I may not know
what love may be
because I've never held it in my hands.
I see it, and hear it,
but from where I stand ...
Love is a feeling,
from one to another.
A feeling that is strong,
hand in hand thy lover.
At first kiss,
is that love?
I ponder for a while ...
but what about the days they spend?
Cans't I know by trial?
I wander and wonder to find this "love",
O' please will someone let me know?
For peace of a dove,
and love,
for true love,
do I search.
I know it metaphorically, mentally, and knowlegably,
but I lack one way,
just to say,
I want to experience it physically, emotionally.
For not only to experience it,
no, far from just knowledge.
