Turkey Bowl
At school yesterday we had this thing called turkey bowl that the school holds each year to raise money during the last day at school before thanksgiving break. We had to pay $3 dollars to get in but you don't really have a choice of going or not. Everyone seemed to enjoy it though but it didn't exactly thrill me. We had a dance afterwards and some of the girls started dancing like hoes. They had to break it up. They did this by announcing "Ok. Spread out. Let's keep it clean." I suppose it was a bit fun but not as much as I had hoped. The only good part was that some of the music was good. But they refused to play Barbie Girl by Aqua and I think they just didn't want to so they said they "lost it". Yeah right. Oh and I forgot to mention exactly what turkey bowl is. The cheerleaders dress up as football players and play football which made it boring because none of them could actually play. It was sevies vs. 8th graders. It was funny however when the guys on the football team dressed up as homecoming queens and cheerleaders because they really did look like girls and they acted really preppy. I was laughing my butt off. The cheerleaders A.K.A. guys did cheers, too. So I suppose that was worth $3 dollars but the rest was pretty lame. So that's about all that's been happening.
