”
She watched him go back onto the dance floor and start acting like his crazy self once again. People were eyeing him. Some were angry, some were in lust. She had to mentally restrain herself from wanting to kill all the sluts watching every time a bit of his belly showed when he did a back flip.
“He’s cute, ne?” one girl said to her friend.
“Oh yeah, I wouldn’t mind being wild with him in bed,” the other laughed.
Shiori clenched her fists and teeth. Ignore them. They’re just sluts. They probably say that about every hott guy they see.
“I wonder if the curtains match the drapes, if you know what I mean.”
The blonde felt her cheeks heat up in anger. They did NOT just say that.
“God, he’s making me so hot. I wonder if he’s free later.”
Okay, that does it. “Will you bitches stop talking about him as though he’s a piece of meat?” she growled.
The two women turned to glance at her. “Who are you?”
“His girlfriend!”
The tallest one smirked at her. “You?” she sneered. “Sorry, hun, but someone that hott deserves someone as equally attractive.”
“I hope you’re not referring to yourself,” Shiori spat back.
“Nya, Shiori-chan, what’s up?” Eiji came up beside her, wiping his brow of sweat.
“Nothing,” she grumbled, grabbing his hand and pulling him away.
“Huh? Shiori-chan, you seem angry.”
She whirled around quickly and pulled him against her. She crashed her lips to his hungrily. Eiji barely had time to compose himself and kiss her back properly. Shiori backed him up against a wall, fisting her hands through his red hair and kissing him as hard as she could. Eiji knew she could be aggressive. Hell, it was one of the things he liked about her. She was very protective of him as well. He wrapped his arms around her waist and brushed his lips against her ear. “Love ya, nya,” he purred.
Shiori closed her eyes happily and smiled. She pulled back and rested her forehead against his. “I hate it when other people stare at you like you’re easy,” she muttered.
He smiled back. “You know I’m not, Shiori-chan, and that’s all that matters.”
“Yeah.” She suddenly grinned. “You know, those women may have been sluts, but they did give me a good idea.”
“Eh?”

“Why?”
Alana couldn’t think clearly. What they’d just done…
It felt like a sin. And yet…it had felt incredibly good. He was addictive. Once she had had one taste, she’d wanted more. And she’d gotten it. Every. Last. Drop. He shifted beside her, wrapping his left arm around her and pulling her against his naked chest.
“Why?” she repeated.
He didn’t answer and she knew he probably never would. Their legs were tangled together under the blankets. The room smelt of sex and sweat. Alana wanted to taste him all over again. Instead, he rolled over on top of her and thrust himself inside her opening without asking. Her hands clawed at his back as the pleasure wracked her body.
“Tezuka,” she said panting. “Why?”
He stared down at her with cold brown eyes. He lowered his head to kiss her lips, even as they rocked back and forth. He pulled out and took her into his arms again. “Because I love you,” he mumbled.
Alana wanted to cry tears of joy. As Tezuka held her against him, she snuggled in his embrace and smiled. “Good. ‘Cause I love you too,” she replied.

Hitomi Kimura had a problem with her cousin’s friend. She’d known him for as long as Yuushi had. She knew he was energetic and rude…and looked an awful lot like a girl with magenta hair. However, this newest development concerning Gakuto Mukahi wasn’t something she was familiar with. She would think about him at random intervals in the day. She couldn’t concentrate on tests because all she would do was doodle his name on her papers.
She was frustrated and debated on telling her cousin. But she knew Yuushi would merely view this as an opportunity to tease her relentlessly. He was her cousin, but he was still a manipulative bastard when he wanted to be. Hitomi knew first hand that once Yuushi discovered something interesting about anyone he knew, he wouldn’t forget it. And if he knew that she had some bizarre crush on his tennis doubles partner, well, Hitomi knew she’d be royally screwed.
She politely declined his invitation to watch their tennis practice. She didn’t want to see Gakuto anymore than she already had. She did walk by the courts on her way home. Yuushi was playing against Gakuto. She spent a minute admiring how acrobatic the magenta-haired teenager was before turning her head and walking away. She hadn’t walked two steps when she heard, “OI! Hitomi-chan!”
Please let there be another Hitomi in the area, she thought. But knowing that there wasn’t, she turned around and faked a smile. “H-Hey, Gakuto.”
He walked over to her, a wide grin on his face. “Why aren’t you staying to watch us play? Are you bored of us?”
“Oh…no. I just thought I’d get home early and start my homework.”
Yuushi glanced at her. “Uncle tells me that your grades have gone down, Hitomi-nee-san.”
“Ah. I’ve just been under a lot of stress lately. High school entrance exams, you know.”
“Hmm. Indeed.” He continued to stare at her as though trying to find the real answer hidden somewhere on her body.
Hitomi was trying her best to ignore Gakuto’s playful jibes, but he was persistent. “Homework can wait!” he said.
“He’s right,” Yuushi added. “Come watch us play a match. Better yet, why don’t you join us?”
Hitomi paled. “I don’t have my racket…or any clothes to change into.”
“Just play in your uniform,” Gakuto offered. “And we’ve got plenty of rackets to spare.”
“But—”
“Please?”
Gah. Hitomi gave up the fight and nodded. “Okay. One game.” It was times like these when the blue-haired girl was certain her cousin wasn’t called a prodigy for nothing. He decided to play against both her and Gakuto. Hitomi felt very self-conscious playing in her uniform, especially when Gakuto could sneak a peek if he wanted to. Not that he was a pervert or anything. She glanced back and made sure her skirt was covering enough.
Hitomi couldn’t brag about her tennis skills. She was no prodigy like her cousin. She had played a few times and was a decent player, but she was really no match for a Hyotei regular. Yuushi served the ball. Hitomi prepared herself since it was hit to her side. She swung the racket and hit the ball back.
“Nice return, Hitomi-chan!” Gakuto cheered. Hitomi tried to hide her blush. Yuushi noticed her cheeks go red at his teammate’s praise and smirked. He hit the ball back, this time towards Gakuto. “Those don’t work on me, Yuushi!” The magenta-haired teen did a turn in the air before hitting the ball back onto the court.
“15-love,” Yuushi mumbled.
Hitomi bounced the ball at the baseline as she prepared to serve. Yuushi knew her serves were good. He prepared himself. “Ganbare, Hitomi-chan!” Gakuto said smiling.
She turned red and threw the ball into the air. Yuushi had seen her falter when she hit it and knew it wasn’t her best serve. He easily returned it. Something was going on with his cousin and he was determined to find out what. She turns red whenever Gakuto speaks to her, he noted. Does she like him or something? As they played, Yuushi also noticed that Hitomi wasn’t playing at her best. He knew she was a lot better than how she was doing now.
“Game and match,” he said, keeping his eyes on his cousin. “Congratulations.”
“Hitomi-chan and I whipped your butt, Yuushi!” Gakuto sneered.
“Hai, hai.” Yuushi narrowed his eyes when he saw Hitomi deliberately hiding her face from them. “Hitomi-nee-san, I’ll walk you home.”
“Eh?” she said in surprise. “That’s okay, Yuushi. You don’t have to.”
“I insist.”
“Mata ashita!” Gakuto called. He waved to them as they walked away.
Yuushi watched his cousin as they walked to her house. “Hitomi…please be honest with me. Do you like Gakuto?”
She stopped walking and stared at the ground. He saw her clench her hands into fists. “If I do?” she answered.
“There’s nothing wrong with that.”
“You know my parents as well as I do, Yuushi. They wouldn’t like him.”
“Hmm. That may be so.” He smirked. “But they don’t have to know.”
“I wouldn’t be able to keep him secret for long.”
Yuushi put a hand on her shoulder. “Leave everything to me, Hitomi.”
“Whenever I do that, something bad happens,” she said raising an eyebrow.
He pushed his glasses further up his nose. “I know Gakuto a lot better than you. I can get him to relax a bit when he’s with you.”
“I don’t want him to change. I like him the way he is.” She covered her mouth with her hands and blushed.
Her cousin’s smirk widened. “Then I’ll tell him just that.”
“What? No, you can’t!”
“Why not?”
“Yuushi, do you not know the meaning of the word secret? I don’t want him to know…not yet anyway.”
“Are all girls as stubborn as you, or are you just particularly difficult?” he sighed.
Hitomi smiled. “I’ll let you figure that out on your own, Yuushi. Thanks for walking me home.”
***
Gakuto could only stare at his teammate in shock.
“So that’s the basic gist,” Yuushi finished, pushing his glasses further onto his nose.
“Hitomi…likes me?” the other teen managed to say.
“Apparently. And if you so much as hurt her, Gakuto, I swear I will not be happy.”
Gakuto continued to stay where he was with wide eyes and an open mouth. “Hurt…her?” he repeated.
“Yes.” Yuushi was dead serious, but Gakuto was still completely clueless as to what had happened. “Hitomi told me I couldn’t mention this to you, but I knew she would never tell you herself. So when you see her again, act as if you didn’t know anything.”
The magenta-haired boy raised an eyebrow. “You told me that she liked me when she told you not to tell me?” he growled. Yuushi nodded. “That’s low, Yuushi.”
The tensai smirked. “It’s your choice to do something about it. I’m not trying to force you or anything. Just know that Hitomi would have to live with a broken heart for the rest of her life if you chose to ignore her feelings.”
That bastard, Gakuto thought angrily. He knows I don’t like seeing Hitomi in pain. “You’re an asshole,” he spat. “I hope Atobe makes you run 50 laps around the court for missing practice.”
Yuushi continued to smirk. “Just take good care of my cousin and we’ll be even, Gakuto.”
Gakuto blushed as he picked up his bag.

“Nya, Oishi, who’re the flowers for?” There were times when Oishi wanted to slap Eiji. Did he not know the meaning of privacy? The green-eyed boy smiled nervously.
“They’re just…for a friend.”
“Eh? Who?”
Oishi’s cheeks turned red. “Tonya-chan.”
“Tonya-chan?” Eiji grinned. “You’ve been seeing her a lot lately, right, Oishi?”
“H-Hai.”
“When do you see her today?”
“Hopefully at lunch.”
As the lunch bell chimed, Oishi hurriedly grabbed his books and walked out of the classroom in search of Tonya. He found her sitting by herself under the tree outside the school. “Konnichiwa,” he greeted as he stood over her. He shyly held out the flowers.
Tonya blinked in surprise. Then she smiled. “Syuichiroh, you really didn’t have to get me anything,” she blushed.
He sat beside her and returned her smile. “It’s your birthday, Tonya-chan. I’m not the type to ignore something that important.”
Her face turned red. “You’re really sweet.”
Oishi blushed. “T-Thanks.” She leaned against him.
“Oh? Looks like Oishi and Henderson-san have become quite close,” Fuji mumbled from where he stood.
“What?” Sapphire grumbled coming to see what he was staring at. Her eyes widened. “Damn, and I thought Tonya was too shy to be in a relationship.”
“You should have more faith in your friend, Tsukino-san.”
“I do. It’s just…you don’t know Tonya like I do. She’s naturally very shy around boys.”
Fuji smiled. “Oishi is usually shy around girls. They make a good pair.”
“I guess.” Sapphire glanced down then back at the prodigy. “Say…Fuji, would you like to do something after school today?”
The brunette opened his eyes slightly. He smiled again when he saw the blush on Sapphire’s cheeks. Kawaii ne, he thought. “Sure,” he replied. “How about a tennis match?”
“But I suck,” she pouted.
“Then I’ll help you improve.”
Sapphire blinked. “That’s a first. The legendary prodigy Syuusuke Fuji offering to give me some help in tennis.”
Fuji smiled again. “We should get back to class. Our lunch break is almost over.”

Hajime Mizuki was known to be a bit…obsessive over certain things. Bonnie knew he had some sort of weird fixation with Yuuta’s older brother, claiming he was the prodigy’s sworn rival in tennis. But the Irish girl had no idea that Mizuki was a romantic at heart. He had called her on her cell-phone, asking for her to meet him at the park near St. Rudolph Junior High. She decided to bring her racket just in case he wanted to play a tennis match.
But when she arrived, there was no indication that he wanted to play tennis. He had laid out food of all kinds on a blanket. He smiled and waved her over. Bonnie stared down at him in shock. A picnic…?
“Sit down,” he urged. “The food will get cold.”
“Hajime…did you make all this yourself?”
The red on his cheeks clashed against his pale skin. “Perhaps.”
She smiled and sat beside him. “What made you decide to do this?”
“We don’t get to spend enough time together,” he replied. “Practices aren’t enough.”
Atobe was adamant on having his privacy. He would not answer phone calls from anyone between the early morning hours and late night hours. However, one winter morning, at roughly 5 am, when Atobe was warm and comfortable in his luxurious bed, he received a phone call from Shishido.
“I’ve told you not to call me,” he snapped.
“It’s an emergency, Atobe,” the other replied.
“Emergency?”
“Hai. This morning, Choutaro and I were jogging past the school when we found…”
“Found what, Shishido?”
There was a pause. “She came back, Atobe.” Atobe didn’t need to ask who he meant. Skyler had come back to Japan? How was that bad news? “She was lying in the snow by Hyotei.”
Atobe nearly dropped the phone. It had to be nearing single digit temperatures outside! How could she have survived? Unless… “Shishido, tell me…is she all right?”
“Choutaro and I brought her to the hospital.”
Hospital?! Atobe didn’t panic. He couldn’t. “…And? Her condition?”
“It’s not good, Atobe.”
He clenched his hand tightly around the phone. “I’m coming there right now. Stay with her until I get there.”
“I…I understand.”
Atobe hurriedly dressed and ordered for a driver to bring him to the hospital. Stay alive, Skyler! he thought. I won’t forgive you if you quit now!
When he arrived, he saw Shishido inside the lobby waiting for him. “Choutaro is with her right now,” he mumbled.
“Has her condition changed?” Atobe asked.
The brunette shook his head. “It’s gotten worse.”
The Hyotei tennis captain paled as they walked. “What do the doctors say?”
Shishido bit his lip. “She was nearly frozen when we found her, Atobe…”
“What do the doctors say?” he repeated coldly.
“Her chances of survival aren’t high. Her lungs were almost frozen. If she had stayed outside another few minutes…”
“I understand.” They stopped in front of a door that read: Hutchings, Skyler. He pushed open the door to see Choutaro holding Skyler’s hand.
“Ah! Atobe-san,” Choutaro said. Skyler was hooked up to several machines that monitored her heart beat. At the moment, it was very low.
“Would you two please leave?” Atobe muttered. “I need to be alone with her.”
“H-Hai.”
He sat beside Skyler and grasped her cold hand. “Why would you do this?” he growled. “Why didn’t you just stay in England? Why come back? Answer me, Skyler!”

Akutsu didn’t like people. He only tolerated a few. He had a special dislike for girls. He wasn’t violent with them, but he found them irritating and annoying. He was just walking on the sidewalk, hands stuffed in his pockets, when a girl probably his age with short reddish brown hair and light blue eyes walked into him. At first, Akutsu was in shock that this girl had dared to even come near him. Hadn’t she seen him?
“Ah, g-gomen,” she mumbled quietly. She reached around for something and the silver-haired teen glanced down. There was a walking stick by his feet. Was it hers? Why would someone so young need a walking stick? He didn’t bother picking it up, figuring she could get it herself, but when she started turning in the opposite direction, still feeling around, he rolled his eyes and bent down to pick the stick up.
“Oi,” he grumbled. He held it out to her.
The girl stared blankly at him. He couldn’t explain it, but there was something weird about her eyes. “Ano…what is it?” she said.
Akutsu wasn’t sure if all girls were as stupid as she was. He was growing impatient. “It’s your walking stick, isn’t it?”
The girl’s eyes widened and reached for the stick. “A-Arigatou gozaimasu.”
“So why do you need that?” He didn’t like talking to people, but this girl was weird. He was curious.
“Well…I’m blind. I need it to help me get around places.” Akutsu whipped his head around to stare at her again. That explained why her eyes seemed so unfocused. She couldn’t even see him. He frowned. “Ano…what’s your name? I’m Takara Masashi.”
He glared down at her, realizing that she wasn’t intimidated by him at all. How could she be when she couldn’t see him? “Jin Akutsu,” he muttered.
She smiled, for whatever reason, he didn’t know. “Nice to meet you, Akutsu-san. I’m very sorry that I walked into you. I hope you can forgive me.”
Akutsu narrowed his eyes. “Whatever.” This girl was making him feel something he’d never felt before. She seemed too happy and innocent even though all she could see was darkness. He couldn’t understand her. He had never felt pity for anyone in his life; not his mother, not Kawamura, not Taichi, not Ryoma Echizen…no one. And yet this girl, Takara, was making him feel…bad.

“Class, we have a new student today all the way from America. Please welcome her,” the teacher announced. Akaya Kirihara glanced up from his desk at the said new student. She had short brown hair down to her shoulders and brown eyes.
“Hi. I’m Christina Davis,” she said with a smile. Her Japanese was pretty good for an American. “Please just call me Chris. My family and I just moved here from Boston. I hope to have a memorable time here at Rikkaidai. Thank you.”

Hitomi couldn’t believe it. Gakuto Mukahi, her CRUSH, was sitting in her living room, conversing with her parents. Normally, she’d be gushing happily that he was getting along so well with her parents. However, she detected something…foul about his sudden desire to want to spend time with her. And she had a pretty good idea that it was her cousin’s meddling.
He never listens to me, she sighed.
“Hitomi, why didn’t you ever tell us that you knew such a sweet boy?” her mother asked with a smile. Hitomi blushed furiously. Gakuto’s face matched his hair.
“H-He’s a friend of Yuushi’s, Okaa-san,” the blue-haired teen replied. “He’s his doubles partner on the tennis team.”
“Ah.”
“You must be very good to have landed a spot on the regulars,” Hitomi’s father stated.
Gakuto grinned and rubbed the back of his neck. “Yeah, I guess I’m all right.”

Chris Davis wasn’t like other girls, Akaya Kirihara realized. She wasn’t polite to anyone and he wondered if all Americans were as bad-mannered as her. Later he came to the conclusion that she was just different. She didn’t whine or complain. She didn’t worship the tennis team like everyone else. In fact, she had outright told him that she hated tennis.
Of course that pissed him off. But he kept his attitude calm, for his team’s sake. He eventually learned that her passion was baseball. He would sometimes watch her during practices and was often scolded for spacing out. Akaya didn’t know what was wrong with himself. The brunette girl was constantly on his mind. He firmly told himself that he barely even knew the girl. She sat in front of him in class and they sometimes talked, but other than that, they didn’t really know each other.
Practice was coming to a close one day. Akaya was packing up his racket when he saw Chris walking towards him. He blinked and glanced around to see if maybe she was looking at someone else. Nope. Her objective was him. He stood up to his full height and gave her an amused smile from behind the fence. “Yeah?” he said.
“The other girls were wondering if your hair was as soft as it looks,” she answered.
“Huh?”
Without a warning, she reached through the fence and gently grabbed some of his black hair. Akaya yelped in surprise. She released him and grinned. “Whadda ya know? It really is soft,” she chuckled.
“You…You can’t just yank someone’s hair and act like what you did wasn’t rude!” he finally snapped, rubbing the sore sort where she had pulled at his hair.
“Oh, right. Sorry.”
He frowned. “You don’t sound very sorry.”
She shrugged. “I don’t see why you’re making this such a big deal. It’s just hair.”
“Yeah, my hair.” He was about to turn and leave, when he heard her start to snicker. He glared at her over his shoulder. “What’s so funny?”
“That pout…is so cute!” she cried.
His eyes widened. “Wha?”
She gave him a wide grin. “Wanna hang out sometime, Akaya?”
He didn’t like how she used his first name so friendly-like. They weren’t friends. “What do you mean?”
“Like a date or something.”
He nearly choked. “A d-date?!” Wait a minute, since when did girls ask guys out?! Wasn’t it supposed to be the other way around?
“Yeah.”
She’s crazy, was all he could think. Absolutely nuts. The most impolite foreigner I’ve ever met just asked me out. The hell?
“Sorry, tennis practice usually runs pretty late most days,” he mumbled, smirking cruelly in his mind.
“That’s okay, so do my softball practices. We can have dinner or go see a movie or something.”
Dammit, think of something! I don’t want the rest of the school thinking I’m actually dating her!
“I’m usually really tired after practice though.”
She quirked a brow. “I’d be a little worried if you weren’t. You can take a shower before we go.”
Why is she so damn smart? She tosses aside my excuses like they don’t even matter!
“Um…”
“You don’t like me very much, do you, Akaya?” He glanced at her. She suddenly looked very sad. “It’s okay if you don’t. Nobody really likes me here. I’m the new girl so I kind of expected this treatment.”
“It’s…not that.” Okay, maybe it is a little. “I’ve just…never…you know…been on a date before.”
“Oh. Well neither of I,” she perked up. “I don’t wanna make you uncomfortable, Akaya. I like you. You’re an interesting guy.”
He blinked. “But you hardly know me.”
“And that’s why I wanna go on a date with you. I want to know more about you.”
Akaya was speechless. He was thankful the rest of the tennis team had left already. He’d be too embarrassed to face them if they knew he was about to agree to go on a date with the new girl. He found himself nodding to her request. What’s the worst that could happen? he thought.

“Is it clear tonight?”
Akutsu glanced over at Takara before looking up at the sky. “Yeah,” he answered.
“Are the stars out?”
“Almost.”
“Am I a burden to you, Akutsu-san?”
There was a long pause. “What do you think?”
She bit her lip. “I think I annoy you.”
“That’s about right.”
“G-Gomen.”
“Don’t apologize, idiot.”
“But I—”
“I didn’t say it bothered me, did I?”
Takara was silent. “I bet you wish you had never met me.”
“Stop saying stupid things. It’s annoying.”
“See? I do annoy you.”
“Because you don’t know when to be quiet.”
Akutsu really wasn’t a socialite. His people skills were extremely poor. He looked over at the blind girl. She looked very lost, just sitting beside him. “G-Gomen nasai, Akutsu-san,” she muttered. The silver-haired teen sighed heavily and grabbed her wrist, pulling her into his arms. Takara gasped, unable to comprehend what was happening.
“I told you not to apologize,” he growled.
It was in that moment that Takara truly wished to be able to see him. Jin Akutsu was a mystery to her; a mystery that had been by her side for the past few weeks. She wanted to know what he looked like and why he found it odd that she wasn’t afraid of him. She slowly reached up a hand and caressed the side of his face. She felt him stiffen. “I want to see you,” she whispered.
“No you don’t,” he spat.
“Yes I do.” She traced his jaw line and lips. Then she reached up to touch his hair. “Akutsu-san, what color are your eyes?”
“Gold…like the sun,” he mumbled.
“They sound nice.”
He snorted. “Most people say I look like a monster.”
“You’re not a monster.”
“How can you tell?”
“I just know. You wouldn’t be here with me now if you were a monster.”
Akutsu stayed silent. It felt…nice, for lack of a better word; just being alone with Takara like he was. She listened to him and didn’t judge him. He found it unfair that someone like her had to suffer through being unable to see. He unconsciously brushed his fingers through her red hair.
“Akutsu-san…am I pretty?”
He blinked and stared down at her. “That’s a stupid question,” he grumbled. Takara’s shoulders slumped and she bit her bottom lip. Akutsu leaned down to whisper in her ear, “Of course you’re pretty, idiot.” The blush on her cheeks was enough to tell him that he had said the right thing.

“YOU!” Hitomi growled when she spotted her cousin at school the next day. Yuushi Oshitari had never been frightened in his life. However, he knew that his cousin could be absolutely ruthless when angry and decided on the lesser of two evils. He ran. His teammates snickered as the Hyotei prodigy left the school campus just because his older cousin was pissed at him.
“I wonder what Oshitari-senpai did,” Ootori wondered aloud.
“I could care less,” Shishido growled. He noticed Gakuto snickering into his hand. “Something funny?”
“Yuushi’s such an idiot,” the magenta haired-teen said.
“What did he do, Mukahi-senpai?” Ootori asked.
“He told me that Hitomi likes me, when she clearly told him NOT to tell me. Prodigy my ass, seriously.”

To say that Yuuta was surprised when his brother suddenly brought home a strange girl was an understatement. Syuusuke never brought girls home. In fact, he usually never brought anyone home. Their sister greeted the strange girl but all Yuuta could do was stare at the pleasant expression on his older brother’s face. Syuusuke seemed truly happy.
“Yuuta, I’d like for you to meet a friend of mine,” the prodigy suddenly said.
“I’m Sapphire Tsukino. Nice to meet you,” the girl said with a bow. She had a distinct accent that sounded American.
“Y-Yeah, nice to meet you,” Yuuta replied. He lowered his voice. “Aniki, since when do you bring girls home?”
Sapphire blushed. Syuusuke’s smile widened and let his hand slip into hers. Yuuta watched with morbid fascination. “Because Tsukino-san is important to me, Yuuta,” he answered. “Nee-san, do you think you could make us some pie?”
“Of course, Syuusuke,” Yumiko said cheerfully. “Would you like some too, Yuuta?”
“Uh…hai.”
Syuusuke and Sapphire went up to the prodigy’s room, still holding hands. Still confused at learning that his brother was actually dating someone, Yuuta seemed to zone out for a bit until his sister called him back to reality. “Something on your mind, Yuuta?” she asked.
He blushed slightly. “Aniki’s never really liked someone before, right, nee-san?”
“Hmm…I don’t think so. Why?”
“It just seems weird.”
“Our brother is a nice person, Yuuta. Why does it seem weird that he should like someone?”
“I just never pictured aniki with anyone before.”
Yumiko smiled. “Are you wishing you had someone special too?”
“N-No!” he said quickly, blushing like mad. “It’s just…aniki is…aniki. I don’t know what that girl sees in him.”
The older woman patted his head. “You’ll understand someday, Yuuta. You’re still young.”
Yuuta pouted. “I want to understand now, nee-san.”
“Why don’t you called Bonnie-chan and invite her over?”
Yuuta’s cheeks turned red. “She’s probably with Mizuki-san.”
“Oh? They’re dating?”
“Yeah.”
“I’m sorry, Yuuta.”
He looked up in surprise. “Sorry? For what?”
“I thought you liked Bonnie-chan.”
“Yeah, as a friend. Mizuki-san treats her well, from what I’ve seen.”
Yumiko bit her lip. “Are you sure that’s all you felt for her?”
Yuuta blinked in confusion. “Nee-san, you’re not making any sense.”
Yumiko smiled slightly. He’s still a child, I have to remember that, she thought. He’s psychically grown up, but not mentally.

Shiori had never seen Eiji so broken-hearted when she told him that she was going to a different high school than him. “I’m sorry, Eiji, really,” she said. “But I had already taken the entrance exams long before we started dating.”
He continued to stare at his feet. “I don’t want to be separated from you,” he mumbled stubbornly. “What if you meet someone else?”
She smiled. “You’re the only one for me, Eiji. I don’t fall in love easily, you know. Don’t worry about it. We can still walk home together and see each other everyday after school.”
“Yeah…but it won’t be the same, nya.”
She leaned closer and kissed him softly. “I promise to call you everyday.”
She could tell he was still upset when they walked to school the next day. Graduation was fast approaching for the third years. Eiji was in a depressing mood, which reflected in his tennis playing.
Eiji frowned. “Shiori-chan…she’s…she’s going to another high school.”
Oishi smiled sadly. “It’s not like she’s leaving the country, Eiji. She’s still in Tokyo.”
“I know but…”
“I understand, Eiji. It’s tough to accept.”
“Where’s Tonya-chan going for high school?”
“I convinced her to take the Seigaku High School entrance exams. I think she passed.”
Eiji slumped on the bench. “Why couldn’t Shiori-chan just take the Seigaku entrance exams like everyone else?” he pouted.
Oishi put a hand on his shoulder. “It’s not just being separated from her that’s bothering you, is it?”
“I’m afraid she might meet someone else, Oishi,” he replied.
The green-eyed boy frowned. “She wouldn’t do that to you, Eiji. She cares about you too much.”
“That’s what she said.”
“Do you not trust her or something?”
“Of course I trust her!” he shouted. “I just…don’t trust the boys at her new school.”
“You’re jealous,” Oishi mumbled.
“What?”
“It’s perfectly normal to feel that way, Eiji. Just don’t let it turn ugly.”
Eiji smiled at him slightly. “Nya, you really are like the mother of Seigaku.”
Oishi blushed slightly. “Thanks, I think.”

That's it for the random scenes from that ficcy! I started a new one yesterday, most likely an AtobeOC fic. Even though I LOVE Tezuka x Atobe to death, I like seeing Keigo with a girl once in a while too, you know? Read and enjoy!
***
The Hyotei regulars stared at their infuriated captain in shock. Atobe was known to be a drama queen; a diva. He didn’t get angry unless something REALLY pissed him off. He mostly lived alone in his huge mansion with the family butlers and maids. He was beautiful and knew it.
The tennis team knew that once every few months, Atobe would hire some famous artist, be it a painter or sculptor, and have them create masterpieces of HIM. He would spend hundreds of thousands of dollars, maybe even more, so that the works of art were absolutely perfect. Atobe Keigo desired the best and if he didn’t receive the best, well, he got angry. But this wasn’t the case, his teammates realized. There was something else that was angering their captain.
The only one who dared go near him at this dangerous time was Yuushi. He knew Atobe probably better than the others and knew how to handle him. Atobe seemed to be grumbling to himself, reminding the Hyotei prodigy of Ibu Shinji of Fudoumine. Yuushi cleared his throat and pushed his glasses further onto his nose. He placed a hand on Atobe’s shoulder. Atobe turned and glared at him, blue eyes ablaze.
“Atobe, forgive me for interrupting your tantrum, but is something wrong?”
Atobe had to count to ten before answering. “Of course something’s wrong!” he said airily. “I had everything planned out perfectly! I spent thousands of dollars!”
“You spent thousands of dollars on what?”
Atobe dug around in his school bag before taking out a painted picture that seemed to have been mysteriously crumpled up. He handed it over to Yuushi, who straightened it out to look at it better. Atobe then dramatically sighed and placed a hand over his eyes. Yuushi stared at the picture for a few minutes. The other regulars came up behind him. Shishido was the first to speak.
“You spent all your money on this?” he said.
“No!” Atobe snapped. “The signature! Look at the signature!”
“Lucas DeCredicci,” Gakuto read aloud. “What about him?”
Atobe frowned and tapped his foot. “He’s the artist I hired for this month,” he said impatiently.
“So why are you so upset about him?”
“Because he suddenly cancelled our deal this morning! He refuses to come paint me!”
Yuushi sighed heavily. “Atobe, it’s not the end of the world.”
“But it’s tradition, Yuushi! I can’t stop tradition! I need an artist and fast! Do any of you know famous artists?” They all stared blankly at him. “Why do I even bother asking?” he groaned.
“Um…I don’t know if this will help at all, but I know a very good artist, Atobe-san,” Ootori mumbled.
The Hyotei captain’s face broke into a smile. “You do? Who is it?”
“Well, she’s a student from my class and…”
“A student artist?” he scoffed. “No, no, no, Ootori. You know I only accept famous artists.”
“But she’s really good, Atobe-san. And since it’s on such short notice, I think you should accept the offer.”
“Show me some of her work and we’ll see. Although, I doubt her skills are any better than DeCredicci.”

Choutaro was under a lot of stress for the rest of the day. He had promised Atobe an artist and for once, he wanted to make the captain realize his worth. He wasn’t just Shishido’s doubles partner. He could contribute to other things besides tennis. He saw his classmate, Mizuno Natari, in the last class of the day. She always carried around a sketchbook and drawing utensils. He had seen some of her drawings and thought they were extremely good for a junior high school student.
He sat beside her and gave her a warm smile. “Konnichiwa, Mizuno-san,” he said.
“Oh, Ootori-kun,” she smiled back. Natari wasn’t particularly eye-catching. She was cute and nice, but there was nothing about her that stood out. Her hair was about shoulder length and dark brown. Her eyes were brown as well. He began to have different thoughts about letting her near Atobe, who exceeded beauty on all levels. If the artist he hired wasn’t attractive in any way, he deemed them worthless and sent them on their way.
Choutaro bit his lip. “Um…Mizuno-san…I was wondering, do you have any of your recent paintings with you right now?”
She blinked. “I think so. Why?”
“Well, I mentioned you to a friend this morning and he was interested in seeing your work.”
“Really?” She seemed mildly surprised, as if no one had ever truly thought her work was worth anything. Choutaro knew good art when he saw it. He smiled when she started to dig around in her portfolio. She took out two finished pieces: a landscape painting done in watercolor and a portrait of a regal figure done with oil paints. “Will these do?”
“Yes.” He gently placed them into his bag for safe keeping. “The truth is, Mizuno-san, my friend was actually looking to hire an artist for a month.”
“Oh? That sounds nice.”
“And he just found out this morning that the artist he had hired, Lucas DeCredicci, had backed out of the deal.”
Natari’s eyes were wide. “THE Lucas DeCredicci? Wow, your friend must be seriously loaded with cash.”
“Yes, well, he really needs an artist this month and I kind of…recommended you.”
He waited patiently for her to yell and scream. She just sat there, staring at him as though he had five heads. “You recommended…me?” she repeated.
“Well I know how good you are and…”
“I can’t believe this!”
Choutaro felt his hopes drop. “I’m sorry, Mizuno-san. I shouldn’t have said anything at all.”
“Are you crazy?” she said grinning. “This is the first time someone’s actually noticed me for what I can do! If he sees my work, he might hire me, right? How much we talking here?”
“I guess it all depends…some hundred thousand or more.”
Natari’s eyes looked strangely familiar to dollar signs. “I accept! But before all this goes down, I just have one question.”
“Hmm?”
“Who exactly is your friend?”
***
Choutaro had thought Natari would be even more thrilled to learn that she’d be painting the infamous Atobe Keigo. However, that was not the case. As soon as he had uttered his captain’s name, Natari’s excitement had died down and she then went into a small rant about how much she couldn’t stand Atobe.
He tried telling her that he really wasn’t all that bad, aside from his dramatics, but she wouldn’t bend to his will. She was firmly against Atobe and anyone who associated with him, but she then explained that the money he would probably offer could be useful. So she accepted…grudgingly.
Now the Scud Server found himself wandering the Hyotei campus looking for Atobe. Said person was lounging by the tennis courts, a horde of fans surrounding him. The only other person Choutaro recognized in the area was Kabaji.
“Ootori, do you have the paintings?” was the first thing Atobe said.
Choutaro nodded and handed them over. Atobe looked them over, trying to find some mistakes but to his utter disappointment, this student artist in Ootori’s class was good. She paid attention to perspective and detail and all the formal elements. Her style was simple yet that’s what drew him in. Atobe smirked over at Kabaji. “She’s pretty good, na, Kabaji?”
“Ossu.”
Choutaro looked hopeful. “Does that mean you’ll hire her, Atobe-san?”
“I suppose since I have no other choices. Tell her to come to my house this afternoon so that I can brief her on what I except from her.”
“H-Hai.”
***
Natari wasn’t happy. She’d just been offered a job painting for one of the richest people in Japan. Most people would be ecstatic. However, painting Atobe Keigo was not her idea of a fun job. The guy thought he was the greatest thing on the face of the earth, always uttering that ‘Be awed by my prowess’ line. She couldn’t stand him and often wondered just what everyone else saw in the guy.
Ootori had come to see her after going to see Atobe and that’s when he told her that the Hyotei diva had agreed to hire her. He then explained that Atobe wanted her to go to his home later that afternoon to discuss everything. That’s how Natari somehow found herself riding in one of Atobe’s limos once school was done. She had to admit, the guy did ride in style. When they arrived at his home, it took her a long time to remember JUST how rich his family actually was.
Natari held her book bag and portfolio tightly as she walked up the long path towards the front door. She was about to knock when the door opened, revealing an elderly man in a suit. “We’ve been expecting you, Mizuno-san,” he said with a bow. Unused to his politeness, Natari smiled and walked inside. Her eyes widened. This wasn’t a house.
It was a palace. The Atobe mansion was beautiful, for lack of a better word. Everything was perfect. Natari came from an okay family, but nothing this extravagant. There were two grand staircases that branched off along with several crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. She was so in awe from everything that she didn’t even notice the elderly man asking if she would like something to drink. She nodded slightly.
“Young master Keigo will be down to greet you shortly,” he said with another bow.
Natari wanted to take out her sketchbook and begin drawing immediately. As she stared wordlessly at everything, she failed to notice the figure gracefully walking down the stairs. When she did turn her head to look, at first she thought it was an ethereal being, or some valiant king out of a fantasy book. However, once she got a better look, she realized it was just Atobe Keigo, the ‘Monkey King.’
“So you are the famous Mizuno Natari that Ootori so graciously recommended, aa?” he said with that usual drawl. She nodded, trying to hide her dislike for the boy in front of her. He was only fourteen years old and yet he acted like he was king of all that was beautiful. “You aren’t much to look at,” he sneered. “Usually I want my hired artists looking somewhat decent. Oh well, since you will be living here for a month, I’m sure the maids could fix you up.”
“Wait, I’ll be living here for a month?” she interrupted.
He narrowed his eyes. “Yes. Weren’t you aware?”
“No.”
He flicked his hair. “Well, now you know. I like my artists here on a moment’s notice so that I don’t have to call them out each time. It makes sense, doesn’t it?”
“I guess…but what about my family?”
“I will notify them immediately. All I ask of you tonight is that you pack your belongings and prepare to move in tomorrow.”
“Ootori-kun said that we would discuss my pay and anything else I asked about.”
“Ah, yes.” He stepped in front of her, smiling, and gracefully plopped down onto a large sofa. He crossed his legs. “I estimated your work to be worth roughly a few hundred thousand dollars.” Her eyes widened. “However, since you will be painting me at various times of the month while continuing your studies at Hyotei, I decided a much large fee was acceptable. As you may have heard, the artist I had hired for this month abandoned me at the last minute. I am quite lucky to have found you, Mizuno.”
“Uh…thank you?”
“There are a number of guestrooms on the second story. You are welcome to choose any of them, except the ones that have my friends’ names on them.”
“Your friends?”
“From the tennis club. They stop by from time to time, so don’t be alarmed.”
“I see.”
“I have materials, should you need them, for your art as well.”
The butler from before seemed to appear at Natari’s side and held out her requested drink. “T-Thank you,” she mumbled. She turned her attention back to Atobe, who seemed to be thoroughly pleased with himself.
“Also, if you get lost, don’t hesitate to ask any of the maids for help.”
“Um…where will I be painting you?”
He smirked. “An excellent question. I actually have my own private studio on the other side of the estate. We will go there everyday when I want you to paint.”
Natari was still so overwhelmed by everything. “Are you really sure you want me doing this, Atobe…san?”
“I’ve never had a student artist paint for me before, so it will be different. However, from the looks of your work, I think you can handle it. If that is all, I will see you tomorrow.” He stood up, waved her goodbye, and walked back up the stairs. She stared after him.
“Mizuno-san, I will show you to the door,” the butler stated. “There will be a limousine waiting for you when you leave. Please have a safe ride home.”
“Um…yeah. Thanks. Bye.” Natari left feeling like she had just met the Queen of England.
