Ah, the joys of...HTML?!
Eh, yeah, that's all I could come up with for a title.
But, anyway...I've been looking over my website lately(well, I've had to do that a lot, considering I've been working on it a lot lately) and it hit me that ever since I took that first big step into using HTML to design my site, my site has looked much better, I've come up with many cool ideas and the best thing of all, I believe I've learned much more about HTML and how it works than I ever would have, had I not switched over to using Geocities' HTML Editor to design it. Plus, another bonus for having switched over to HTML for designing my site is that I don't have to deal with the annoyingness of Pagebuilder anymore. *curses Pagebuilder*
HTML seems to have enhanced my life. It makes me feel so powerful and intelligent knowing that I could/can design a website using simple table, font, img, and url tags. My website isn't high-tech or anything. There's no javascript involved, no! Its just a simple site that I put my time and small knowledge of HTML into, to produce what it is today.
Lately, with my website, I've been working on the extra pages. Such as, my Picture of the Week and Hentai Free, Contact, Credits, Fan Art, and Suggestions and Feedback pages. Now that those are all done, I plan on getting down to business. I must sit myself down and write the Anime pages, I mean, my site is TAD: The Anime Database. What is an Anime site without anything on Anime?
Once my site is finished(who knows when that'll happen, I get sidetracked real easy...) I plan on working on my forums. They're just so dull and boring. There hasn't been any activity there since June 8th. >_>
Visit it if you want.
TAD: The Anime Database
I would give you one of the shorter URL's but, I prefer the Geocities one because, the URL changes as you go through pages. The other one's don't. But I'm such a cheap bum that I can't afford a regular domain name. Maybe when I get a job. Which wont be for a year or two. Darn.
Oh well, later.
