Everyone celebrate Rose's first post!
This is my fist post on my website here at MyOtaku, for I have not had any good reason to post anything. But now, still in my infancy at only a month and a half old, I have found a reason.
I first joined this website at the suggestion of my boyfriend, Cory. I needed someone to put on paper the idea I had formed in my mind. I signed up, and I spent hours scrolling seemingly endlessly through people's artwork until I found a person whose style fit what I was looking for. This person't name is Wowie, and you should check out her pieces sometime.
I asked her if she would draw a picture of a character I used for the text roleplay site www.silvercrossings.net. By the way, you should check out that website, too, if you're into that kind of thing. If you like vampires, go to Rose Cemetery. And be sure to read the introductory statements for beginners, or you'll end up getting on people's bad sides without even knowing it.
Anyway, this post is dedicated to Wowie, who took time out of her life (at least a couple of weeks) to draw this character for me, a person she doesn't even know. And not only did she take this time for me, but the result was absolutely wonderful.
