Cronicle Fire


Chapter 2

“IS THAT ALL YOU GOT!?!” the demon yelled at me. I had combined with Shadow and taken my full form. This twilight form was amazing, but it wasn't handling like had thought. He charged. I intercepted the attack. Knowing there would be a surge of power after the impact. Our blades clashed. The energy of the impact was huge. It shattered all the glass on the buildings.

“Now!” I said jumping back.

“Fennikkusu Ryu: Zangetsu!(cutting moon)” I called. I dashed at full speed at the demon.

“You fool. Using battojutsu is useless on me!” he yelled. He went to slash at me. He was using a diagonal slash coming from the top right. As the blade came down I made my move. Just before he hit I stopped and jumped back. Not too far but just far enough to launch the second part of my attack. He had made his strike and hit the ground. I was right in front of him. I unsheathed my blade and made a rising diagonal slash against his chest. Blood raining from the wound. He yelled in pain.

“YOUR DEAD YOU BASTARD!!!!!” He yelled charging at me. I closed my eyes and sensed his rage in the atmosphere. His rage will be his undoing. I blocked his strike and aimed for his head. He dodged the attack and tried to counter. I dodged the attack and jumped back. This was hard.

“If you want to get into the Fennikkusu Ryu then we shall. Fennikkusu Ryu: Hosenka!” he yelled charging his sword.

“Fine. Fennikkusu Ryu: kurimuson hinote!” i called charging my blade. We glared at each other blades blazing.

“NOW!!!!” we both yelled. He launched 7 large blasts of fire at me. I launched 1 large blast that made his look like love taps. It overlapped his and screeched twords him. He jumped to dodge it like I had planned. I was waiting in the air, wings spread.

“Now something that I learned from anime. Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu: Kuzu ryu sen! (hiten mitsurugi style: nine dragon strike)” I said. My blade struck all nine vital points in swordsmanship at the same time. Its a lightning fast attack that has only one rival move. But thats a different story. The demon fell to the ground. He was bleeding badly.

“This will end it,” I said dashing to the ground.

“You think its that easy. If you and I become one than we will govern this body together,” he said. I stopped.

“What do you mean?” I asked.

“Think about it. The three of us, Sano, Shadow, and by the way my name is Namara, if we can control this body than we will be all powerful,” Namara said trying to convince me.

“No,” i said coldly.

“Nani?” he asked irritated.

“If i let you run free than your a danger to my friends. I can't let you exist. So goodbye Namara-kun.” I said extending my hand.

“Twilight Style: Equal Punishment!” I gathered light and dark energy into my hand and formed it into an arrow.

“Fire,” i said blasting the arrow. It hit him. Hard. It disintegrated him. As his body disappeared he spoke.

“Know this, as long as your anger exist, I will exist. You can't get rid of me. Later Sano-dono, Shadow-dono,” he said fading. We separated after the battle. We stared at each other.

“So is this goodbye?” I asked.

“No. I'm the other half of you. You'll hear from me soon,” he said waving.

“Later,” I said. After That I snapped out of the trance that Hephaestus had put me in.

“What the hell just happened?” I asked.

“That just unlock your pendent. Look,” Hephaestus said pointing at my pendent. It was open. It looked like a yin-yang.

“This is the stone of purification. Isn't it?” I asked.

“Yes. It has the ability to make the light dominant over the dark. And vice-versa. It can also separate the two,” he said. I looked at it.

“But what dose that have to do with my super Phoenix form?” I asked.

“This!” he shouted coming at me. My eyes turned bright red. I jumped back and dashed in with blinding speed. It shocked him. I stopped 2 inches from his neck.

“What was that?” I said snapping out of it.

“That was the dormant flame. Try going Super Phoenix form,” he said.

“Alright. Su-pa kaihen!” I shouted. My body burned bright red. It was hot. My arms became covered in a thick silver armor. My chest got covered in a black and red plated armor plate. My hair spiked up. My eyes were fox like. My sword and shield were the same but were more powerful. The flames receded. I looked up.

“Welcome Knight of the blazing realm,” Hephaestus said.

“This power is amazing. What are these different colored rings on the back of my shield?” I asked.

“Don't know. Well find out later, but for now can you heat this metal?” he asked.

“Sure,” I said extending my hand. It glowed red and the metal that was nowhere close ignited. I ended the flames.

“Thanks here is your stone. May it help you,”he said. I bowed and exited the room. Outside of the volcano I stood standing staring at the city.

“Sano?” something called.

“Nani?”I asked.

“Oy your useless. Its me. Shadow,” he said.

“Oh. What is it?” i asked.

“I think that stone can separate our bodies and personality's. Try it,” he said.

“Alright. Twilight separation,” I called. I de-phoenixed and my body was engulfed in a white light. It separated into a black and white light side by side. The lights faded. I was in Tori (bird) form. I looked to my left. Shadow was standing next to me he was in a black button up shirt. A pair of black jeans. And a black I-pod. He had a sword on his right side. His ears were standing up. His tail was swaying in the breeze.

“Nice to see you again, Sano-kun,” he said

“Like wise Kage-kun,” i said.
“So this is the outside world. Its nice,” Twitch. He sensed something.

“What is it?”

“I sense.....water, thunder,wind, and a fire starter,” he said.

“That must be Kira-san and the others. You would like them. Lets go,” I said. I took to the air. As I flew he ran. We made it to the hotel in no time flat. We walked in.

“Tadaimasu!” we said at the same time. Kira-san woke up and looked at us.

“Sano-kun?” she asked.

“Yes?” we said at the same time. She fainted.

“Who's there?” Marco-kun said coming into the room. He took one look at us.

“Aw hell. What did you do now?” he asked.

“Its a long story. But first, this is Shadow. The Kitsune half of my being,” I said.

“Nice to meet you,” he said.

“Ok. Where did he come from?” Marco-kun asked.

“Its a long story,” i said. After a hour conversation we finally went to bed. Kitsunami didn't wake up. Oh well. She'll find out in the morning.

“Sano-kun. I sense something. It is evil and darkness combined. I think its your friend Kimari,” Shadow said.

“Well then lets help him,” I said

Chronicle Water


Chapter 3

……………………. Ow. That hurt a lot. I woke up to find myself in the hotel room. On the adjacent bed lay Kitsunami-san. She was out of it as much as I was. I guess the force of that last confrontation took its toll on the both of us.

“So you woke up Kira-san,” Marco-kun said from the corner of the room.

“So, who won?” I asked him.

“Tie. You knocked each other out at the same time. She put up a good fight. As did you,” he said with a smirk.

“Where are Kagome-chan and Meia-chan?”

“They went out to buy something to eat. They should be back any time now,” he said looking at the door. He stopped leaning against the wall and walk over to the T.V. He turned it on and began to watch Yu Yu Hakusho. Good anime by the way. We sat there and watched for a while. Finally Kitsunami-san woke up. She looked around ears drooping. She looked dazed and confused. It was the same way I looked when I woke up.

“Where am I?” she asked

“We’re back in the room,” I told her.

“Who won?” she asked.

“It was a draw,” Marco-kun said.

“Damn,” she said looking down.

“Why couldn’t I defeat a busu like her?” she muttered to herself.

“Because we’re evenly matched. Nothing to be ashamed of,” I told her.

“Now what will I tell Ni-chan? I couldn’t get Sano-kun to help,” she said.

“What’s the matter?” I asked her.

“A demon tribe has occupied my homeland. Their destroying our food, water, shelter and lives. They eat anything and everything in their path. Filthy savages. Their a bunch of parasites. Latching on to my people and draining their strength. My brother, Kuroku-nichan, went to rally a group to help defeat them, but they’ll need help. That’s why I need Sano-kun. I’ve never meet him but I guess he’s not weak. He’ll help right?” she asked.

“If I know Sano-chan then he’ll help without a moment’s hesitation. We’ll help to, right Marco-kun?” I asked him.

“Like we have a choice. We can’t not help them,” he said.

“Tadaimasu!” Kagome-chan and Meia-chan shouted coming into the hotel room. They had bags of food and a new hat.

“What’s the hat for?” I asked.

“It’s for Kitsunami-chan. Her old one was burned up in the battle. Do you like it?” Kagome-chan asked.

“Um yeah it’s nice. You humans are weird,” Kitsunami-san said.

“Well what did you guys get to eat?” Marco-kun said with a hungry look on his face.

“We have all the makings for a nice curry dinner. It should be good,” Meia-chan said.

“Say, Meia-chan?” I asked.

“What is it?” She asked back.

“I was wondering, why are you and your brother the Phoenix of dark and light?” I asked.

“Well, that’s an interesting story. See oni-chan and I were normal kids. But that changed when he found something in the street near our house. It was an orb of dark energy. He went to pick it up and the sky darkened. As if all hell was about to brake louse. For me I was scared out of my wits. All he did was look back at me and tell me he would protect me. He picked up the orb and absorbed its power. Thus becoming the Phoenix of darkness. When he did a light pierced the dark sky and shined down on me. As I watch the light a small orb also landed in my hands. The rest is history. We trained hard to home our skills and left home to find the others,” she told us.

“That’s cool. So that’s what happened to you?” Kagome-chan asked.

“Was it different for you?” Meia-chan asked.
“Yeah. For me I was surrounded by a huge wind. It was violent and powerful. It blew this round thing into my stomach and I transformed. It was like fate chose us. Kira-chan was it like that for you?” she asked.

“No. My oka-chan gave me her old gauntlets that contained the power,” I said.

“So what about Sano-kun was it like that for him as well?” Meia-chan asked.

“Don’t know,” I answered.

“Well regardless. We should begin to make dinner. Marco-kun is out cold,” Kitsunami-san said pointing. Marco-kun was on the ground asleep from being food deprived. He hasn’t eaten in 3 days. Because we’ve been fighting, so as he slept we made the food. And when we finished he was already at the table. Waiting for us. He was really hungry. We ate dinner and divided the room. Kitsunami-san had the coach, I had a bed, Kagome-chan got a bed, Meia-chan was in the corner, and Marco-kun was outside standing guard.

“I wonder what Sano-kun is doing?” I asked myself before going to sleep.

Chronicle Light

Chapter 3


Meia here. This was getting out of control. Kitsunami-chan was going up against Kira-chan and Kagome-chan. They weren’t fairing to well. This girl was well versed in nin-jutsu. She had created a Kage-bushin (shadow clone) to fight Kagome-chan as she fought Kira-chan. This battle was intense. All Marco-kun and I could do was watch as the three of them fight. Marco-kun knew he shouldn’t watch but couldn’t look away.

“KUSU!!!!” Kira-chan shouted in anger. She was in Phoenix-form. Her Rapid Falls Assault was matching Kitsunami-chan move for move. Kagome-chan was pinned in a corner trying to fight free.

“Alright. If you want to play like that,” Kitsunami-chan said. She backed of her attack.

“Kage bushin no Jutsu!” She shouted. She made yet another clone. The clone went behind Kitsunami-chan and stood still. They both closed their eyes and concentrated. I could see the look of focus on their faces. Suddenly her eyes snapped open. She dashed at Kira-chan. But before she struck she leaped over her. The clone was right there to attack. Kira-chan didn’t see it coming. The clone hit her mark and hit Kira-chan in the stomach. She lost her breath and had a distant look in her eyes. The blow was clean and well thought. But it wasn’t over yet. The real Kitsunami-chan was right behind her with her hand stretched out. Fingers spread. Kira backed into her hand. Her head snapped around to see the look in Kitsunami-chan’s face. It was a look of disgust and hate. Like the kind your parents give you if you disappoint them. Her hand started to spark and glow. She was creating a flame. But it was different. It was white. That kind of flame burns only in stars. This can’t be put out with water.

“Goodbye. Busu, (Ugly woman: extremely disrespectful)” She launched the flame. The force of the blast was great. It created a blinding light of pure energy. Kitsunami-chan looked down to see her handy work. She then looked shocked to find me controlling the white fire.

“Meia-chan? How did you do that?” Kira-chan asked me.

“I have know idea. But may as well roll with this,” I said. I took the flame and redirected it at Kitsunami-chan. Her clone sacrificed itself to protect her.

“How are you doing this?” Kitsunami-chan asked.

“Like I said. I have no idea. But I guess I can do this now,” I said. I stretched out my hand. I concentrated and began to create a white flame.

“Eat this winch!” I said launching the blast. She dodged it in time. Kira-chan was ok for now. I looked over at Kagome-chan. She was in rough shape. Her head was bleeding. She couldn’t last much longer. As the clone formed a red flame in her hand a yellow fire blast came out of nowhere. The clone backed off and Marco-kun dropped to the ground. Landing on his feet. He also was in Phoenix-form. He was glowing with a yellow and red ora. The tips of his hair were red. His pants had red lightning patterns on them. His sleeves were red with yellow lightning patterns. His blades were changed. They had the fire insignia on the ends.

“Marco-kun?” I asked. He looked at his hand.

“So this is the power I felt. I read the journal in Sano-kun’s bag. It said that the phoenix of fire, once fusing with another phoenix, can share his powers with that one. And he as well can borrow from them. This is called ’Flame intensity’,” he said. He looked up. He shot of three fire blast at the clone. It dodged them all but failed to see Marco-kun behind itself. He quickly bisected it vertically. As it disappeared he looked over at the original.

“Kira-san, can you do this?” he asked.

“Well no. Fire and water don’t mix. So Sano-chan and I have never fused,” she said.

“Oh well. Why don’t you go Super Phoenix-form than?” he asked.

“I hadn’t thought of that,” she said.

“SU-PA-KAIHEN!!!!!” she shouted. Her body was engulfed in water. Changing her completely. AS she emerged her Super Phoenix –form was reviled.

“Now we begin,” she said.

“Fine. Let’s go,” Kitsunami-chan said. The two of them dashed at full speed at each other. The clash was so huge that it created a sonic boom. The rest of us were blown away, but they kept at it. Matching each other blinding speed with blinding speed. Kira-chan got a quick jab in and knocked Kitsunami-chan into the air. She leapt after her.

“Now, Uchiha sasuke’s Barrage of lions!” she shouted. She rotated Kitsunami-chan’s body slightly. Kira-chan kicked but it was blocked. She then backhanded Kitsunami-chan in the face. Sending her to the ground. Kira-chan then punched her in the face and followed. But as Kira-chan went for the battle-ax kick to finish it, Kitsunami-chan regained balance and blocked it. After that clash the two separated and stared each other down.

“Next one wins. Agreed?” Kitsunami-chan asked.

“Fine with me,” Kira-chan answered. The two made a mad dash for the other. Flames were sparing from Kitsunami-chan’s back. And like wise Water was propelling Kira-chan forward. This would surly end it.

“AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH”

“RAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH” they shouted as the hurtling towards each other. Their fists met and the sonic boom from before had returned. As the sound and pressure faded both were face down on the ground.

Chronicle Wind

chapter 3

“HAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!” Marco-kun shouted as he lunged twords Zeus. He had his hand in his sword. I looked at him. he looked like a man.

“Have at thee heathen!” Zeus said gripping a Rapier. He unsheathed his first blade and attacked Zeus. I watched as the two fighters of opposite fighting styles clash. He was cool.

“BAH! I shall end this with one swift strike. Lightning AX!!!!!” Zeus yelled. His blade began to glow an evil yet divine yellow.

“Thin I shall match it with this. Have at you,” Marco-kun said. His entire body began to glow. But what I sensed was not thunder, but fire. He was giving off fire and lightning , but thats impossible.

“NOW!!!!!” Zeus yelled lunging at Marco-kun. Marco-kun looked up and drew his other blade .The twin blades he had in each hand crossed paths and bisected Zeus at the waist.

“Well that was certainly entertaining,” Zeus said at his chair. Marco-kun glared at him.

“You are defeated. Give me the stone,” Marco-kun demanded.

“Fine. Its yours,” he said tossing it to Marco-kun.

“But the girl is mi-”

“If you value your divinity then you won't finish that sentence,” Marco-kun said with his blades at Zeus' neck.

“Fine fine,” Zeus said sweating. “You can have her back. Later,” he said disappearing.

“We're going, Kagome-san,” Marco-kun said walking twords the exit.

“Coming,” I shouted running twords him. As we walked he transformed back to normal form. He was silent and stared at his hand.

“Just then. As I attacked him. You saw it right? The fire?” he asked me. I had seen it.

“Yeah. I saw it. But how did you do it?” I asked him.

“Don't know. It was as if Sano-kun was helping me through my fight. I think this might be a new ability. Do you know where he keeps his fathers journal? It might have the answer,” he asked.

“We can ask him when the others find him,” I said. A we exited the long hall we went down to the hotel. There we found Meia-chan and Kira-chan.

“Hey you guys haven't left yet. Whats up?” Marco-kun asked.

“We think that he went to handle his problem. Or find his stone. But the thing is he wouldn't want us to get in his way. So were waiting here for him to return. How did it go Marco-kun?” Meia-chan asked.

“See for yourself,” he said pulling out the thunder stone.

“Cool. Four down three to go!” Kira-chan said.

“Now if Sano-kun and Oni-san would find theirs then we should be set,” Meia said.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!!!!!! Kira walked over to the door and opened it. It was a girl wearing a odd hat, tank top, and cargo pants.

“Can I help you?” Kira-chan asked.

“Yes. I'm looking for Yuroto Sanosuke. Is he here?” she asked. She couldn't have been more then 17 or 18.

“Why are you looking for him?” Kira-chan asked annoyed.

“Look is he in there or not?!” the girl said angry. Kira-chan grabbed her by her shirt.

“You better watch your step Kohai before I lose it(kohai: underclassmen),” she said. The hat fell to the ground reviling a pair of fox ears.

“What the hell are you?!?” Kira-chan yelled stepping back.

“I'm of the Kitsune-tribe. I'm a friend of Yuroto-kun's mother. She was of my tribe. And she promised me if she had a son that he would marry me,” she said with a serious look on her face.

“NANIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????” Kira-chan and I yelled.

“Who the hell do you think you are?!? Who are you?!?” we asked her.

“My name is Rutanaki Kitsunami. I am the only one who will have Yuroto Sanosuke,” she said.

“Over our dead bodies,” we said.

“Fine by me,” she said. Her ears raised to attention. And she had a tail. Within 2 seconds she was in front of Kira-chan. She snapped her fingers and created a ball of fire throwing it at her. Kira-chan blocked it with a water ball and jumped back.

“Lets take this outside,” Kira-chan said.

“Lets,” Kitsunami-chan said
