A Day Out

Today, my mom took me for like a sort of Mother-Daughter day out. First off, we went and got my hair cut. I'm glad we did. I've been complaining about my hair for months now. But, I got it cut so it's shorter in the back than in the front because when it's long in the back it really bothers me when it gets tucked into my shirt. I really love how my hair looks now, though. Shopping... Shopping was fun. We looked around for some clothes that I would look nice in for the Spelling Bee. After going to three different stores we finally, or I finally, chose a few different shirts, two were for me, one plain blue sweatshirt, that was for me, and two pairs of cargo pants, also for me. One shirt that we got today, wasn't one that I might wear to the spelling bee, it's just one that I really liked. It says, 'SKATER' on it, but then it's got what looks like tape on it covering up the 'R' and below it it says 'OR DIE' so all together it says, 'SKATE OR DIE'. It's very cool. ^_^ My mom got my step-brother a shirt that says, Officer, I was speeding because...and then it's got a few pictures below that with captions, the first caption says: I have bad gas, the second one says: I thought you wanted to race, and the third one says: I was rushing home to watch Cops. Funny, eh? Where we went and what we did First we went to Glik's where I complained that all the jeans were too girly girl, too low-cut, or too tight. So, we finally left and went over to Maurice's and there, we got a good deal and bought me two pairs of cargo pants, one was green and the other was khaki, one shirt for me, it's blue and green to go with the green cargo's, and one shirt for her fiance. Next, we went over to JCPenny's to look for a sweatshirt for me, no luck with that. Instead, we found a ton of OCC t-shirts, non of which we bought, but that is where we bought my 'SKATE OR DIE' t-shirt and the 'Officer, I was speeding because...' shirt. After JCPenny's, we decided to head over to Dunham's where I spent most of my time looking at the skateboards and snowboards. That is where we found a sweatshirt for me to wear though. It's just a plain blue one but it's nice. My mom also bought a shirt for herself. Before checking out, though, my mom let me buy a deck of Yu-Gi-Oh cards. Which I'm glad I bought because, 1. I haven't gotten any kind of trading cards for about year now, and 2. I got some nice cards. Yu-Gi-Oh Cards While looking through the booster packs and starter decks, I found a Joey Starter Deck. Knowing that Joey has some awesome cards in his deck, I grabbed it and bought it. Later, once I got back to my dad's house, I opened the deck to find all the cards I've been wanting. Red-Eyes Black Dragon. Baby Dragon. Thousand Dragon. Flame Swordsman. And others. As you can probably tell, I'm obsessed with the dragon-like cards and the fire-like cards. Well... Bit of a ramble I guess...

Right now, I'm in CEWT class. I've just finished all my work so I have some free time to post this. Recently, I've noticed that nobody seems to comment on my site. Not even on my artwork does anyone comment. That makes me feel unpopular and when I feel that way I don't feel 'special' like I like to feel. >_> I'm going to put some more artwork up soon. It's going to be some Original stuff. I'll have them up, probably on Friday. I'm not going to reveal anything about the art until Friday so you'll just have to wait 'till then. Yesterday, on the Discovery Channel, I watched Mob Scene. It's a cool show about Mob's. No, not the kind of 'mob' you'll see outside a concert. It's the Mafia Mob. I've been waiting a whole week to watch this program because my story is about Mob's and stuff. It's really helping me along with my story. Tonight, there is the next part to it. I only suggest to watch this if you are really interested in the subject. If you are, it's on at 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on the Discovery Channel. *yawn*

It's 2:45 AM and I just got done watching Birdman on Adult Swim, for the second time tonight. It was really funny, even watching it two times in one night it's still funny. I made a new banner, but I can't find a good font for it so I'm not revealing it to anyone yet, well, I guess Chabichou has seen it already, but, I still need a font to go with it. Even if I did show it to you, you wouldn't know who was on the banner because it's just his eyes. Well, looks like the Teen Aqua Hunger Force is on, again. Gladly, I can view a TV from where my computer desk is so I don't have to move to watch it. Seems a little lazy, but I don't care. Earlier, I taped two episodes of MythBusters for my Discovery Science class. I did this because every Monday, we have a MythBusters Monday and we've ran out of episodes. My teacher said that if we taped an episode that he'd give us extra credit for it. MythBusters is about two guys, Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, who together have years and years of special effects training. They investigate myths to see if they are true or false, in a scientific manner. Even being an educational and scientific show, it is very funny and entertaining. It can be seen on the Discovery Channel. The show is on several times almost everyday, although, the show is usually the same one at each different time, just in case you missed it earlier that day or something. You're probably saying right now: Wait, it's 2:58 AM, now. Why isn't she in bed? Well, that's because tomorrow/today there is a teacher in-service at my school so we get the day off. Yup, lucky me. Before I go to bed, I'm getting a bit tired, I'd like to know, who's your favorite actor(s) or actress(es)? My favorite actor(s) are Anthony LaPaglia, star of hit CBS show, Without A Trace, Robert DeNiro, from Analyze This, Analyze That, Showtime, and the GoodFellas, and Mark Harmon, star of the hit CBS show, Navy NCIS. My favorite actress is Queen Latifah, from Barbershop 2: Back In Business, and some others that have slipped my mind at the current moment. Later and goodnight. -DDG

Bored

I'm very bored today. I can't think of much to type. Nothing really interesting has happened today. My forums are slow. OtakuBoards is a bit slow, too. I signed up for a RPG at OtakuBoards, though. It's a Digimon one. My first Digimon RPG to sign up for so I'm pretty excited because I really like Digimon. I've also changed the colors of my site. Hope you like them. Well, that's all for now. Rain

It's been raining just about all day. It's stopped now but I wish it would rain more. I love the rain. I love storms, thunder, and lightning. It's all so exciting. I just love it when it rains. Yes, and before I forget, I've made several major improvements to my website. Leap Day!

Oh, and on other new, I won my schoolwide spelling bee and now I get to go to Greenville on March 23rd to compete in the regionals and if I win there, I get to go to Washington D.C.! Then I can fufill my dreams of arresting the president...

I BEAT IT!!!!

I beat it! I beat .hack//QUARANTINE! First, I kicked Cubia Core's ass, like three times, then I kicked Cubia's ass two times. Then, I went and fought with Phase 8, Corbenik. I would say more, but I don't want to spoil it for anyone but the ending is sweet. Now I'm stuck on the bonus dungeon where Mia is going to be reborn...there's like two of three Data Bug's in every portal. Oh, and something that was bogus about the dungeon that you go to to fight Cubia, it was 10B's long. 10! Now I'm at level 93 and I have got the coolest weapons. I've also got Helba, Tsukasa, Sora, and Subaru's member addresses. Sorry about the spoiler!

Bored...

I'm so bored today. My forums are just so slow. It's like only a few of my members ever get on and when the few who do get on post, they're not on for very long. *sighs* Maybe I'll work on the website itself more. I'm in the midst of doing character profiles of .hack//SIGN characters. Or maybe I'll play .hack//QUARANTINE. Or maybe I'll make another banner. Here's my latest banner if you want to see it. I'm getting pretty good at making banners ever since I quit using Paint because I found a better program on my computer.

The Lethal Identity Chapter 1- Continued

Ok, continuing the story because I'm really bored. --- “Where, where am I?” I groggily asked. “Your in the critical care unit of the hospital.” The doctor said. “How long have I been here?” “About a week.” “A WEEK!” I screamed. “Don’t overwhelm yourself. You have to enjoy this time while it lasts.” The doctor calmly said. “What do you mean?” I asked. “Well, I thought you would know but…” “BUT WHAT?” “Your going to jail in one week. You need another week to recover.” He said stepping back. “How long? How long am I going to be in jail?” I asked scornfully. “Oh, a month for every car you’ve stolen.” “Let’s see…I’ve stolen 24 cars…TWO YEARS!” “Well, you are lucky. If you had stolen that last car, you would be in there for life.” So the Mob thinks they can get rid of me that easily, huh? Well, they thought wrong. Two years of waiting is nothing compared to the joy of killing them. I was ordered to stay in a locked room at the hospital. But the next week went by so fast that I didn’t care. That Saturday, two cops came to take me to jail. They were obviously the cops that had first arrived on the crime scene, because they knew me pretty well. “Ok Vercetti. Let’s go.” The slimmer, muscular one said. Hennessey was the name on his shirt. While Hennessey held me Fat Joe snapped cuffs on me. Fat Joe was Macay’s nickname that everyone called him. I was going to Iron Point Penitentiary. Almost all of the rival gang members I’ve set up have gone to Iron Point. It was going to be a long two years. I better win every single one of my fights to keep my reputation up, I thought. The penitentiary was huge. It had about everything you could find in a school, gym, workshop, offices, cafeteria, detention hall, classrooms, and of course, bathrooms. I guess I should hang around in the gym. It would be better for my image, I thought. “Ok, get out Vercetti.” Fat Joe said opening the door. “Hey, if you want me to obey you a little better maybe you should lose some weight. I feel like I could just start jogging and you wouldn’t be able to hold onto me.” I accidentally let slip out. “Grrrr…. Just for that I’m going to make sure you’re in a cell you don’t like ” Fat Joe forcefully said. They led me through six barred doors before we got to my cellblock. I was staying in cellblock C, cell 26. “Well, well, well. You’re the very last person I expected to see in prison.” Sneered a familiar voice. --- I might post some more later, if I feel like it and if people comment that they want to see more. Edit: Once I finish typing up Chapter 1, I'll post everything again, ok?

Epitaph of Twilight

The Epitaph of Twilight Yet to return, the shadowed one who quests for the Twilight Dragon. Rumbles the Dark Hearth, And Helba, Queen of the Dark, has raised finally her army. Apeiron, King of Light, beckons... At the base of the Rainbow they meet. Against the abominable "Wave", together they fight. Alba's lake boils, Light's great tree doth fall. Power- all now to droplets turned in the temple of Arche Koein, Returns to nothing, this world of Shadowed ones. Never to return, the shadowed one who quests for the Twilight Dragon. Shunning the field broken by Wave, The shadowed girl whispers, "Surely, I will return." Alas the truth unbeknownst, Awaiting her at journey's end: Eternal mourning for her land. When the finger points to the yonder moon, The fool will not look at the fingertip. The whole cannot be changed, We have already lost that chance. Because the time left to us was short, We were mistaken in our path. But now do we realize, We should change not the whole, But the parts. Wave soars and shrouds the eyes. No means to fight an omnipresent force, The Shadowless ones just grieve. Why must it be a wave? Divide if it would just... Then retaliate we may. Unknown where the Cursed Wave was born... After the stars doth cross the heavens, The sky in the East doth darken and air doth fill with mourning. From the chosen land beyond the forest, a sign of the Wave comes. Riding the wake is Skeith, the Shadow of Death, to drown all that stands. Mirage of Deceit, Innis, betray all with the flawed image, and did aid the Wave. By the power of Magus, a drop from the Wave doth reach the heavens, and creates a new Wave. With the Wave, Fidchell, the power to tell the dark future: hope darkens, sadness and despair rules. Gorre schemes when swallowed by the Cursed Wave. Macha seduces with the sweet trap. Wave reaches the pinnacle and escape none can. Tarvos still remains with more cruelty to punish and destroy. And with the turbulent destruction, After the Wave, only a void remains. And from deep within the void arrives Corbenik. Perhaps then the Wave is just a beginning as well. --- That is what I know of the Epitaph of Twilight. I just bought .hack//QUARANTINE today so if I learn more of the Epitaph I will post it.
