If Only It Were True...part5
~~nicole nodded. david took her hand and led her away from everyone. nicole gave me a surprised look over her shoulder as she was led to the back of the bus. i raised my eyebrows then did no more. they had disappeared to the back.
~~i looked at the others. benji was the only one that noticed that they went away.
~~in the back david told nicole to sit down on one of the chairs. he sat on the armrest and took her hand. nicole waited for him to say something. everything was quiet for wut seemed the longest time ever. then david spoke.
~~"nicole, i kno ive only just met u...but..." his voice died away as he thought of the words to say. nicole waited in silence. then david swallowed and continued, "...evn tho i jus met u...and once this tour is ovr with...i want u to stay with me for a while..."
~~nicole stared at david. it felt as if time had frozen everything. she was so happy she couldnt speak. then she took a deep breath and smiled. "of course i will," she breathed.
~~david smiled and pulled nicole into his arms. he embraced her for a few second b4 kissin her on the cheek.
~~nicole hoped david couldnt see how much she was blushing. jus then, seb called to the back of the bus, "food!"
~~david looked up. "is that all he thinks about?" he chuckled b4 standing up. he waited for nicole to get up and walk out b4 him.
~~as they walked back over to where we all were, seb laughed. i smiled at nicole. "wut were u 2 doing back there?" i teased her.
~~"wut? i swear, nikki, u can be so perverted sometimes..." nicole told me. i laughed. it wasnt the first time someone had sed that to me.
~~"so.." joel sed, "...wut is there to eat? im starving!"
~~"well theres--"
~~the bus driver cut seb off. "were almost there!" he called back.
~~there was a loud screaching noize then the bus driver honked. we heard a loud crash outside and glass shattering. the bus slammed to a stop. i jerked forward. i got up and rubbed my neck.
~~we all walked off the bus. no one from GC or SP cared that the guards werent around us. once i got out of the bus i couldnt believe wut i saw...
