How's everyone doing? My fingers hurt from sewing up my kimono. o_o I'm not done yet, I still have quite an amount of things to do. @_@ As for prop, I've got it all planned out. xD I've already got my kimono things together, as for my umbrella, geta sandals, and tabi socks, I will be going to Uwajimaya's to buy them... Has anyone ever been there? Things there are expensive though. >.< As for the earring with the lipring attached to a chain, I'm going to buy it off of ebay. =] Here's a LINK. And last, for contacts, I'm either going to buy them online, or search around outside. o.O Yeah... I'll probably buy them online? I'm not sure. There's a store close to my house that sells cheap contacts, except I don't know how good quality they are. Yeah... so that's my day. o.o Interesting, ne? >.> Not really. How's your day?

It's been awhile since I've updated my portfolio... o.o Maybe I'll submit a fanart of something after I make this post. xD It's going to be a Ruki fanart from The GazettE, made with Photoshop CS2 with a pencil tool. Anyway, anyone planning to go to Kumoricon? o.o If anyone is in Oregon. xD I'm still working on my kimono outfit, but I'm almost done. o.o I also need to get... props. xD Coloured contacts, lip-ring attached to earring maybe], and a fancy little umbrella. =D Yeah, umbrella. A Japanese umbrella. I want one. xD Tabi socks, and Geta sandles. I've still got extra money from my AnimeEXPO trip to Cali. so I should be able to get all of those.... There is still about a month left of summer for me... kind of boring, really. ._. All I've been doing ever since I got back from Cali. was working on my cosplay for the upcoming Kumoricon on September 2-4! >.o; Cosplaying as a j-rocker, yep - not any specific one. ._. General. I haven't really talked about my trip ever since I got back, so I guess I'll do it here o.O if anyone's interested in listening. I haven't made a big post in a long time anyway. u.u So I arrived at L.A. on July 1st, and was planning to go to AX2006 the next day. I wanted to go on the first day, since Mana-sama and hyde-san were there. >_.<; AX2006 was pretty cool, there were about 128 merch. booths to shop from, but I didn't buy much. I went pretty broke at the jhouserock, and Tofu Records booths. I bought a shirt that said on the front, "I'm not here for anime" and on the back "ask me about jrock", a 12012 poster, some cds, and a few magazines. At the anime booths, I bought a KH keyblade necklace, and that's it for me. o.o Afterwards I bought some gifts for some friends at other anime booths, and after afterwards, I found at the Tofu Records booth was selling hyde tickets for that same nights concert. -_- I didn't buy them since I didn't know where the location of where hyde was going to play was at. o_o Yeah... it turned out that it was at a place ACROSS the street from AX2006. ;_; I was going to be in tears. xD Not really. *sigh* So that's all I've got to say for today... o.O Have a great day minna-san ^_^ Comments (2) | Permalink Monday, July 24, 2006 2006.07.23 Otanjyoubi omedetou gozaimasu, Miyawaki-san!! o_o ...
