   Da One An' Only Minnesota State Fair!
WOW. the state fair was fun! it was one of my better visits. ^_^ I played games, went on rides, and ate food! (well duh!) let's see. there was a lot to eat. this is what I ate. (that I can remember)
Corn on the cob
snow cone
Fresh French Fries (say THAT 5 times fast!)
Brownie
Giant Pickle! (yum)
A little cheesebread
chocolate ice cream cone
Last, but defiantly nor least, I had Sweet Martha’s Chocolate Chip cookies. Man! Those are good! They’re my breakfast for like, the next 2 days. (my dad and I bought 2 buckets. That won’t last long! lol)

Games: Not as much, but I did win some cool stuff.
-The game where you toss a ball and it has to land in a colored cup. I got a large stuffed animal right off the bat!
-The “Catch-a-metal-ball-in-the-holder…-thing.” (won twice)
-Skee ball
-Water shooter. Almost won.
I won 3 stuffed animals in all.
I saw 2 bands there. One I didn’t really like. The other one was Restless Heart. They seemed fine. My dad and I were there from 12:30 to about 10pm. We went there with like $250 and came back with about $50. I also did sand art. If you don’t know, it’s just putting colored sand into a bottle. I choose a rectangle one. I think it’s pretty cool. I’ve made 5 so far. And they are all awesome. ^_^ I did that when I was half asleep. But it turned out fine. When it was light out, I went to the “International Bazaar”. Very fun. I wanted to get a guitar but they were ruined in the rain. (me -_-…) so, since that didn’t work, I went straight to the Japanese section. ^_~. I bout a little panda, a coin, and I necklace that has “Faith” in Japanese. So you could say I had a pretty good time.
p.s. this is a VERY long post. I’m beginning to type too much. Lol.

PPS -or- PSS I hope I didn’t seem braggy. I only go once a year. If you haven’t gone to your state fair, or just A state fair. YOU SHOULD! I think its fun and a good time. Try to go!

open house
today was open house. and I HAVE GREAT NEWS! MY CLASSES HAVE CHANGED! I HAVE ART (PLUS SOME OTHER CLASSES) INSTEAD OF CHIOR! YES!!!!! in art, we doing a japanese thing. THAT got my attention! my eyes just lit up. and we're going to do origami and making jewelery too! it's going yo be SO much fun! One of my friends is in 2 of my clases. math and english. english seems kinda hard........but rest seem fine. tommorrow is orientation. actually, if you are reading this on thursday, then it already happened! lol.
in another story, my dad was really getting me in the dumps today i would talk to a friend, and 2 seconds later i was being pulled away. rude. very rude. he ruins my good time. heh. more like he ruins my life. it's almost like i've had to live almost on my own since i as 6. but i'm not goig to gt into that. maybe ;ater...
(yawn..) i'm getting tired. i'm atually not supposed to be on the oomputer. or online. my dad's asleep in the next room. but i don't care. but shhh....don't want to wake him. that really won't end
well.
keep our fingers crossed that i get up at 6 in the morning!

sorry!
sorry i didn't post yesterday. i was looking at other people's sites and their posts and watching yu-gi-oh! (lol) yadda yadda. anyway, all i was going to say was this: take my advice. don't mess with Kaiba's blue eyes. it won't end well. yesterday's episode of yu-gi-oh! confirmed that. i had a dream 2 nights ago. that i was hanging out with Kaiba and mokuba. and i was the same size as mokuba! lol. anyway, Kaiba was doing his "I'm the greatest ever!" shtick and mokuba and i are like, "Here we go again." then Kaiba was standing on this....thing...in the water. and he was laughing cause he had a blue-eyes, and magic card and def. monster on the "field" i think he was deillusional. i thought, "If he cares so much about his monsters, he should be more careful" so, Kaiba couldn't see me cuz he had his eyes closed and he was laughing. i moved his blue-eyes card to the middle of his duel disk, then he stopped and said, "What are you doing?!?!?!" i said i was taking care of his cards and then it went to something COMPLETELY un-realated. then that night Joey took Kaiba's blue-eyes and yeah, Kaiba go mad. I thought it was kinda funny. anyway....so, that's all i was going to say.

for today, um...i went to my friend's house and we were outside all day pretty much, before that i played with my next-door neighbor's cat. (She's so cute ^_^) and i almost burnt my waffles this morning. Oh and today is open house. tomorrow is orientation, and the day after Labor Day is HIGH SCHOOL.....! Hope I don't get lost. it's freakin big!!!!!

   Totally Awesome Day!
today was great. the weather was perfect. my friend and i hung out all day. i had dinner over there, it was chicken. (YUM!) before that, we painted. just some random thing to do. it was fun and i made some cool painting. ^_^ anyway, after dinner, and after the dishes were clean, we came over to my house and made blueberry muffins! ^_^-YAY! the last batch is in now. what was funny is that the phone rang while we were baking, and i picked it up even though i didn't reconize the ID. so i picked it up and they asked for me. (actually they siad "Kristen" when my name is "Kirsten." but i don't care.) so the guy said his name, which i didn't catch, and ased if i went to CRHS. which i do. but then i thought, "a guy is calling me?" i was happy yet confused at the same time. but, then he said he was my team leader and was reminding me about the orintation this week. i siad, "Oh. heh yeah. i'm going with my friend." so i hung up and my friend was going on and on about how it was unfair that i had a guy leader. then she asked me if he sounded hot. i started laughing and then she got too excited for me and i started bang my head on the counter. i thought it was hilarious.
this last batch is almost done and my friend left 'cause it was getting dark. now i'm just wating for the last ones to bake and after that i'll watch Yu-Gi-Oh! (nothing stops me from watching that. i always find some way to not miss it. ^_~) today was really really cool. it's been like this [the weather] for the past 4 days. hope it last. it better!

   a somewhat long day.................... ZzZzZzZzZ...
i kinda had a long day. i wasn't ou that much, but i am still a little tired. my dad wanted to go look at some trees. out yard really needs it. it was a little ways away but not too far. like 45 miles. on the way, we stopped at arby's. then went to the tree nursury. this dude was showing us these trees while going by them in his truck. sometimes we went really fast and that was really fun, going over piles of dirt and stuff. after that, we went to an old baseball feild they were tearing up. dad wanted to get one thing, but it took awhile. the fence was down, and the number "3" on a sign was on it. it took about an hour to get it off. it was in a hard spot. then we went to target, went a little shopping. i got a new backback. it's a forest green with a pink trim messenger bag. so...after that went gorcery shopping. was there for a while. so i came home and waited for my dad to get off the phone so i could go online and use the computer. but to mainly be online. ;D
I'm looking forward to the State Fair this year. i'm going on friday. It's really fun. there's a lot to do. it costs a lot but i don't think it's that much. i mean my dad and i are staying the whole day. so, like, 10 hours. this may seem a lot to some of you, but my dad and i have brought $200 to the fair, and have returned with money. I CAN'T WAIT!

I watched the Inu Yasha movie last night. it was good. shippou and miroku were the funny ones in this moviei thought. and i thought to robe was actually a robe. it was just like a scarf-thing. but it was still cool. but.....i still think the first one was better. i don't know if it had more action in it or what, i just think Affections Traveling Across Time was better than The Castle Beyond The Looking Glass.
